This ideally located beach hotel is situated on Long Beach, approximately 7km from the tourist centre of Kusadasi with its scores of shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The nearest airport is 87km from the hotel. Public transport links are located directly in front of the hotel's entrance. The resort was built in 1989 and has been fully renovated in winter 2010/11. The newly refurbished rooms are decorated in cooling, muted tones and come with a private bathroom. Some have direct access to the outdoor complex. The hotel has a half-Olympic sized outdoor pool and separate pool with a waterslide as well as 2 children's pools. The SPA centre offers various treatments for thorough relaxation. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy a variety of land and water-based activities.

The hotel is amzing nice staff very friendly amazing food the whole hotel is clean rooms very good the activities were very fun i want to thank kerem in the steak house restaurant and i want to thank everyone in this hotel you were All nice and funny especially kerem And Arda. From Lewis
Daniela Entertainer Extraordinaire
Daniela from the entertainment team was amazing. My daughter is an aspiring dancer and straight away picked her out as the person to watch. Daniela spent time talking to her as well as all the other guests at the hotel. A truly inspirational and beautiful human being who goes above and beyond her work duties to make sure that everyone is having a good time and keeps the energy levels up all day and night.... How she manages to do this on a daily basis is extraordinary. Give the girl a raise!

Avoid at all costs - poor
Avoid!! This holiday was booked to celebrate my 21st birthdays and my recent graduation – very special occasions we were looking forward to greatly. Unfortunately, our experience has been deeply disappointing from the start.
📌 ROOM CONDITION & HYGIENE ISSUES
I have identified significant hygiene and maintenance problems in Room 224, clearly visible in the attached photographs:
• There is extensive mould growth, dark discolouration and water damage along the door frame and sealant.
• The area is covered in mildew, grime and persistent staining that has built up over time.
• This is not just a cosmetic issue; the presence of mould poses potential health risks and proves the room has not been properly cleaned or maintained to an acceptable standard.
Additionally, as this is an accessible room which we never requested or require, the shower is completely unsuitable: the shower head does not extend high enough for comfortable use, which is impossible for both me (5'9") and my partner (6'3").
📌 UPDATE REGARDING PROMISED NEW ROOM
We were promised a sea-view room to move into by 1:00 pm today. However, when I arrived at this new room, I found it is not ready and has not been cleaned at all. There are no signs of preparation, and it is in an unacceptable condition.
This means we are being made to wait even longer, despite being given a specific time commitment that has not been honoured.
📌 CUSTOMER SERVICE CONCERNS
From the start, we have received very poor support:
• We were repeatedly told to return to reception at different times throughout the morning (8:00 am, 11:00 am, 10 minutes later, then 1:00 pm).
• The same staff member has now denied he gave these instructions, even though a family member was present to hear them.
• We have received no clear information about what is included in our all-inclusive package, and had to ask basic questions that should have been explained at check-in.
We have spent our entire first day waiting around instead of enjoying our holiday, and this repeated failure to deliver on promises is unacceptable.

Batihan beach resort
We are currently staying at Batihan Beach Resort and have had a wonderful experience so far.
We originally booked a small double/triple room for three adults, but upgrading our room was very easy. We were pleasantly surprised to receive one of the newly renovated duplex rooms, which is modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. Having the extra space over two levels has made our stay much more comfortable.
A special thank you to Pelin at the reception. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the upgrade process. She listened to our wishes and did everything she could to make sure we got a room that suited our needs. Her excellent service really made a difference and gave us a great first impression of the hotel.
The swimming pool is clean, well-maintained, and offers plenty of space to relax. The beach is also excellent, with clear water, comfortable sunbeds, and a great atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to spend the day, whether you want to swim or simply enjoy the beautiful seaside.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Batihan Beach Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with friendly staff, renovated rooms, a great pool, and a lovely beach.
