This attractive and modern beach hotel is situated high on a hill with panoramic views of the turquoise Aegean Sea. This is a spectacular setting for water sports such as windsurfing, parasailing and diving, and the area boasts many beaches and several water parks in addition to historical attractions such as castles, ancient settlements and city walls. Rooms are ample and comfortably furnished with air-conditioning and minibar. The hotel offers a fitness centre with Turkish baths, sauna and massage services as well as an in-hotel dance club and nightly entertainment. Guests can wake up to a wholesome buffet breakfast or continental late breakfast for those who have been enjoying the local nightlife. This is a fantastic choice for those who wish to spend their holiday lounging in the sun, finding adventure and thrills in a variety of water sports, or exploring the coastline with its beautiful beaches and bays.
We stayed at Infinity by Yelken Aquapark & Resorts with a 10-month-old baby and a 3-year-old toddler. Our two-week holiday turned into a 4-day headache when we ultimately fled the hotel at our own expense to keep our children safe. This hotel is currently officially listed and advertised as a 5-star luxury resort, but at absolute best, it functions as a poorly managed 3-star property. Instead of a premium luxury experience, we faced structural safety hazards, gross hygiene failures, and severe sleep deprivation. Broken Lifts & Dangerous Roads: Multiple main guest lifts were broken. Because we had a pram, we were forced to walk our children directly out into the busy main public road past speeding cars and garbage bins just to access the onsite water park. The final straw was being nearly hit by a reversing coach as we stepped out of the water park gates. Water Park & Pools: The toddler pool is located on the top floor, with the only toilet facilities being on the lower floor. With the lifts being broken (and no attempt at repair during the 4 days we were there, despite notifying 3 duty managers and our rep, who was subsequently lied to and told it was fixed), parents must navigate 30 steep, slippery steps with small kids. These steps simply have a traffic cone placed in the middle to notify guests of the slip hazard. There was only 1 lifeguard for two pools, completely ignoring the toddler area while sitting facing the over-12s slides. The water park also closed randomly without notice on multiple days (Wednesday 27th and Friday 29th). There is visible mould growing up ALL external walls throughout the water park. Physical Injuries & Play Park: Our 3-year-old cut his leg on a broken toilet seat in our second room. It took maintenance 4 attempts at a fix until we finally requested it be changed for a new one entirely. Sharp, broken tiles are scattered throughout the hotel, even around the pool area and inside the bathrooms where guests walk barefoot. Furthermore, the children’s play park is unfit for use. The swings are rusty and decaying, leaving rust stains on skin and clothing. The climbing frame is broken, leaving a sharp, exposed post holding it together. The flooring is half ripped up and dumped in piles around the play area. Severe Health & Hygiene Failures: On Tuesday 26th, the hotel had zero hot water for hours. We later found out from other guests this was common; one lady hadn’t been able to shower for 5 days. We chased reception 10 times over a 5-hour period as they persistently lied, saying it was fixed and just needed 20 minutes to warm up. Because of these lies, we waited for warm water to wash the pool water off our 10-month-old baby. As a result, they developed painful chlorine burns on their skin. I assume this is also due to the high levels of chlorine needed because the pools are constantly urinated in due to the lack of access to toilets. When the water was finally "fixed" the next morning, it cut out again by that evening. Disgusting Bedding: The baby cot provided was physically unsafe—the mattress was 10cm too small for the frame, leaving a dangerous suffocation gap. It also had visible feces stains. Our bed sheets on the double bed were soiled with blood stains and ripped on two different occasions. The mattress was completely broken, featuring a visible human-sized dip even when empty. We requested a change, but we witnessed the porter drag the replacement mattress across the pool deck, collecting filth from the floor, before placing the damp, dirty mattress onto our bed. The "All-Inclusive" Deception & Rationed Food: They advertise 4 restaurants, but there is only 1 dirty buffet restaurant. There was thick dust on the tiles directly above the live cooking stations, and the filth on the kitchen doorway floor makes you question the areas hidden from guests. The buffet completely fails to cater to vegans, and pasta is your ONLY option for lunch and dinner if you are vegetarian. Dishes are poorly labeled or incorrect—my husband took a dish labeled "beef" which turned out to be liver. There is no table service, even for drinks. The food is awful and identical every day. The fruit selection never changed: just 3 types of apples, nectarines, and gooseberries. Worse, food is severely rationed. My child was denied a second tiny sliver of strawberry on their waffle because giving extra was "strictly forbidden." When a dish runs out, they refuse to make more—even for a 3-year-old toddler requesting a single pancake at breakfast, despite having a bowl of fresh batter sitting right next to them. Room Quality & Unsafe Entertainment: Aside from the broken mattress forcing us to sleep on the floor on arrival night, basic necessities like hand soap were missing. No toiletries, proper bed sheets (beds are made with a tiny blanket unless you demand a sheet), no pillow choices, slippers, or robes are provided. The rooms are dirty, particularly the bathrooms where there is mould and ground-in dirt stuck to the mirrors and shower screens. For entertainment, the advertised kids' mini-disco is held on an unlit, completely unsecured over-water jetty with jagged rocks below. We refused to let our children attend due to the obvious drowning hazard. When I brought my crying, unwashed, and hungry family to reception at midnight the first evening we were there, the manager stated a remedy was "impossible" and offered absolutely no solutions. We asked for a room with hot water; they gave us keys to a new room which also had no hot water, making the move pointless. We had to drag our own luggage to a secondary room at 1:30 AM with no bellboy assistance. We requested to speak with the general manager multiple times to be told they were not in (at any point over those 4 days) the duty manager said they would get the general manager to contact us. He/She never did.
The only positives I have to say regarding this establishment is SOME of the staff are honest and personable but they are few and far between. Special thanks to the 2 male night reception staff who’s hands were tied, one female day duty manager who finally told us the truth about the water issues and the guest relations manger as they are the only staff that were honest and didn’t tell barefaced lies.
The hellish resort is a direct threat to child safety and basic hygiene. Do not risk your family's health or waste your money here.
Nice hotel to stay with family, great service all around. Everyone was helpful and the service was good.

Hotel is in great location, nice view all around.
Had a wonderful time here, beautiful hotel..From start to finish all the staff were incredible, place was so clean & tidy. I have been in a good few hotels & I have stayed twice in Le Blieu but none of them come close to how satisfying this hotel was, there was a guy constantly cleaning around the sun loungers during the day,a young man on skates getting your drinks, everywhere they were constantly cleaning around,no shortage of sun loungers & food was delicious.. I honestly won’t stay anywhere else but here & 7 of us stayed & we all agreed it was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, also a shout out to Harry & his great recommendation for his family restaurant Casa Blanca, food delicious & great atmosphere with great people
Just home from a wonderful 7 days in this hotel with my wife and two girls 5 and 9 we had a great holiday staff where very polite and the food was nice two we had a family from in the hotel it was like a penthouse bunkbeds in one room and us next to them with a wall in the middle with an amazing sea view every moring.Hotel even has its own private beach. A special mention to the two photographers by the pool who take photos by the pool when your not looking for those special family moments ozzy was great to deal with he even done us a deal on our photos with a photo album he also emails you the photos also I would really recommend seen him for photos the location was 3min walk to ladies beach full of pubs and shops and a 10 mins taxi ride to the centum with shops and pubs with 8 euro in a taxi. Well worth the price you pay for this wonderful 5star hotel.
I want to start by saying that overall we had an amazing holiday from start to finish but of course there are the normal little niggles you get on every holiday small things to one person that are huge for others so I’m going to ignore those as I don’t want to be petty. So on arrival the hotel seems really small as the entrance feels like it’s in a residential area but believe me once inside it’s beautiful. You will be keen to get to your rooms as soon as you arrive but take a minute to walk through reception and out onto the terrace and take a look at the view. It will hopefully set the tone for your holiday and you will have a great view of the hotels beach and to the right is I believe Ladies beach. On arrival you will go to a beautifully air conditioned reception to check in and then the porters will escort you to your room with your luggage. I would definitely recommend booking a pool or sea view if possible as the alternative is a car park view. The balconies are very small either side. Our rooms were clean and spacious with air conditioning, a fridge full of drinks and water, hairdryer, TV and tea, coffee, Kettle. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied. They also supply pool towels. I tipped my maid 10 euro day 2 which was the first interaction and it was worth every penny. I left her another 20 at the end of the holiday. On that note tipping is really expected, from the drivers who do transfers, maids, the porters, if you go out taxi drivers or servers. Really anywhere you have had good service. Of course it’s absolutely a free country but they have a tiny 6 month window to earn for the whole year and treated right are the loveliest, kindest people you could wish to meet. There is the main Restaurant and then Turkish, seafood, steak, Italian restaurants that I believe you can choose from. They all have spectacular views and the food was really really good in them all the nights I went. You can choose 2 for every week you stay but book early as they fill up quickly and only cater for maybe 10 tables. There are also 2 speciality coffee shops one on the Terrace off reception that does iced coffees and specialty milkshake and the other above the pool dining area open from 6-11pm that is a patisserie. The waterpark is fantastic for children and teenagers and lots of life guards in attendance my only wish would be a pool for just swimming. The main pool is lots of fun up to a point but it’s quite cramped and if you’ve not reserved a bed by 7 you probably won’t get one. I’m 60+ and really enjoyed the fact the had the Roman steps to get in and out however during the pool games it’s tricky to get in as they play that end and the pool volleyball has smacked many a sunbather straight in the face a few times. During lunch the pool is wonderful it’s clean and warm and peaceful overlooking the beautiful ocean below at one end. If you are young or young at heart you will probably appreciate the pool entertainment a lot more but personally I found the music too loud, too inappropriate and I’m extremely liberal and just a bit much but again I do feel they are a bit stuck because there is only the one pool. I think the actual site is beautiful the hotel beach is quite small but there’s a fair bit going on down there. They have a lift to get down which is perfect but it’s a pretty walk down the steps. There are water sports and a huge board walk with sunbeds and a beach bar. They have various water sports too and again very clean but limited sun beds on the actual beach which is very small. I should also mention Rocco and his animation team are lovely with lots of familiar faces from last year. All very polite and keen to ensure you enjoy your holiday. I didn’t go on any trips so no feedback here but there are a few shops as you come out of the hotel to the left and a steep hill to walk down to Ladies beach where there are shops and bars. However my personal recommendation is to look out for Harry. He is the son of the owner of Casablanca restaurant. He comes to the hotel daily to introduce the restaurant and pick up service and he is honestly so polite and endearing we all wanted to take him home. We first met him last year. Such a lovely family business and if you book plan this to be your going into town shopping trip also. Harry will arrange for a driver to collect you from the hotel at a set time. Take you to the restaurant where I guarantee you will have a great time. The food is amazing, I think they’re no1 in the area for reviews. I had fillet steak twice and you could have cut it with a butter knife. I can also guarantee you won’t have room for dessert the portion sizes are huge. The whole place is a vibe, they were so attentive. The kids loved it the guys were showing them magic tricks and the other customers every time we go are having such a brilliant time. You are also right in the heart of the shopping, well to be fair in a quiet little street off the main drag but 5 minutes away from the shopping. So we get picked up, have an amazing meal, go back to Casablanca restaurant and they take us and all our shopping home. There were 8 of us can you imagine the saving for us in taxi fares. Well worth it. When you hit those shops you really will have to haggle, unless they just see me coming ! But I would suggest not paying any more than £25 for anything. Shoes, trainers, bags type stuff £25 max. They do ask more for leather but check thoroughly every item of fake you buy as they are not great quality of course and it’s easy to get caught up in the hype and not check for marks or broken zips etc. The facilities I think are great my 7 year old granddaughter was taken poorly with an ear infection and there is an on site doctor who was fantastic with her. She did actually need a trip to the hospital and my son said he was amazed at the high standard of care and how kind and professional everyone was.
Would I go to Infinity with Jet 2 again. Well I’ve already been twice and am planning to go with the rest of my kids and grandchildren again in September. I’m not really sure why they are not 4* the only thing I can think it’s about would be the pool. They do really need another somewhere.
