2nd visit , 3rd booked
Just back from our 2nd visit to Hilton Saragermie, first time we have went back to the same place twice and have booked once again . The hotel is beautiful ,food and drink standard very high but what make this hotel is the staff. So hardworking and friendly ,always ready to speak to you and make a fuss over your children ,makes your holiday special, big shout out to Ozer Gun ,a credit to the hotel he shows how hospitality should be done , makes everyone feel like royalty ,

A Wonderful Week and a Great Experience!
We spent one week at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. There was a great variety of activities, so there was always something to do, both during the day and in the evening. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff made a big difference to our overall experience.
The entertainment team deserves special recognition, especially Yağmur and Batuhan! They were so friendly, funny and approachable, and we had a lot of fun with them. We even played padel together whenever they had some free time, which was a great memory from our holiday. The evening shows and activities were also enjoyable and helped make every day different.
Ece, the hostess, was another highlight of our stay. She was absolutely lovely, always welcoming us with a friendly attitude and making sure we felt comfortable. Her kindness and positive energy really stood out, and she deserves a special thank you!
The hotel was also very clean, and our room was well maintained. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, and some of the waiters were particularly funny, which made dining even more enjoyable. We also had a spa massage and found it very relaxing. The spa staff were welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout the experience.
All in all, we had a fantastic week and left with great memories. The combination of fun activities, good entertainment, cleanliness and genuinely friendly staff made our holiday special. Thank you to the whole team, especially Yağmur, Batuhan and Ece, for helping make our stay so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday!

Great holiday
We had a fantastic experience the staff were fantastic and went over and beyond and ozer gun was brilliant and made us feel like royalty in the vento restaurant
Not good
We won't go again. 3 star at best. Only half the bars open and conferences are more important. In room 1340, leaving tomorrow evening. The hotel won't extend our room after 12noon, even though they are clearly not full. They are short of staff, so probably don't have enough cleaners. Reception say it is needed for a conference... Now I have to sit in reception for 6 hours tomorrow before we even start travelling...inwont go to a Hilton again!
