The hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from the resort centre along the seafront. The town beach is closest and it is roughly 500 m away while the yacht marina is only 250 m from the hotel. The closest public transport link is about 50 m away and the Kusadasi bus station is 2.5 kms from the hotel. Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 70 kms away. Kusadasi International Golf Resort is about 17 kms away. This is a spacious city hotel with 100 guest rooms, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a choice of bars and a live music and TV room. The hotel is air-conditioned and also offers Internet access and a car park. Other facilities include a swimming pool, a table tennis, as well as many options for sunbathing.

Yes, the reviews are correct.
Beautiful view of the Harbour is very nice watching the cruise ships come and go.
But…… This hotel is rundown and in disrepair. There doesn’t appear to be many staff around either. At breakfast there was an egg/omelet chef and that’s all. One morning there were no cups or glasses and no staff to get any. The egg chef said to ask the waiter. There was no waiter. The following morning the cups and glasses where plentiful but there were no drinks to put in them and the coffee machine had no coffee in it.
No cereal, no fruit, no yoghurt.
The salad looked fresh though if you like that for breakfast.
Dinner was slightly better but still very limited.
The lifts are small and slow so we often used the stairs. There’s no lights in the stairwell and the floors between ground floor and the upper floors were in complete darkness. So using the stairs was a bit hazardous.
We were part of a touring group and everyone our group had problems with their rooms.
Our fridge did not work, the balcony door did not lock and the bathroom tap would only muster up a very weak dribble of somewhat salty water. The air con was intermittent but as the balcony door did not lock we were able to make the use of the fresh air.
Our bathroom had bits of the walls peeling off and the taps are was in need of a clean and Polish.
On the plus side - it’s in a great location.

I’m really sorry for putting only stars for this beautiful hotel, I’ve stayed here before , this was my fourth time , no comparison with the first time . Even though they gave a wonderful , comfortable big room with an amazing view , it was dirty , ants were in the bed , the little kitchen was dirty. The Wi-Fi is awful, and the breakfast was awful, the bread was full of flies , disgusting

From the outside, you would drive past this place. However, when you go inside, the decor is really smart and tidy. We were fortunate to have stayed in 2 different room types; 1st one was a double room but single beds. Tidy enough. 2nd room was a king-size, beautiful finishing, massive ensuit and a balcony.
It's the money that counts, not the guests!
I reported that I had an accident and I can't come to the hotel. Unfortunately, they don't care, all they care about is money! Of course, they charged me for my stay. Stay away from such hotels, their guests are not important to them. Embarrassing..

Best View Sunset in Kusadasi
The hotel rooms were very nice. The view was magnificent, it even has the most beautiful view in Kuşadası. We stayed one night with my friends . the hotel is very close to the city center . The rooms were hygienic and the food was very delicious. The staff was very attentive. It was a very enjoyable holiday for us. Highly recommended 🌸.
