Hotel setting was perfect sea & mountain views , rooms very basic but where adequate, beds comfortable our air conditioning did work but heard others had problems with theirs, tv size of postage stump not that we used it. But no channels to watch other than the BBC news so not issue. Balconies very small only used to hung swim wear out & towels to dry. Room was clean but again other people had issues where things not fixed very well to walls etc . Food didn't go hungry but very poor choice or lack of it someone called slope basically, only best thing was fresh cooked pizzas but unfortunately now & then & only at lunch times . All inclusive says the hotel never know a hotel to have bare minimum either run out of spirits practically everyday & soft drink or gas we where having to purchase our own alcohol & soft drinks form the nearby town bar times where a joke pool bar didn't open until 12.30 & closed @ 10.30 pm then you had to pay for them ( wasn't told this when we booked ) lobby bar opened at 10.30 am but would always run out of something very poor running by management. For the 2 weeks I was there managed to get myself 2 glass of Gin & Tonic absolutely shocking didn't have Tonic water until practically last 2 days & only saw 2 bottles behind the bar .Staff where really nice but felt sorry for them as they where getting all the argro from unhappy customer they tried there best. Two staff members had left while we where there & others going to leave soon blaming management as not treated very nice . Setting was lovely, hotel could be a lovely Hotel with a bit love paid to it & money as in need of updating . Big question would I go there again or recommend to friends for me thats definitely a big No from me unfortunately sorry to say (all management kept asking was to rate them 5 🌟 )
Terrible hotel. Not looked after, smells like urine, rooms are in need of refurbishing, the food was “ok”, not a lot of options and I’m not a fussy eater at all. They ran out of soft and alcoholic drinks 3 times, the cocktails are awful, you are charged after 10:30pm for Drinks, not close to any shops to stock up, not writhing walking distance to anything have to get a shuttle to the beach and a taxi to town or it is a really steep walk! Management were horrible to staff and the staff worked so hard! No English speaking really, managed with google translate. I just wouldn’t bother risking it here. Not worth the money and much better hotels in the same area
From first glance it’s a lovely looking hotel but then you start to notice that it’s also a building site with many areas not finished. Rooms were adequate with good air con, the tinyest of balconies and holes in the walls! Food okay, most days swimming in oil & only slightly hot and similar most days! The chef and manager walked about a lot but not actually restocking the empty bain Marie’s! All inclusive finished at an early 10.30pm which didn’t bother us too much but all the cocktails tasted the same & couldn’t taste the alcohol at all. The staff work very hard and usually only one barman on at a time & often couldn’t keep up, On one occasion the manager came to help at the pool bar but all he did was stand behind the bar smoking!! Towards the end of your stay you’ll also get the manager and an interpreter coming over to your tables basically begging for a 5 star review Lovely part of turkey but definitely wouldn’t come back here
What rating would I class this hotel …2 Stars I loved this holiday due to all the new friends we made The hotel need a little TLC Broken mirrors, broken locks/ handle on the public toilets My room 204 had a cracked mirror, the hairdryer bracket was held on only at one side. The toilet flusher wouldn’t automatically stop flushing. One of the glass walls of the restaurant was smashed but still there. The pool steps broke jarring my husband’s hip. Why 2 star? The food was limited choice. There should be coolers to keep the cold food buffet in. What food they did cook was lovely. I would have preferred to see food being cooked fresh rather than pre-made with the chefs then walking around the restaurant whilst the guests were eating. The piazza at lunch time was delicious that was freshly cooked so I would have preferred to see that daily. Chips for breakfast in a No No. The breakfast was lacking danish, fresh fruit and yogurt. There are chips and burgers on 3.30/ 4pm which apparently were very nice….once they are gone they are gone. Cakes/ biscuits at 4pm which were very nice. All inclusive drinks….did cause argument's the first half of the holiday. No tonic, running out daily of gin, vodka and soft drinks. As soon as the Russians came thank goodness that changed. The Russians were tremendous fun getting a friendly water polo match going. The staff are lovely. The cleaning of the hotel I can’t fault Not far to walk to town but you may want to get a bus return due to the steep hill. There is a lovely family restaurant as you get out of the taxis. As you face the ATM the restaurant is on the left as the shops are on your right. £38 for a meat dinner with 2 drinks they gave you bread, dips and small cake. Well worth a try
Would I go again ….definately.
Where do i start
This us a true and honest review.
We arrived on the 3rd of July after lunch and as we walked in the reception area was stiffling hot no air conditioner on ,it was in the corner off, told to go to the bar as our rooms had to be sorted.
The only place you get wifi is outside by the bar and around close to the restaurant area, luckily I used a pocket WiFi so everyone in our party had the Internet anywhere .
The rooms had a fridge that didn't work .
Rooms need updating but must admit the beds were rea comfy and did sleep like a log,the maids did a good job along with the waiters and waitresses were really friendly and polite and would go out of their way to help in every way .
This hotel would be a brilliant place if it was run properly ,we booked this all inclusive hotel for 2 weeks ,only to find out as we arrived you couldn't get a soft drink until 10.30 in the morning and the pool bar wasnt open until 12.30 pm ,forgetting by 09.00 in the morning it was already 28 29 degrees and hot only thing you could get was water.
Now we move to the drinks they kept running out of vodka and gin daily probably on purpose to save money, along with soft drinks daily running out of Fanta, coke, and sprite until the next day and the second week they took 3 days to get soft drinks .
The staff were amazing and the guy that was on the Turkish bath reception went down to the local shop and got us 4 bottles of soft drinks till the bar opened at 10.30.
Now the food well not a lot to say here really they dont cater for the English and the chef's need to be replaced ,had a good chat with the manager about what brits like along with the chef, and was told the following morning would be different, and guess what it didn't happen had to ask for pancakes every morning as who wants cold chips for breakfast, there was no cereal the butter packs were going off.no fruit availability
Lunchtime ,the only thing that was edible was the pizzas 🍕 when the chef was on duty and the salad and the chicken, apart from that the rest looked disgusting.
Now to the pool.
Lovely pool but please do not go in wearing a bikini or anything that's white as the pool has copper in to stop the water turning green but they are suppose to balance it out by using chlorine and there was no chlorine in the water hence everything that was white turned YELLOW ,one of our friends had blonde hair and even that turned green ,luckily it washed out and other friends we made there the guys legs turned yellow ,so something is totally wrong in the water.
Ohh and after 10.30pm all drinks have to be paid for so you can imagine our table was well stacked ,that's if they didn't run out of alcohol like they did daily .
Ohh and where you walk out from the bottom of the stairs hotel towards the pool stinks of cat piss.
I have done my homework and 65% of people on holiday in turkey are British,
This hotel needs a total change of management as the dates we were there the hotel was only 65 % full and that time of yesr it shoukd be 90% full and the way its run,it has potential to be a lovely place but sadly we won't be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone .
