The best in Kusadasi
First time we come here, and we are so happy, because hotel is totally new, food very testy and different, restaurants always clean))) Room also very clean, every day they cleaning... Personal working good and always helping)) Pool and sea clean, sneak bar always opening, a lot of different food and drinks)) But animation team don't let us to be boring, every day different activity - yoga, aqua gym, water polo, step aerobic, zumba, dart, bocca.. We always sped time happy with Solya, Sihro, Marcelo, Sisi, Eddy, Summer, Kelly.... thank you for funny time))
One of the best hotels in Kusadasi
Amazing hotel, great people and animation. The shows are great. Nice renieuwed rooms and food enough. 4 sweaming pools. Very childfriendly, but also relaxing for people who doesn't have kids. This hotel is everything you need. Happy to stay here. A place to come back to. Love this hotel very much.

Where do I start… payed for a family of 5 , my daughter who is 3 & a half & was give a cot bed , what a joke .. wouldn’t move us , said it was love holidays fault but really we were giving a wrong room and they messed up somehow .. you are advertising, indoor pool, spa.sauna, gym playhouse , No playground park !!! you haven’t got this , the place is poorly built, the food is average so old every day . rooms aren’t cleaned properly, the showers are dreadful, temperature keeps changing and hardly any water coming out .. holes behind plug sockets in rooms. The railings are loose .. the block paving is so bad, (crazing paving comes to mind and its dangerous, the amount of times I seen someone trip over , when the new hotel rooms open , there will be too much capacity, will be very difficult t get a table at the restaurant, sun beds around the pool .. we found it hard now … would I come back here ….. not a chance, it’s a 2/3 star hotel,
Good Hotel for Families
We just came back from Omer Prime Holiday resort and in overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. Their Staff was super nice, especially the entertainment team which made our stay more fun. Huge thanks to Shiro, Ice, Leo, and Ezgi who were so communicative and made our stay so enjoyable. The only thing that made us upset was the fact that some of the facilities were closed, such as the gym and Spa center as well as more restaurants, due to the reconstruction of the hotel. I wish they would complete the reconstruction during winter time and not at high season. Another disadvantage was that they had no kid's play area. Our toddler was sick during our trip and could not go to the swimming pool and we had no other place where we could bring him to.
No Spa and Wellness in the hotel
We was really disappointed that there was no Spa and Wellness in the hotel how it shows on the pictures! The biggest reason why we booked this hotel was the Spa but notting from that, of you don't have Spa it would be fair enough to remove the pictures from the site , The staff were very helpful and friendly, Food was always good and fresh .
