- Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel And Spa

The luxurious Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel & Spa enjoys a fantastic, privileged location on the Aegean Sea, on the west coast of Turkey. Kuşadası is 10 km away, Selçuk 8 km. Izmir's international airport Adnan Menderes is at a distance of 55 km. The hotel is adjacent to a vast, exciting water park, number one in Turkey, designed by an American company specialised in the most thrilling water parks in the world. It features three main towers resembling medieval castles with various spectacular slides, a wave pool, a lazy river surrounding the park and a children's pool with a real size pirate's ship and a submarine. Guests wishing to relax after so much excitement can make use of the first-class spa area with Turkish bath, body care, sauna and massage. A sophisticated fitness centre completes the unparalleled offer. Two main restaurants and 5 à la carte restaurants(Steak House res. is extra charge) cater for the gastronomic needs, 9 bars invite to have a drink or an exotic cocktail. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The water park will be opened 01.05.2023.And the water park will be closed 31.10.2023
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Great facility, but service and entertainment need improvement The hotel has a magnificent structure with great, large water slides. However, the food is average, and you often have to wait in long lines at the restaurant. On the bright side, the sea is shallow and the beach is all sand, which is a big plus. If you want to visit the nearest city center, you can take a taxi for about €20. We also tried the jet ski—it felt a bit expensive at first, but after the ride, we decided it was totally worth it. Unfortunately, the animation team was a disappointment. They are very amateurish and don't speak English, making communication quite difficult. They also tend to stick to themselves all the time. There is a girl who introduces herself as the team leader, but she hosted a very boring "Best Couple" contest. Her attitude throughout the day and during the show gave off an uncomfortable vibe, as if she owned the hotel, which honestly bothered us. Would we return to this hotel? I would think twice, as there are many other hotels available for the same price.
This is our 11th trip to Aqua Fantasy we absolutely love it here. The only thing that is disappointing unfortunately is the entertainment staff. They are appalling. None of them interact with you, or say morning to you or try to get you involved & you never see the entertainment team supervisor Sarah, oh until a Thursday when it's bingo night then Sarah appears & wants to talk to you to sell you bingo tickets. Tuguy & Ellie no longer work there unfortunately & because of that the evening karaoke has stopped which we love, no other staff member has stepped in to run that. Erin always talks to us but he knows us from previous years. No pool games only water polo, The only announcement that is made to let you know what is going on is inaudible & about 5 seconds long. In all the years we have been staying here this team is by far the worst. Such a shame. We love everything else about the hotel & all the other staff are amazing & helpful. Baris, Burk, Levent, Hoseiyn & Eftal are legends. We have another week left here & we will definitely come back next year but with one request. Whole new entertainment team please.
If you want enjoy your best vacation ever with your family or friends or couple or even with your grandparents just come to hotel and you won’t be disappointed with your choice I was 11 days and meat my love so can enjoy the best day of your vacation the animators are so good goat guys especially lütfullah
Honestly heavenly. Aqua park was goated, friendly staff, futuristic room, great entertainment programmes provided and delicious food. Nothing to even complain about
Last day of our visit here and there’s plenty of room to improve but still enjoyable. First time trying Izmir (normally Alanya is the spot) and i must say it is totally different than Alanya. Hotel’s 20 minutes away to the town and if you don’t haggle you gonna get robbed (as expected) The hotel’s pool bars are insufficient and when its busy you wait ages to get a drink. Silent pool is the best if you don’t have any children, bar is quicker and sunbeds are comfier. Lobby bar has the best cocktails and its way peaceful than other places. Hotel itself is pretty clean except for the rush hours around the pool but it is acceptable. Entertainment and the team is open for improvements, night shows are decent but we expected way better after seeing other places. The team was a total shock, barely any of them communicates with you and im not even sure if they can speak english, we heard two of them and one only knew couple of words and probably didn’t understood what he was hearing, two is the microphone girl which was loud and unbearable. Thursday night dance show was ace and fireshow was amazing. Unless you wanna do something other than watch the shows (its all same every week) there’s pretty much nothing to do other than having a drink in Irish pub or lobby bar. Overall its decent but won’t visit again. 4/10
