Simply great and superb ! And the entertainment team is really the best 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍. The food ……. Might be a question of taste … I do not like it.
Sad to go home
We had an amazing time. The youngest in our group is 11 the eldest is 73. The facilities were fantastic. Always spotless. Food was really good and a great selection. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Always having a laugh with us. Ellie wilcock and tugay on the entertainment team were brilliant at the cocktail making class and went out of their way to check on us daily. Nursima in the bar took great care of us. Orhan is the foggy bottom kept us entertained all trip. My face is sore from smiling so much.

Amazing holiday in an excellent hotel. A good selection of excellent food and drinks. Spotlessly clean with good rooms
Very helpful staff including Busra in customer services . Also a friendly amd helpful waiter in the pearl restaurant. I dont have his name but he covered the tables on the left as you walked in the pool side entrances. The head bar man in the Irish bar and also the night staff in the beach bar. Thr ladies that run the pool bar will also excellent
Loads of sun beds do no getting up at 6am to reserve them. A huge pool that was never to busy
The only criticim is that the night time entertainment is a bit repetitive if you stay for 2 weeks
Remember to take insiect repellant as both my wife and I were bitten regularly. Also stuff like toothpaste and spf is very expensive so bring enough with you

Amazing holiday, I loved every minute of it. I am a fussy eater but restaurant has all variety’s of food for me. I would like to thank Ellie and Tugay from entertainment team they made the whole holiday a good laugh thank you so much
Gone down hill
We have been here before, and it was fantastic, hence why we came back. Never again. The place is definitely not a 5 star anymore! The food is repetitive and tastes awful! Flies all over the food. I mean there was hundreds of them, not just on food on the tables etc, they were just everywhere! . We got up and walked out. It is vile. The hotel is boring. Nothing exciting ever happens, no foam party, inflatable, games in pool (apart from water polo) it is so bad.the drinks around the pool are flat and taste awful. The water park is in need of a renovation. Lazy river?? You need to walk it to get round it! The food n drink is not included in there! The rooms were never cleaned properly we had to ask for them to be cleaned. We were bite in bed so bed! You had kids knocking on ur door n running away. The beach was ok. The pier was still nice! The watersports on the beach were so expensive! The steak house was nice! But not very hot. The entertainment team tried their best with the facilities they had! The only goid thing about this hotel is the amount of sunbeds there was! There was plentiful all times of day. We ended up going off site alot. Tui rep was not helpful at all. I would consider anyone to have a good think and a good look at all the reviews before booking here! We will never return.
