Palmin Hotel

From the moment we checked in, the service was impeccable and the staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our entire trip. The absolute highlight of our holiday was the entertainment program. There was always something fun happening, and the atmosphere was incredibly lively. A special shoutout goes to Deniz from the entertainment team! Deniz has an amazing, infectious energy and made a huge effort to ensure every guest was having a great time. Whether it was organizing daytime activities or hosting the evening events, Deniz went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

What a fantastic week Firstly the service here from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave is fantastic. Rooms are large clean and tidy. With the usual wear and tear. Food was great nothing to complain about. Fresh omelette cooked to order at breakfast and fresh fruit etc. Food available most of the day. Atmosphere absolutely great and entertainment was good but we only watched a couple. Location great can get 2/10 local bus to town for 40 lira or a taxi for 300- 400lira. Beer on tap is Tuborg and all inclusive drinks are good. Noise level is ok you are surrounded by resident homes but we heard nothing apart from slamming doors from other guests at the hotel. For what we paid it was great for a week. My sister in law and I had a Turkish bath package one on our arrival 75€ each absolutely worth every penny! We got here pretty late at night and the staff were waiting outside to collect your bags and take it to your room.

We were happy with everything at The Palmin and enjoyed our 5 night stay there for the price we paid.

We had a standard double room which was exceptionally clean, spacious, and modern. A nice view from the well sized balcony over the pool area and out into the town. The air con was brilliant too.

The hotel is well located just a ten minute walk to Ladies Beach where there’s around 15-20 bars, restaurants and shops if you fancy a change of scenery. A taxi into Kusadasi centre was around €6-€8.

The standout thing at the hotel is the staff, they were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The food at the hotel was great, lots of choice and always fresh and tasty. There was generally always food on offer, breakfast, mid morning snacks, lunch, fast food style burgers/toasties, ice cream, afternoon snacks, dinner, then finally a late night mini buffet.

The drinks were good too. The beer is Tuborg Gold, which was decent as far as holiday lagers go. The cocktails were so-so but can’t complain as we didn’t expect premium drinks for what we’d paid. My favourite was the Turkish tea, so good!

There’s a free transfer to the beach which takes 5-10 mins, where you’ll find free padded sun-beds and parasols. There’s a cafe/bar where you can buy food/drinks (it’s not inclusive in the package). The beach is nice and quiet, with easy access into the sea. The staff at the bar were friendly too.

During the day there were various things to get involved in, like darts competitions, pool and poolside games, and yoga/zumba. Whilst the music was loud and lively late morning, they’d always turn it down in the afternoon and put some chilled tunes on. It was a good mix rather than them constantly banging loud tunes out all day.

There was some kind of entertainment every night, always hosted or performed by the small but energetic entertainment team. It wasn’t great, low budget and pretty cheesy. It would be better if they brought in a professional musician/singer once or twice a week to mix it up. I also thought it was pretty lacking for any children too. We generally just headed down to Ladies Beach where we found a great singer at the Some Where Else bar.

All in all, I’d highly recommend The Palmin as a great value hotel with a nice relaxed vibe, and good quality food. Don’t expect anything fancy. Not a criticism, it all works nicely and we had a great time there.
