Could do better with more experienced staff
Good location beside small beach and 10min walk to old town for restaurants and shopping. Also beside lots of restaaurants/shops along promenade.Very basic hotel.Very annoying when you get drink fro,m bar and have to pay at reception? They insist on writing out all drinks you got plus room number even though you are paying for drinks there and then!! Staff seem to be very inexperienced, although night receptionist and night porter knew what they were doing. Pool and outdoor area is small and in shade a lot of the day- wouldn't say this is a negative some people prefer this. There is a sun terrace up steps where you can get sun all day long.Had breakfast which was ok. It is Turkish breakfast which didn't appeal to me but other guests enjoyed it. When leaving receptionist insisited on us leaving a review on Google.

Good
We arrived at hotel and were greeted by a lovely bell boy. Customer service very good. Not luxury hotel but very clean and very nice spacious rooms. Offered late check out complimentary as late flight and I have children. I will return to this hotel. Hotel also has nice clean swimming pool overlooking marina and beach and supermarket very close by.
Awful hotel ! Don’t go !
Filthy carpets on every landing , sun lounges you could not lay on due to terrible staining from fluids ! Inedible food it was actually shocking . One day we were served something titled beef joint . Open the server and it was a piece of beef cut into cubes boiler and served. Vegetables of over cooked aubergine or okra so the kids could never eat it and all desserts soaked in syrup! Mini fridges in the room do not work and they swore they did and leaking showers in the room. It was almost as if they didn’t care. Staff spoke little or no English and I lived in translate . Beaches littered with rubbish and locals sleeping in the beech.it is also located above a restaurant that plays live music till early hours. This hotel is NOT 4 star and I would not waste my money if I were you!
A wonderful place
Arriving in Kusadasy again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
Advantages of the hotel:
- excellent location: Caravan-sarai, old mosques, market, Pigeon island in walking distance, beach across the road, restaurants, supermarkets all near the hotel;
- all the windows overlook the road, but noise is not heard;
- very kind personnel;
- a cozy atmosphere (you feel yourself like at home);
- cleaning every day: bring tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, hair balm, soap, soul cap, slippers;
- rooms are small, but from 3, 4, 5 floors offer a beautiful view of the sea;
- settled immediately at the arrival at 9:00, for which many thanks to the administrator;
- paid hammam, massage (prices are the same as in the city);
- relatively close to Izmir, Pamukkale, Ephesus, the houses of the Virgin Mary, the France, Mileta, Didima.
Recommendation: - The pool is very cold, because the sun doesn't warm it during the day. I think the pool can be heated so hotel guests can swim;
- good breakfasts: give cheese of several species, sausage, halva, waffles, cookies, bread, eggs and three year-old dishes, coffee, tea, juice. It would be possible to add baking, omelet. In general, everything is delicious;
- make a small repair: paint the walls, buy new furniture to match 4 stars level (it is felt that they have not been updated the interior for a long time).

Lovely hotel and great location with sea views
The location of the hotel was perfect for me as a solo traveller. I was on a late flight so did not arrive untill 11pm aprox, I was greeted straight away and my case taken and shown to my room which had the best sea view and a lovely balcony to sit on. The hotel is very clean everywhere and they cannot do enough to make your stay better. I had emailed before my arrival and asked for a 5th floor room which was accommodated with no problem. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Turkey.
