This ideally located beach hotel is situated on Long Beach, approximately 7km from the tourist centre of Kusadasi with its scores of shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The nearest airport is 87km from the hotel. Public transport links are located directly in front of the hotel's entrance. The resort was built in 1989 and has been fully renovated in winter 2010/11. The newly refurbished rooms are decorated in cooling, muted tones and come with a private bathroom. Some have direct access to the outdoor complex. The hotel has a half-Olympic sized outdoor pool and separate pool with a waterslide as well as 2 children's pools. The SPA centre offers various treatments for thorough relaxation. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy a variety of land and water-based activities.

Absolute Disaster – Ruined Family Holiday
We booked an Ultra Plus All-Inclusive 4-Star Plus holiday for our family of 5 (including children aged 4 and 8), expecting quality service. Instead, it was the worst holiday experience we’ve ever had, and Jet2 completely ignored our complaints. Key Issues: False Advertising: The "Ultra Plus" minibar was never stocked—only warm still water left outside the fridge. Drinks were terrible quality, and food was sub-par. Hygiene & Restaurant Failures: Constantly dirty tables, no cutlery, and water was almost impossible to get. The kids' food section was cleared and cleaned long before service ended (we have video proof). Safety & Service Negligence: We reported broken glass in our bathroom, but nobody ever came to clean it—a massive hazard with young children. Hostile Staff: Rooms for 5 guests were only given 3 towels. Housekeeping inspected our wardrobes to check if we were "hiding" towels, making us feel humiliated. Child Illness & Zero Care: My 4-year-old son contracted a severe stomach bug from the resort food, confining us to our room for the rest of the holiday. Hotel management refused to help, demanded "proof" the food caused it, denied us access to the resort doctor, and told us to pay for private medical care off-site.
Bathian resort and spa
Just got back from the Bathian. Pools are amazing the 2, 3 years old and 5 years old boys we were with loved them. The kids club not so good for English language seemed more focused on german and Turkish. In fact on a night the entertainment at the kids disco was mainly in those languages. The hotel seems to have expanded with extra rooms but not with larger dining area or bar area. The food was really nice but let down with being luke warm at best. In fact I have only put half a pound on so that tells a story on its own. Also if not down for 7.30 opening not a chance in hell of getting a table large enough for six people. I would not return but with a few tweaks could be a really nice hotel.
Amazing experience
First year at batihan and I’ll definitely be back. Came with my niece and she had the best time. There was entertainment constantly and she was made to feel as part of the team. Ozge was absolutely brilliant with her. Koray is great manager of evening entertainment.
Cold Food.
Just got back from a week's stay here. Kids had a great time in the pools and on the beach. We also did a day trip to aqua land waterpark via Jet 2 and it was brilliant The kids have not stopped talking about how they would like to go back. The room was also great. However every single lunch and dinner in the food hall was stone cold! Breakfast is randomly piping hot which makes no sense as it's served on the same hot plates in the same food hall. Also we were a party of six and had to rush to dinner the second it opened otherwise we had no hope of getting a table. And because of this the food hall is insanely busy! If you have any chance of your food being mildly warm or getting a table you have to go when it opens at 730. I have never experienced an eating experience like it, basically utter carnage people bumping into each dropping stuff. A fight even broke out during our stay in the food hall. It brought new meaning to the saying feeding time at the zoo. Basically the food at an all inclusive is crucial so because of this we would not return. It is a shame because the food is plenty full varied and tasty it's just stone cold and you have to be ready to fight for it like an animal!!!
Love love love the kids club
This is our second year at the batihan beach resort due to OZGE from kids club! My daughter is a full time wheelchair user & the time & effort OZGE gives my daughter is absolutely amazing. The inclusion my daughter feels while at the batihan is unexplainable!! OZGE gets Avannah involved in every single activity. It was great for us as parents because we got time to relax and unwind while we knew Avannah is in great hands. Karay the entertainment manager thank you so much for all the amazing shows & evening entertainment it won't be beaten . We will defiantly be returning to the BATIHAN
