A pleasant and memorable stay
My wife, I and my one year old son had a very relaxing and memorable stay at this beautiful hotel. We are extremely grateful to all the kind and hardworking staff of this hotel who did their best to make sure that everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this very beautiful and clean hotel to all families with children who want to experience a great trip in Turkey. I hope we will return to this lovely hotel soon and repeat the happy memories of this trip. Once again, we would like to thank all the polite and kind staff of this hotel for making our trip an enjoyable experience.

Food poisoning
The three of us have just returned home from this resort and I’ll start with the positive points. Hotel itself, grounds, water park, pools, service, scenery- stunning. Clean around the hotel. Art work around the hotel is worth a shout out, very classy. Kelly in guest relations is a lovely lady. Other staff were also very lovely. However reason for the the 1* is as titled. Food was the worst we have EVER experienced in an all inclusive. This hotel focuses on quantity over quality. We saw them slopping new food on top of old food. We have never seen so many flies either around and on the food, and all around you when you’re eating; that’s whether you are outside or in the restaurant. No fresh orange juice. Drinks, like the beer was always flat and red wine was that hot it was like drinking a cuppa. Not pleasant. All three of us have experienced serious illness which we strongly suspect serious food poisoning. Each of us experienced it and it’s the most poorly we have all ever been. We are still not properly recovered and we’ve come home from 2 weeks here having losing over a stone. Something seriously amiss. We had 2 or 3 days where the three of us felt well enough together to enjoy. Absolutely abysmal. Very disappointed after spending that amount of money and quality family time ruined.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The hotel feels quite old and is in need of renovation. The food quality was below average, with limited variety. There also seemed to be too few staff members, which affected the overall service. We hope the management considers improvements in these areas.

Decent enough
Location is right on the beach a 15 min taxi into Kusadasi 4/5 Rooms are great we had a 2 bedroom in the annex air con great beds comfy large balcony shower excellent Pools great went a to all off them Beach sandy and shallow hired a cabana for the day great value It’s the food that lets the rating go down although a large area it’s the same every day No specials bread out at dinner but hunt the butter Ice cream fab Snack bar ok but the queueing systems needs looking at as queue for kebab blocked the rest of the selections so if you didn’t want to push in you had to wait to get along to the rest
Drinks nice Would I go back probably not as it was very busy one night at dinner we went at our usual time but there must have been something on as it was overflowing with people that didn’t look like they were staying at hotel ???? Queues all over
Perfect family getaway.
We’ve just returned from another wonderful stay at Palm Wings Ephesus Beach Resort, and once again it didn’t disappoint. This was our third visit as a family. We first came with just our young daughter, and now we’ve returned with our toddler daughter and baby son. It’s been lovely creating so many family memories here over the years.
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are always incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The level of service has been consistently excellent every time we’ve visited.
The children’s pools and activities are fantastic. There is so much for little ones to do that you could easily spend a full week in the resort without anyone getting bored.
One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is Aydin, the on-site photographer. Aydin has taken our family photos every year we’ve stayed, and those photos now have pride of place all around our home. He has an amazing way with children, making them feel completely at ease from the moment they arrive. He even remembers their names and little details about them, which makes every visit feel so personal. He’s not only an incredibly talented photographer but also takes the time to share his knowledge of the local culture, which adds even more to the experience.
Palm Wings Ephesus Beach Resort is a beautiful hotel that holds a special place in our hearts, and we’re already looking forward to returning again next year.
