Enjoyable experience
We had a fantastic holiday at the Aqua. Fantasy Kusadasi. The hotel is fantastic, the cleanliness is something that stands out and the staff care. They have hotel guests relations going around actively asking how your experience is and anything they could do. From the bar staff to the cleaners, if feels like they’re all invested in making sure guests have an enjoyable stay.
Fabulous family hotel
Amazing hotel. Beautiful food and friendly staff who genuinely went out of their way to help you. The room was cleaned everyday. Towels by the pools and beach. Always sunbeds available. Every member of staff greeted you with a big smile. An amazing variety of food. The waffles in the pearl restaurant were a massive hit with my teenage kids. Drinks brought to your table for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The patisserie had barista coffee made to order and a beautiful selection of cakes, pastries and sandwiches.
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. We loved every moment. It was so relaxing and the highest standard throughout the hotel. Excellent value for money and I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone considering it. Just go book it. You will not regret it. The waterpark was also absolutely brilliant. Some of the best slides I have been on. The pool bars are also the perfect spot for cooling down and you will meet some great people.

Just didn’t meet my expectations
I really didn’t want to leave a negative review because the hotel itself is lovely and there are definitely some positives. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the hotel has a nice overall atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the food was a real disappointment. There wasn’t much variety, and it seemed to be the same options every day. I was expecting themed nights or something a bit different throughout the week, but that never happened.
The entertainment team were brilliant overall and worked really hard to keep everyone involved. However, there were two members who let the team down. One was the entertainment manager, who last year was brilliant but this year she almost seems she doesn’t want to be here! and the other entertainer seemed to spend all of his time with her. He was supposed to run the daily volleyball activity, which my family were really looking forward to because we always play volleyball on holiday. On more than one occasion, he simply didn’t turn up, leaving lots of guests waiting. Thankfully, a really friendly group of lads who had brought their own volleyball invited my family to join their game, which saved the afternoon.
Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, especially the rooms and most of the entertainment staff. However, the food and the lack of organisation with some activities meant the holiday didn’t quite meet the expectations we had.
