Eflin Haus Historical Place and Monument, started to host guests in 2021 with the concept of a boutique hotel in a historical building from 1838. It serves as a total of 5 rooms with 2 standard rooms on the ground floor of the building, 2 deluxe king rooms on the 1st floor, one with a fireplace, and a superior room on the 2nd floor. All our rooms are for 2 people.
While enjoying the sea on the famous beaches of Çeşme and Alaçatı, you can find the opportunity to discover many historical beauties within walking distance.

Do not go to this hotel, they are rip offs, we paid 350 euro deposit, our booking was cancelled by the management last minute and sold to someone else assuming at a higher rate. We were only paid 200 euro back it was so challenging to get the money back from them. Lady at the management named nilgün is far too rude. At first they very polite but afterwards they showed their true face. Theres much cheaper butik hotels with indoor pools. Dont get fooled by the nice building and the garden. Take my word seriously these people are after your money, they not proffessional at all.
Absolutely amazing service coupled with a very comfortable room!
Best hotel experience I’ve ever had! My wife and I had our excursion to Ephesus cancelled, and the owner of Eflin Haus and his wife helped us rent a car and took us to all the places the tour trip was going on a personal tour. I’ve never experienced this level of personal customer service ever! The room and breakfast was excellent too!
A nightmare!!! They have ruined our holidays!!!
Do not go to this supposed hotel as it is a real nightmare!!!The owner is a non trustworthy person. We made the reservation for two rooms, one for 3 people and the other for 2. In total for the five of us and when we arrived to the hotel, there was only room for four people. My son had to sleep in a small sofa as sown in the attached picture. Also the reservation system is a complete fraud. we paid twice the same rooms. I attach a photo of the suponed room for 3 people
