This hotel is just 800 metres from the resort centre of Kusadasi, while the ancient city of Ephesus is 18 km away, Virgin Mary House is roughly 27 km away and Izmir is approximately 90 km away.
The family-friendly hotel has been designed in an Art Deco style and is housed in a 7-storey building with a Mediterranean hospitality concept. It is considered one of the most exquisite and intimate hotels located in the centre of Kusadasi. The hotel has a great team, a superb location and excellent hotel facilities, all the ingredients needed for a perfect holiday. Facilities available to guests at the 106-room hotel include 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a hairdressing salon, games room, TV lounge, café, bar, disco and breakfast/dining room. Guests may also take advantage of the conference facilities, Internet access, room and laundry services, and a car park.
Each room features an en suite bathroom with bath and hairdryer, a double bed, air conditioning, central heating and a private balcony or terrace. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, safe and minibar.
The outdoor setting is magnificent with an outdoor swimming pool with sun deck, a children's pool, and poolside snack bar surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery and sun loungers and parasols laid out for use. Guests may also relax in the sauna, or with a massage, or go horse riding (fees apply). Water sports available for a fee include jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, banana boating and pedal boating. Table tennis (fees apply), tennis and pool/snooker (fees apply) round off the sport and leisure facilities available to guests. Sun loungers can be hired for a fee on the sandy beach.
The hotel offers all-inclusive packages, with buffets served for breakfast and dinner.

Great hotel
Lovely holiday. Hotel is super clean Staff are friendly and polite especially Veli and Omar - always great you with a smile 😊 All cleaning staff work so hard, especially by the pool - they don’t stop cleaning Food is great My only grumble is nothing major but I missed not having tea or coffee facility in room or drawers to put clothes in but that’s just me. Would recommend and would definitely come back again

Currently here and I have found the hotel very clean and go above and beyound and staff friendly. Rooms deco nice but could do with more storage i.e draws. The only negatives is so far there's not been any evening entertainment whatsoever which we have found very disappointing. We travel a fair bit and never came across an all inclusive hotel with zero night entertainment. The hotel would benefit massively if evening entertainment was provided.
Great hotel, superb staff, comfy beds
Great hotel in a quiet location out of the centre of Kusadasi. It is a 2 minute walk to the Dolmus (bus) station behind the hotel. You can get to Ephysyus by bus for 120Tl takes about 25 minutes. The No5 Dolmus takes you to the centre and also to Ladies Beach for 40Tl. The rooms are good & the showers hot. Nice fresh towels everyday. Our bed was super comfy. All the hotel staff are brilliant!! Valerie in the entertainment team is lovely & tries to get people involved in activities. The reception staff could not be more amazing Customer service. I have food allergies & they loaded with the chef's to make food that was safe for me - outstanding level of customer care! Behind the bar, Özgür & Enis will make drinks for you & serve them with a smile 😊. A special shout out to Mehmet (Babo) Erol & Ozcan in the kitchen for their wonderful soups and beautiful Couscous! I would highly recommend Marbel if you just want a nice holiday with no stress and not have the hassle of having to queue for anything ... We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel
A lovely hotel with a great atmosphere and excellent service. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always there when we needed them. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything was well organized. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended. The entertainment team was very friendly, energetic, and made sure everyone had a great time. The bingo was fun to do, and it really made our stay even better!

I can not believe that UK travel operators advertise and sell Marbel Palm Wings Hotel as a 4*
I have been to Turkey many many times staying in various regions and hotels but Marbel Palm Wings killed me
Highlight of the stay at Marbel Palm Wings Hotel was the Jet2 Holidays return transfer home
: Dirty slimy black mouldy shower : Beds are as comfortable as a mortuary slab : No draws in the room : No English TV channels : No safe instructions : No food allergies advisory in the restaurant : Dirty table cloths / runners in the restaurant
I could go on but I think I am still traumatised
