This air-conditioned hotel is one of the premier hotels in Turkey's popular resort town of Kusadasi, offering exhilarating views of the coastline from all of its 101 spacious rooms, amazing poolside facilities and around-the-clock friendly service. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access. This hotel has gone down hill big time. Needs alot of work. Not very clean. Food and drink very over priced. Breakfast is terrible. Not alot of choice. Staff do their best. Carpets all over hotel are dirty Breakfast room table linen dirty. Badly need security in reception. A big fight where chairs were thrown. Handy if going for a shopping trip but not for families.

Sad
Sad to hear that the hotel is closed and the staff all out of a job. This year and last year we could see the hotel going downhill but over 20 years myself and my wife have been going here we had the best times ever. Sad 😔 to see it go we,ll miss all the craic with people from every corner of Ireland.
Don’t book here
Abusive staff - asked my waiter what he would recommend and he threw the menu in my face telling me I wasn’t his slave as I called him my server. No wifi in the rooms - do not and I mean do not book this hotel. Spoke with the manager and he was a useless as a bent screw driver

They are not doing their job properly. They book rooms that are too small and you have to pay additional costs yourself. They don't answer reclamation in 3-4 weeks, and try to wear out the customer with unbelievable arguments. Never use this again! 😡😡😡😡😡
Goldenday wings sad decline
I did stay there 4 time's over the years and could see the decline in the property , in its day it was a top hetel,and also the clientele very rough and noisy , travellers ..the main stay staff were always hard working and lovely. Quality of the food was horrible and expensive. The whole hotel needed to redone , went very bad I stayed there Oct 2022. I always remember cerkan top man , always willing to obliged & nice. He moved on to better things with his lovely Irish wife , good lad 🙏😁
