It is approximately 2 km to the resort centre where shops and dining options can be found. This welcoming beach hotel was built in 1989 and renovated in the year 2006. It offers a total of 104 guest rooms on 5 floors. The modern, tastefully decorated rooms come with an en-suite bathroom. They are all air-conditioned and feature ample in-room entertainment via satellite TV with music channels. Guests can find a variety of water sport activities available on the beach.

Misleading
The pictures on you site are very misleading. The hotel was incredibly dirty the rooms very small and life threatening.We paid for 10 nights but left after 1 night. It is not a hotel but a dirty old youth hostel. Sockets hanging loose. Escape route was absent.

Single room for three weeks until last three days got double ( crazey )
Could not move without elbowing my wife. No room for luggage or ourselfs We booked double room and got single room Made an F.... of our holidays as we were staying three weeks . Recptions told us all rooms were the same size. Meth the fixer three days before holiday ended and got lovely double room too little to late.
Budget hotel with good accommodation and fantastic views.
Decided to stay an extra week on holiday and so I booked into the Asena room only. I had a wonderful sea view and it was lovely to sit out on my balcony, watch the world go by, people on the beach and swimming in the sea. Rooms a bit small but everything was fine. Cleaned every day and fresh towels. Pool area on the roof had lovely views over Kusadasi and was spotlessly clean. Lovely hotel on Ladies Beach and practically on the beach.
Don't go there unless your turkish
I ve been going to this hotel for 18 years sometimes with family and also solo.
This year was horrendous once I had sheets changed in 2 week stay and had to adk for it on several occasions no towels were left in room. Floor was dirty o arrival and never once cleaned in two weeks The windows on balcony were absolutely shocking all finger prints. The manager was not interested in English guests only turkish I asked to kerp my room for 6 hours on day of checkout was told 57 pounds and the girl on reception said 20 euros day before just totally ripping people off. The sockets on wall came out wall when pulling plugs out and the wall lights were ready to fall off wall. I shall not return to this hotel again which is a huge shame and it has a great location and used to be such high class and treated guests well Do not go unless your turkish.

arrived and not allowed into the room till 2pm the bathroom was filthy and never cleaned in the 10 days we were there sheets never changed had to help ourselves to towels as none left food not good and same every day not enough room at the pool would not recommend this hotel
