Another great holiday at the Yel Great time had by all

Entertainment guys Gadget and Gizmo still as funny as ever and very helpful if needing anything Daytime entertainment always a laugh , They always put something on during the evening , karaoke, bingo and live shows

Staff very friendly and food is good Pool area very clean They have installed Air con in games room / gym , which makes a big difference Maybe for next year install Air con in reception area as gets very hot during the day if going up there All in all for a 3 star hotel I think it’s a great place

Very Disappointing – Definitely Not the All-Inclusive Experience We Paid For unfortunately this hotel was a huge disappointment and nowhere near the standard we expected for an all-inclusive holiday.

The holiday got off to a bad start with a very rude welcome from the reception staff, which immediately made us feel unwelcome.

The biggest let-down was the food especially in the evenings :( It catered almost entirely for Turkish guests, with very little variety for everyone else. We ended up eating out on most evenings despite paying for an all-inclusive package, which completely defeated the purpose of booking this hotel.

The drinks were equally disappointing. The beer was often warm, the main bar only operated from 10am until 11pm, and unbelievably there was an upstairs bar where you had to pay for drinks. Charging extra for a bar in an all-inclusive hotel makes no sense. The snack bar was only open for around 90 minutes each day, and even then you could be left waiting a long time as staff were often nowhere to be seen. To make matters worse, the snack area was outside in the blazing sun with very little shade. The restaurant wasn't much better, as the air conditioning was virtually non-existent, making every meal uncomfortable in the extreme heat. If you order pancakes, make sure they're cooked properly—we were repeatedly served pancakes that were undercooked and slimy in the middle. A lot of flies in restaurant on food. Vinegar/ sauce bottles disgusting don’t look like they have been cleaned.

The housekeeping staff deserve praise. They were always friendly, worked incredibly hard and kept our room spotless every day. Sadly, that's where the positives ended. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the walls were paper-thin, and because our room overlooked the pool it was constantly noisy. We were also given an attic room, which became unbearably hot and involved climbing several flights of stairs, making it completely unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The pool was far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel, so it was overcrowded every day. The water slide was only switched on for one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon, which was very disappointing. Even worse, the pool frequently smelled of urine, making it unpleasant to use. Unless you're prepared to get up very early, don't expect to find an available sunbed.

The evening entertainment was another let-down. The entertainment area simply wasn't large enough for the number of guests, so we chose to go elsewhere most nights.

The location also wasn't ideal. It's much further from Hisarönü and Fethiye than we expected, meaning we had to pay for taxis throughout our stay because walking wasn't practical.

Overall, apart from the excellent housekeeping team, this hotel failed to deliver on almost every aspect of what an all-inclusive holiday should be. Paying extra to eat out, warm drinks, overcrowded facilities, poor food, uncomfortable rooms and rude reception staff meant this was not the relaxing holiday we had hoped for. We certainly won't be returning and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a good all-inclusive experience.

I've been back 2hrs from 10days in the worst all inclusive hotel ive ever stayed. Where do start

1. Food meat stew what meat is it?, kebab Tues chicken fat Tuesdays you mean the soup was ok, totally catered for the turkish my is vegetarian and couldn't earthing hot because everything was written in turkish and on a piece of paper not laminated so we could understand there's lots more
2. Snack bar opens for 1hr 30mins that's it, ice cream once a day for 45 mins or until it's gone.
3. Waterside open for 1hr hour in the morning and 1hr in late afternoon that's it.

4 Pool dated at best canisters missing on bridge there a toddler could just fall through. 5. Bar one all inclusive bar open from 10am to 11pm but the drinks are weak, efes is warm. There is another bar up at reception but that's a pay bar in an all inclusive with only one other bar

6. Entertainment same things every week and again is on sporadically during the day then the main show doesn't start until then.
7. Rooms dated and in desperate need of refurbishment.

The only positives at this hotel is the staff they really try there best to make a bad hotel better. We ate out most nights please don't go I'm telling it's rubbish
