Nice holiday.
What can I say??? About charisma deluxe hotel. From the moment we step out of the transfer we felt in love with hotel enterence. When we got inside and got to know people and have our first experience in the hotel, meeting the front desk ,guest relations. And bar staff,we were absolutely delighted that we choose for our holiday. Special thanks to Erdem and Humeyra who helped us all the time. They made our holiday. And the cleaning is impeccable. Everytime we use the WC it was so clean. The pool is amazing. Being able to swim in the sea is a big highlight. The location is perfect for us early 60th couple. Hotel is so calm quite. You can get the city with dolmus passing trough in 10 minutes. My husband had to go to the hospital for something miner. The staff were so helpful. Sila in the buffet helped us all the time. Hayati ,nazmi and Ali were so helpful. He serves most delicious Turkish pizza ever. The Cleaness of this hotel is second to none. Finally unfortunately we are leaving today but we will definitely come back again. And we highly recommend this hotel
Avoid the spa
I give this hotel a 5 star but the spa has gone down hill. They allow kids in the spa and the indoor pool for relaxing had kids getting swimming lessons. The men’s locker room had kids. The sap area (steam, sauna and jacuzzi head full of kids screaming. The woman at the front desk is very stern and a bit unfriendly. There are several options nearby that are much more suitable for a massage and relaxing spa. I will avoid this spa in the future.

Me and my friend are here for the fourth time this year and One thing for sure is that Ismail is the best Guy!! He always makes us feel safe and he is just wonderful, the best Guy! Without Ismail we would not have come here this much. Hos service is 🙏🏼
Best holiday
Foods is nice here so delicious and many optioneel Staff is so friendly. Lady who cool egg in the breakfast is so kind. Guest service humeyra is so helpful . Also Hayati, Hakki , Veli and Erdem. We Will come back on september. We feel home Here
Best trip
Charisma is 3th visit and its all because of the staff. But the i want to specially mention Humeyra and filiz for their kindess and helps. They looked after us so well. Which made our holiday. Also want to mention Hakki ,hayati for their help in the buffet. Manager Erdem was so kind for us since we checked in. The hotel is clean all the time. It is 10 min walk distance to the city. You must definitaly come here.
