Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort and Spa

We got back a few days ago … we booked this hotel because it was a lot cheaper than anywhere else during the school summer holidays and I will bear that in mind during my review. It cost three of us all inclusive in the summer holidays £3000 which is incredible…but for a reason … We decided to wait until we got here to assess our room before we asking for an upgrade… We saw our room… it was perfectly acceptable … but probably needed refurbing about five years ago the rooms are dated, Quite tired. We paid £650 to upgrade for five nights to a lake house. The lake house is lovely and we have a view facing the hill/mountain. There is no sun after 6 o’clock on our patio or the balcony which is fine by us if you want sun, book on the other side where you do not face the hill/mountain. The lake houses are basically a swim up room. You can either have the ground floor or the upstairs floor… if you have the upstairs floor like we have, there are 20 steps which are quite precocious to reach the pool downstairs, the pool downstairs is lovely. It’s warm at this time of year for a swim up room and we don’t have too walk far to the pool bar. We have stayed in swim up rooms before, this is nice but, it is not out of this world. it is nice. We have a bedroom and a lounge with a sofa bed. . Nice decor, nice room , not amazing. The all-inclusive buffet here is acceptable. It’s a huge buffet after all for hundreds of people, so I’m baring that in mind. It is an absolute huge hall of food and at the other end of the hall are the tables and it is very difficult to get a table. You have to bear in mind how many people this hotel is feeding and that’s why I feel slightly mean saying that the food is not great, it’s an all inclusive buffet …. It is what is it is … they do their best . We’ve tried not to eat there every night but we do go to the breakfast.. the main pool is huge and clean and we managed to find a if we went super early, BUT it’s so slippery around the edges. Luckily they have matting. I have to say, the lunch restaurant by the pool, Vaneto …is very good… ordered from the menu and is fresh with excellent service. Drinks… There were premium spirits to choose from but if you’re a wine drinker, the white wine is only just tolerable. My overall assessment of this hotel is you have to bear in mind what you were paying for and this is half the price of the Rixos , Regnum the Crown, Liberty Fabay ..places like that…this is a nice holiday in the Sun for £3600 in a lake house for two adults and one child it is a good deal. Would we come back … probably not… it needs modernisation. We’ve had a good time but it’s not true five star. The beach bar is gorgeous.

Our stay at Hilton Dalaman was absolutely incredible and truly one of the best holidays we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding hospitality and made to feel special throughout our entire stay.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, the pools are fantastic, and the whole resort is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The food was outstanding every day, with an amazing variety and quality that exceeded our expectations. There was always something delicious to enjoy, and every meal felt like a treat.

The children’s facilities, activities, and entertainment were excellent and kept the kids happy and entertained throughout our holiday. The atmosphere around the resort was perfect for families, while still feeling luxurious and relaxing.

Every member of staff we met was friendly, professional, and hardworking, but we would especially like to thank Furkan and Ozer. They provided exceptional service every single day and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests were remarkable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile. They are a huge credit to Hilton Dalaman and played a big part in making our holiday so special.

Everything about Hilton Dalaman was amazing – the food, the pools, the rooms, the facilities, the entertainment, and most importantly, the incredible staff. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to everyone for an unforgettable holiday. We will leave with wonderful memories and hope to return again very soon.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly outstanding five-star experience from start to finish.

First time guests to resort, family of 4. Travelled with Jet 2 who were great. Prompt transfer to resort and met upon arrival by staff who collected bags from bus allowing us to check in. Offered a room upgrade (for payment) and had a super king size and double/double ground floor suite in the Lakes area. Upgrading of arrival was substantially cheaper than with Tour operator. Went for lunch whilst room was being prepared, snack bar was great. Collected by golf cart and dropped at apartment. Very impressed. We had a super king size room and a double/double. There was a large lounge area, small kitchen area, large outside decking giving pool access. Rooms were very well presented.

The food was excellent, always plenty of variety, well presented and staff on hand to help. Only slight negative at the buffet were children putting their hands into dishes or picking items from the cakes! However, there are signs telling everyone not to to this and staff were prompt to remove any items that little fingers had been in. This was not really a hotel issue, but one for parents!!

Overall had an excellent 5 night stay, no negatives, staff were all great, food brilliant and room was fantastic.
