Kustur Club Holiday Village

The location is fine, nearly all the staff and workers are very nice people, very pleasant, very amiable, with a massive Appreciaation to the pool bar lady SOLGUN, she is extremely hard working, and a great assett to the Bar Staff ..... Regarding the Accomodation, the room was definitely smaller than I expected. I have previously stayed in Antalya, Alanya, Side, Fetiyhe and other places in Turkey, and to tell the truth I was disappointed with the size of the room.. The setting as a one-story bungalow was very nice however, set amongst trees and much Greenery, but such a small room. Food wise, it was a little dissapointing for Vegetarians, as all my Familr are, and though the hotel may say they are many vegetarian dishes on offer they are quite bizarre some of the vegetable choices.

We always holiday in October, so obviously the temperature is not quite as good as in the summer months, but even so the pools were very very cold and barely anybody swam in them.

One of the biggest things for me on holiday is to swim several times every day but I only went in the pool two times as it was so cold.

This is the first time I've been to Izmir area, and I always vacation in October but definitely I will go down to Antalya Alanya area next time I have a holiday in October as it is 10° warmer in that area, and thd hotel rooms ate more spacious.

One other thing that may not bother many people at all, is the archery set up. But me and my family are keen archers and expected a bit of an archery range, maybe between three and six targets, and to shoot daily, but the archery was only ONCE A WEEK and believe it or not we were shooting at a DART BOARD, not a proper Archery Target, 3 feet up in the air,and the Dart Board was on the floor leaning against rotten mouldy hay bales ... I was absolutely stunned at how bad the Archery was, and still cant get over out terrible the Archery was.

Unbelievably they only add three arrows which didn't even have any flights on them, so there was absolutely rubbish, so literally just three sticks to shoot with, also no arm guards, so my my forearm was absolutely bruised from the string hitting it, no fingertabs to protect your fingers, an terrible set up.

Even the hotel worker, looked very embarrassed how bad the facilities weeee.

I searched through 30 or 40 holiday hotels trying to find somebody that did Archery, not many do, but this one said it did that is why I chose this. If I had known how Disgraceful and Poorly Accomodated the Archery was I would never have chosen this hotel.

Most people wouldn't care about the Archery, but to me it's important part of my holiday, and Kuster Club Village is ridiculing people with this level of facility.

The entertainment Darts game is something my family like playindg daily also, but the Dartboard was absolutely ancient, and the three darts the entertainment team had, with tape holding them together, and bouncing out of the awful board, was an absolute joke.

Would I come back to Kustet Club Holiday Village again, definitely not.

Sorry Guys, you really need to up your game,
