Charming Hotel with Great Location but Needs Improvement in Smoking Policy
We recently stayed at this cute and charming hotel. It’s pretty small and doesn’t have an elevator, which might be an inconvenience for some. The rooms are a bit too small for two people with suitcases, especially compared to other standards in the area.
The pool area is nice but also on the smaller side, and the sun unfortunately goes away by 3 pm. However, the location is perfect and we were not bothered by any noise from the streets, which was a relief.
The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting us with storing our luggage. The hotel offers good value for money overall.
However, there was a significant issue with smoking in the breakfast and restaurant area. It was overwhelming and made it difficult to enjoy the food. A suggestion would be to divide the restaurant into separate areas for smokers and non-smokers. This change would greatly enhance the overall experience and maintain the aesthetics of the boutique hotel. The smoking definitely takes down the overall impression.

A lovely base to start your Turkish experience from
Overall a great hotel. Buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The rooms were excellent and even though you are right beside Bar Street there was no noise disruption once you closed the window. The AC was quiet so was left on at night. There was only one out of 10 mornings when prayers woke us. Mood restaurant was lovely with the natural shading cover offering several degrees reduction to the street area. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great hotel in the centre of the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Great location and staff
Lovely hotel central to everything, staff are amazing. The lady that does housekeeping is fantastic and cleans daily . The lady in the restaurant in the evening is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a great base and the mood restaurant down stairs is amazing. If staying here visit the mayflower restaurant a few doors down , food is good but the craic at night is great . Would stay again here . Pool area is quiet and shaded after 3 pm . Would love if rooms had balconies.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly. Good location, very central, 1 minute walk from The Mayflower pub. Nice pool area although weather was too cold for this visit. Breakfast is a typical Turkish breakfast and they're very good at replenishing it as its eaten. Unlimited Turkish tea which my hubby appreciated.

A great find as our PLAN B after disappointment at other pensyon. Fresh, clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. And a few meters only to the central square. A perfect spot for our few days in Kusadasi! Thanks Mitch for being so helpful❤️
