Atlantique Holiday Club

We had a fantastic stay at the Atlantique Hotel as a family of four and would highly recommend it to other families. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was excellent with plenty of choice, and the facilities were great for both adults and children.

We were also delighted with the family photos taken by the hotel photographer, Slim Shady—they're a wonderful reminder of our holiday. The spa was absolutely amazing. Thank you to Madi and the lovely therapists for such a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The biggest highlight of our stay was the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention goes to Monica and Micah from the entertainment team. We got to know them over the course of our stay, and they were both fantastic—always smiling, great with our children, and they really made our holiday extra special.

We had a truly amazing time. To be honest, our first impression of the hotel wasn’t perfect, as the rooms and some of the furniture are a little dated. However, our opinion changed very quickly because the people working at the hotel were absolutely wonderful, and the overall service was excellent.

Although the rooms are older, everything was always clean and regularly cleaned. We would especially like to thank the lovely lady who took care of our rooms. Unfortunately, we don’t know her name, but we stayed in rooms 328 and 329 from June 28th to July 5th. She was always so kind, friendly, smiling, and helpful. One day I needed a needle and thread, and within five minutes she had brought them to our room. :) Thank you so much!

One of the things we loved most was how close everything was. The aquapark, hotel pools, and the sea are all just a few steps away from each other. This was perfect for us because we could easily switch between the beach, pools, and aquapark several times a day depending on what we felt like doing.

Another big plus was that there was absolutely no need to wake up early and reserve sunbeds! Even though the hotel was fully booked, we always found free sunbeds and umbrellas, including on the beach. The beach was also constantly supervised, which made us feel very safe and comfortable with our personal belongings.

The entertainment programme was honestly one of the biggest highlights of our entire holiday. The entertainment team was truly exceptional. Every evening they prepared a different, beautifully organised and highly professional show, and we were genuinely impressed by the level of talent, energy, and dedication they brought to every performance.

What made them even more special was that, despite being truly talented and professional performers, they were also incredibly kind, friendly, approachable, and humble people. There was no distance or arrogance at all – they always had a smile, a kind word, and such a warm attitude towards the guests. It was wonderful to see people with so much talent remain so genuine and down-to-earth.

Their performances were not just ordinary hotel entertainment – they felt like real professional shows, created with passion, hard work, and heart. We honestly looked forward to every evening because we knew they would surprise us again. A huge thank you to the entire entertainment team for making our holiday so memorable and special!

The Mini Club was another highlight of our holiday. Our animators from CK Kartago/Fischer, Viki and Vašek, were absolutely amazing – incredibly kind, caring, warm, and helpful people. Our little boy loved them so much that he wanted to spend the entire holiday with them. :) A huge thank you to both of them for making his holiday so special!

As for the food, there was always plenty available. The selection wasn’t enormous, but honestly, that didn’t bother us at all. We always found something we enjoyed, and we actually appreciated that there didn’t seem to be unnecessary food waste.

We also have to mention the à la carte dinner. We chose the Italian restaurant, and it was a lovely experience – delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere. We really enjoyed it!

If we had to mention one small negative, it would be the coffee in the main restaurant. It was quite weak and not really to our taste. Good coffee was available in the patisserie and at one of the bars, but they opened later, at 10:00 and 12:00, so we had to wait a little for our morning coffee. :)

We would also like to give a big compliment to all the waiters and waitresses. They were always kind, helpful, friendly, and smiling. A very special thank you goes to Felek from the lobby bar! ❤️ She showed us how to make a delicious iced coffee and always welcomed us in the morning with a smile. Thank you, Felek – you made our mornings even better! :)

Once again, thank you, Atlantique Holiday Club, for a truly wonderful and unforgettable holiday. The amazing people working at this hotel are what make it such a special place.
