Nice Stay no complaints
The room allocated was too small and balcony tiny. Staff moved us no problem to room 310 which was excellent i.e. more space 3 beds , Kettle and English T V channels. large balcony outside room with sun beds. Food really good. Staff work really hard to please. Only negative can be noisy in evenings as most rooms overlook bar. They have a seperate block at the back of Hotel which is new and quieter. Overall would stay again.

Good value / small room
A brilliant position, lovely service, but sadly a very small room. Otherwise a little bit rough around the edges, but good value in a great spot. I would stay there again, but I would ask for a bigger room. Keep up the good work guys and we will be back.

Good and cheap choice.
The hotel is close to the centre of Kusadasi and in walkable distance from port ( Scala Nuova) and marina. The hotel is a bit old and needs a refurbishment. However rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was okay with many choices that changed every day. The view of the sea from the breakfast room was marvellous. If you want a good and cheap hotel during your stay at Kusadasi try this. You will not regret it.

Nice Sea View
Lovely boutique hotel just in from the waterfront, but with a great sea view from our room. Very friendly staff and great service. We ate at their sister restaurant on the waterfront a few minutes walk away twice! Loved the fresh seafood! Frosted mugs provided with the purchase of a bottle of beer from their cooler!

Unpleasant checking in experience but great location
Cons: Receptionist gave two wrong room keycards while we were checking in around 2am - 3am. It was so embarrassing and unsafe to us and to those presently occupying the rooms. Imagine someone is trying to open your doors while you were sleeping.
Pros: Great location wise, multiple restaurants within the area, near to seafront.
