Such a terrible experience. Avoid with a barge pole. From day one this was an experience you would prefer not to have. Pretty shameful too, when I brought this up with the manager, who really didn't care! Should have read the reviews really, as a number of other guests have also had similar experiences with the accommodation, food and the manager who has a lack of accountability. Day one, staff with no experience and professionalism. We had to request all the information, wifi, breakfast timings, etc. He had a dog behind the counter who was being sick. The room was cold and there was no heating except a malfunctioning air-conditioning unit. Day 2 breakfast was a joke! We had to find the breakfast hall our selves as there was no signage and we weren’t told by the desk manager who didn’t speak English. It wasn't busy at the breakfast bar, but the lack of food was beyond hilarious. The cheese had been sitting around for a while and was stale. There wasn't much of it. Literally there were crumbs. Hardly any bread, just four pieces of French bread, with no variety. There was a little bit of egg and tomato, rather less than enough for your plate. Eggs were sitting in water. Everything was cold. Scrambled egg was minuscule between the two of us. The chef would come out and look at the food and walk away, and not be bothered to replenish it. The manager who was actually sitting in the dining area, had no care to be honest. We had to ask for milk, which came with no charm, and a carton left on our table, We made a complaint to last-minute who told us to speak with the manager. Shouldn't really have bothered. "We are happy with the amount of food for this time of year!" I asked where the fruit was? To which he replied there wasn't any. I then asked where is the bread to which he pointed to the basket of four pieces. I said to the manager, they should be accountable for showing a similar quality to the images they are proud to show on their site. He said everything was there and that the quality and quantity was in relation to the amount paid for the room! I mentioned that the chef had walked by and not replenished, to which he said we are happy we have done enough. I asked about the room, and he said for the amount we had paid, this was the type of room we had been given. The next day was comical where the staff members were pretty hostile after we had made a complaint. Which is crazy, because we are not the only one to make complaints on tripadvisor. They obviously don't care. The laughable moment is where the manager walked out of the kitchen with hot food under a tin foil, walked passed us to take it to what could only be deemed to other staff members in another location on site. That night after I had taken photos of the day’s events, we had an abrupt bang on the door, and someone tried to open the door. There was dog faeces on the way to the breakfast bar, with rubbish strewn around the court yard outside the apartment. Broken paving slabs with not much protection from falling over them, and dogs running around the complex without being stopped. This is an unsafe environment for families and children. Beware
the pictures doesn't do this place justice. it's really beautiful. we stopped there one night as it was close to dalaman airport. a 20min drive. I wasn't expecting much but it was lovely, clean n better than the picks we booked 3 apartments but we only needed one. they didn't let me cancel the 2 I didn't need with was annoying and the reception staffs English was poor. they didn't understand much of what I was asking
the place itself is lovely has some food places a d a good few shops for souvenirs etc
I went for a few days with my family. I arrived at 3:00am and wanted to check in but was told we had to wait hours for check in so I had to book another hotel and stay the night just to get to the original hotel and be told that our room is occupied even though we already paid for it and had it booked. We were moved to a different room which didn’t have working WiFi and when I went down to file a complaint and get it sorted I was just told my a young lady that there is a technical issue and it will be fixed. The next day comes and it still wasn’t fixed so I gave it the benefit of the doubt but it wasn’t fixed the day after that. I went to reception where there were two boys, I said excuse me and was ignored and then told that one of the boys only spoke Turkish and couldn’t be of any help. When I asked about the WiFi I was told that there is nothing for them to do and I have to deal with it even though one of the aspects of the hotel is that there is free running WiFi. For a WiFi connection I had to leave my hotel room and sit outside the reception room on the benches. The breakfast was cold at times and occasionally got topped up. Unfortunately I could see that there was better treatment towards people who were Turkish in the restaurant. The manager was barely around and barely checked up to see how it was going. But the people on the strip told us that this is how he normally acts and his hospitality is poor.
I am just back from staying at this horrible hotel room 108 filthy smelt off sewage staff speak no English at all shouldn't run a hotel if they don't speak several languages staff unhelpful cats everywhere owners dog was in restaurant it smelt so bad needing a good wash breakfast disgusting cold all the time WiFi didn't work got bitten alive because room so filthy staff sit and spoke all day then work in the breakfast area not good unhygienic no wonder so many people take ill avoid this hotel at all times I wouldn't!t go back to Sarigerme if you paid me a million pounds rip off off a place so filthy since I was there in April 2025 charge you what you like in shops and resturants
