Very bad experience
We came to this hotel with very high expectations, but unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. We were not satisfied with anything during our stay.
The reception was very poor and they were not helpful with any of our concerns. Our problems were never properly resolved. The reception manager was very unfriendly, and we honestly couldn't understand how someone with that attitude could be a manager. The reception staff were the same—they never smiled and always looked unhappy, as if they were being forced to work there.
The animation team also kept asking guests to write reviews. We constantly felt pressured, and we noticed they were asking many other guests to leave reviews as well. We felt very uncomfortable because of this pressure. They even asked us to write a review after we returned home.
To be fair, the animation team themselves were kind and friendly people. We have nothing bad to say about them personally. However, because of our overall experience, we would never come back to this hotel and we would not recommend it to anyone.

Back from another amazing two weeks stay here! (3rd time and wont be the last) hotel is absolutely spotless! Staff are absolutely unreal! Reception staff are so helpful, especially when we needed to see a Dr for one of our children. Staff really can't do enough for you! Even when there very busy they'll still find time to chat. There very good with the children aswel, always laughing and playing around with them. Entertainment staff thos year are new, and what a team they are! Not to full on, very funny and have alot of time for people 💜 all of us made use of the arcade 😀 which is ran by a lovely, kind, caring lady and her son. This hotel is starting to feel like our 2nd home, and we have made some really strong connections with people that work there! Our Turkish family 🥰 we would all highly recommend this hotel, we can't wait to be back 😊

Staff very helpful in every way
A very special mention …Mami ( the barman at pool bar ) He is the hotels best asset he is a very hard worker and his manner with the guests is outstanding he is prompt and pleasant in his work he is an absolute gentleman, he had time for every guest and knew them and us by name he was unreal make sure you don’t loose him cause he’s our reason that we will be back we felt we were leaving a friend behind when we had to leave for home !!!

Overall a brilliant week.
The hotel is lovely, not too big, great staff. Deniz from entertainment was very good, attentive, fun and always happy. Overall our week was amazing. Rooms nice and clean, food good especially if you're not fuzzy. Would definitely recommend to come here.
Family holiday
We arrived late night and were made to feel welcome from the front door all the way to our room.
Spacious room lots of electrical sockets and aircon that works really well.
The staff are really friendly work hard to give you an amazing holiday
The bar and restaurant staff always asking if you need anything. Easy to talk to and happy to talk about how thier and your day is going.
The entertainment team are really amazing The Manager leads an exceptional team, they engage with guests and have lots of activities through the day. Despite being busy they always have time for a conversation. The Adams family thank you
The rest of the hotel is clean and well maintained. The only advice i would give is have a booking system and time slots for the restaurant, to make it easier to get a table it can get like the wild west in there at times. Or open the snack area up as a seperate restaurant at night.
