Family fun at a fantastic hotel
My wife and I have just returned from a weeks stay with our sons aged 18 and 22 and we all loved it. The hotel itself is spotless and the food is very good with lots of different choices whilst one of my sons is coeliac and the Head Waiter and Manager were both excellent and provided him a separate gluten free menu from which he could pre-order his meals every day which was superb. We also tried the Chinese and Steak house which were both very good with the Steak house being a particular favourite due to the Steaks, Burgers and Fajitas all being fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and extremely hard-working which set the scene for a really lovely stay. We also thought the different bar areas were good with live music being shown at the Irish bar whilst the cocktails both there and in the lobby bar were excellent too. The beach is very close as is the Aqua Park which we used several times and really enjoyed as well. All in all a lovely holiday which I would fully recommend as we all said we'd like to come back in the future too. Great job Aqua Fantasy team !!

Caring and attentive staff
We came to aqua fantasy last year and loved it so we decided to come back. This year my mother in law joined us and we again had an amazing time.
The cleanliness at this hotel is fantastic and all the housekeeping staff are a credit to their management.
The water park is a massive highlight for us and we made sure to get as much use out of it as possible.
The food is lovely but our favourite was the Chinese, the spring rolls are to die for.
I love the range of drinks here and that they stock named spirits. The cocktails in the lobby bar are mixology worthy especially the martinis and bloody Mary’s.
We were there for Oktoberfest last year and this year and was on both occasions our favourite night of the holiday. The beach party is also fabulous but the weather spoilt it for us a bit this year meaning we didn’t stay as long as we would’ve liked.
The main reason I’m leaving our review this time is that my mother in law had a nasty accident which was no fault of the hotel at all. This resulted in 10 staples in her head. The staff were so efficient and compassionate with her from the moment of the fall to the moment we left. They messaged on WhatsApp to check up on her. Changed her dressings daily and really did go above and beyond.
We never go to the same hotel twice but Aqua Fantasy left a long lasting lovely impression on us and I’m sure we will be back again in a few years!!

All inclusive
We traveled a whole day to get here and for that reason, I dont think the distance was worth the resort.
The waterpark is definitely a highlight. Fantastic that it is included.
The spa is good and spacious.
The indoor pool is meh. They close the slide and hot tub for over four hours in the middle of the day. When I am at a five star resort I expect it to always be available especially off hot season where the outdoor pools is too cold.
The shops, massages, haircuts are expensive.
Staff is friendly, there are lots and lots of food options. Fantastic! Many restaurants too.
I am not sure about how much they clean. (See photo) that was me wearing socks in my room ONLY. Scary.
You can catch buses to visit other cities nearby and that is well organized and affordable - recommend that.
