Perios Beach House

Perios Beach House has drawn our attention at once we’ve seen it in the internet: exquisite design, own beach club, beach and panorama view restaurants, infinity pool and own spa facilities, it has all what we needed for a nice and relaxing holiday. And we got it. Effective and professional communication with hotel’s Manager Mr.Yavuz Kopuz - and our Premium Suit room is booked. The room is spacious and comfortably air-conditioned and features cute Smeg fridge and kettle. It’s been also easily accessible both from the pool and the beach. The terrace doesn’t look very private but we spent all the time near the pool or by the sea so it was ok. It’s been a pleasure to spend half of the day by the pool and then continue at the beach. Sun beds are very comfy and pool and beach staff is really doing great: friendly, fast and professional! Thank you Didem, Ismail and all the Team! The only thing that could be more elaborate were the cocktails&drinks at the pool bar and interestingly their quality at the beach restaurant was much better than at the pool. Special thanks to the beach restaurant Chef for stunning pizza, lahmacun, pide and other delicious dishes we tried when having lunch and dinner there! Restaurant Manger Mr.Mustafa Tunca and his Team are doing great job! As to breakfasts included into our stay one could have traditional Turkish breakfast with tasty menemen or other preferred type of eggs dishes but as to other possibilities we didn’t find much variety: no tasty yogurts (there were only two strange home made ones with a very dense and more of a sour cream texture), no oatmeal, no muesli (only two types of flakes: corn and chocolate flakes), no waffles or regular pancakes and when told about it we got comments that as most guests are from Turkey the breakfast is Turkish-oriented.
During our stay we regularly visited spa center. Nina and Sutri working there were both very professional and friendly so we enjoyed hamam, peeling and diff kinds of massages willing to come back over and over again! In the evenings we had a nice dinner either in the main panoramic restaurant upstairs with nice food, live music every other day and friendly&professional service (wishing Sever and all other guys all the best and sending “privet” from Moscow!) or in the beach restaurant downstairs that was also very enjoyable being located on the beachfront passage where you could have a walk along the seaside after dinner. All in all we had a lovely holiday and could recommend Perios Beach House hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

An absolutely fabulous adult only hotel in a small town. Unquestionably the best hotel in town at the quiet end of this small resort . I had 10 fabulous days - excellent room with loads of space and facilities, excellent responsive housekeeping, perfectly manicured grounds and pool with loads of space , plenty of sunbeds , towels both at pool and on beach . The location at the beach was just fabulous for that early morning pre breakfast wake up dip ! Food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner . Occasional music at night was very pleasant. Staff were all extremely helpful friendly and pleasant ..we had amazing Turkish baths and massages . I could not fault this hotel at all . The only possible down side is that there are loads of steps , maybe not the best option if mobility is an issue! This hotel was exactly what I was looking for and I genuinely felt it was exactly what is described and more . It was a little expensive but worth every penny and more .

Excellent hotel and staff nothing was too much trouble for them, I felt very at ease there as a solo traveller, it was very clean room service every day the food was good I had bed and breakfast only, I stayed in J04 I booked a supior room with seaview altho i think i may have been put in the junior suite which they do if they have space i did whatapp the hotel before i came asking for a clear seaview which they didnt disapoint and it was amazing so relaxing I'd definitely go again, turunc was beautiful and the beach amazing everyone very friendly lots of nice places to eat and drink i found a lovely restaurant called yakamoz which is in town 8 mins walk from the hotel i tried the restaurants on the seafront and they were not great bit bland and noisy but yakamoz was so tasty food and relaxed atmosphere, marmaris was a 30 min taxi ride which cost around 1100 lira it was amazing there lots of shops but busy and noisy couldn't wait to get back to the hotel to enjoy the amazing pool and relax with a drink. In the evening there was an amazing guitar trio playing in the roof top bar/restaurant the aircon is very good in the room so I was never overly hot although I did go in may so it was around 27 degrees the lady at the front desk was so helpful too me helping me with my fone as my sim didn't work here and also helped me with my motionsickness by writing down the tablets I could get at the local pharmacy which helped alot as the last 30 mins drive to hotel is all steep whinging mountain roads up and down which felt like a roller coaster ride but again amazing views the whole way I wanted a qwiet relaxing safe luxurious holiday and I was not disappointed in any way very much recommend this place
