Two stars stingy/rude “business “
Never again. Water smells like sewage - you need to let it run 10 minutes before touching it. Bugs in the room? Chipped paint on the walls, Only one a/c in a JUNIOR SUITE; mattresses-soft and cause back aches. You have to buy water? We stayed four days and were given a complimentary sachet of Nescafé only once. Very stingy. Staff members were yelling at each other in front of guests. Staff members are unprofessional - if you ask for something they either say I’m so busy I don’t have time (front desk lady) or go do it yourself (servers).

Great service. Facilities are good and well managed. Spa services were also outstanding. Overall great experience. Would recommend
I love the slides
The hotel is very nice, staff are really friendly and kind. We came for Sailing Championship, the dinner and breakfast really tasty. We had enjoyable moments from this hotel. The swimming pool was clean and comfortable. I love the slide. I will came back with my family
nice hotel,friendly staff
It was our 2nd time in Hotel Piril and we enjoyed our holiday again. This time we visited Çeşme in winter, in the New Years eve and it was so much fun. There was a music band, the food and the drinks were great and we had so much fun. We visited spa center and thermal pool and has massages form Balinese girls. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will comr back again for sure

Decent but not great.
The hotel is very tired and doesn’t not give a luxurious feeling that is advertised. The ‘dublex pool room suite’ was large but sparse on furniture and the space not sensibly used. For a high end hotel there was a lack of comfort with no toiletries except soap, paper cups and a baloney door that didn’t lock. Both pools were green and hazy with rubbish all around the garden and even in the water. We watched a he many staff walk past without taking any care to maintain the property. One pool emptied on the second day of our stay leaving it unusable but clearly essential. Our room was not serviced during our stay which was disappointing. Breakfast and dinner options were good but not great. Views were lovely but the location is awkward. It was an OK stay but certainly not at the level of service that is advertised.
