Sitting on a hill at some 900 m from the beach, this hotel treats to beautiful views of the Aegean Sea. The newly built property is approximately a 10-minute drive from the centre of Kusadasi and a 1-hour drive from the Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. The Kusadasi harbour is a popular port of call for large cruise ships and offers excellent shopping and entertainment facilities. Those who may enjoy some nightlife during their vacation shouldn't have to worry about reaching the town, since the hotel itself boasts a popular nightclub with a resident DJ and a varied evening entertainment program. During the day guests can relax around the two outdoor and indoor pools or pamper themselves in the spa before heading to the onsite restaurant for a delicious meal. There they can have their pick from the rich menu, but hey should surely put the traditional Turkish delights up in there.

Great Holiday!!
Very pleased with the services.The personal was amazing,room was very clean evry day.The staff of restaurant and bar was friendly and careful with us.Thanks to Mr.Mahmut Ozviren and Halit Tekin for a great holiday to Belmare Hotel.

Great VIP vacation!
COVID-19 ruined lots of plans and made changes in tourism business but definitely could not spoil our stay in Belmare hotel. At the reception we asked quiet room with a mountain view and after some discussions we got exactly what we wanted - room 410 had a nice view on the hills and a small swimming pool that wasn't noisy at all. Every morning we enjoyed beautiful sunrise and every night we could discuss the plans for the next day not being bothered by any noise. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, more over some of the stuff even learned our names and addressed us by name as VIP-guests ;) Despite of limited knowledge of English in the hotel we didn't feel any language barrier trying to learn some Turkish language being inspired by locals. Room service was good - they cleaned our room every day mysterious way as we hadn't met room-cleaner a single time :) . Fresh yummy food, good quality local drinks, clean tables, almost empty swimming pools, hospitable always smiling staff, amazing beach. The hotel beach is situated quite a distance from the hotel but the hotel provides guests with free transportation. Again, we had VIP experience because we were maximum 4 people (once) on the shuttle to the beach. In one word - we had amazing experience and made friends there - the staff members Zeki Cengiz and Gulizar Karabag made our stay in Belmare hotel special!

Belmare
The hotel needs an update for sure. The shower head was broken and barely hot water supplied in the bath. The room cleaning was not good at all. However the food variety was poor but very tasty. This is a budget hotel and food was very delicious. I heard from kirchen staff the food supply was from directly farmers. Staff are very helpful and trying to solve problems. Not all the time but they working hard though :)
I had an issue with account department as they work with third party agency. It was fully mess but hotel manager was kind to refund the difference at the end. Obviously it is a budget resort and can not expect everything perfect. Thus 3 starts.
Magical stay at a most wonderful hotel.
We arrived at the Belmare Hotel on the 18th August for a two week stay in Kusadasi. From the moment we arrived we were treated to the most wonderful hospitality from the most wonderful team of staff.
HOTEL- The hotel itself is located in a quiet residential area but is in easy walking distance to local Bizarre, shops and restaurants. It’s about 15 minutes to the beach, however the hotel has its own private, beautiful beach with transport services available. The hotel is exceptionally clean; It has taken all precautions for COVID and we felt safe at all times. The poolside/bar area are immaculately kept and the rooms were cleaned daily. EXCELLENT
FOOD- Food is served safely by the team and there is a good selection of meals available. Meals are freshly made and delicious. Salads and fresh food were very nice. The Chefs and the kitchen staff are an absolute delight to talk to and despite our language barriers, they tried very hard to translate to English. We had no problem at all communicating. In the afternoon there is also an open air BBQ snacks served up by the poolside.
DRINKS- There is a great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available at the hotel bar which we took great advantage of 😀.
STAFF- Well, what can we say! We cannot praise these guys enough and we have left the Belmare feeling like we are family. We have had the best experience of hospitality ever. Having travelled all over the world, the hospitality and service given from the team at the Belmare was brilliant and some of the best we’ve ever experienced. Nothing was a problem, and we got to know all of the staff really well during our stay. THE BEST.
This hotel and its team of wonderful staff are a fine example of Turkish customs, culture and hospitality at its very best. So good for the heart and soul.
We loved every minute of our stay here. Many congratulations to you all and a huge thank you to each and every one of you. Our stay with you was magic.

I don’t recommend.
I give this hotel 2 stars because in our 5 day stay they never cleaned our room, the food was the same every day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner there were only fries, rice and pasta. I don't even want to comment on the dessert, only creams (stale for 3 days), and as fruits there were only oranges and nectarines. The juice machine was not working, only water. I can't believe that when we checked in after 2 hours of waiting, the room was not cleaned, the mirror was dirty and the shower was broken. The hotel is located 5 km from the center and 3 km from the beach. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the beach and back. The positive thing about the hotel was that the pools were nice, with warm water. The rice and bread were nice.
