A Holiday to Remember From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a fantastic team of staff who truly embody what great hospitality should look like. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile. Our holiday began with an unexpected challenge when we discovered during our transfer that some of our family members had been booked into the Sundia Liberty Suncity rather than our hotel. As a family of six celebrating two very special milestone birthdays, this was understandably upsetting. However, what happened next demonstrated just how exceptional this hotel is. The managers from both hotels worked tirelessly together and, after three days, successfully arranged for our family to be reunited. Their kindness, understanding, and determination to help us, completely free of charge, turned what could have been a stressful situation into something we will always be grateful for. A special mention must also go to the catering team. My sister has food allergies, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. To help minimise any risk of cross-contamination, she would visit breakfast and lunch as soon as service started, and there was always a wide variety of delicious options available. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Throughout our stay, the restaurant staff, bar team, housekeeping, and management consistently delivered outstanding service. The hotel was spotless, the food was excellent, and the level of care shown to guests was second to none. What could have been a holiday with a memorable hiccup became a holiday filled with wonderful memories thanks to the dedication and compassion of the staff. They helped make our birthday celebrations extra special, and for that we are truly thankful. If you're looking for a hotel that combines excellent facilities with genuine warmth and first-class customer service, look no further. We would not hesitate to return and recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you for turning a good holiday into an unforgettable one. 🌟✨

Before I start this review; may I say staff are 10/10 and do work so hard and was incredible with the kids and the full party we came with. They are the main reason this hotel has got 3 stars for me, this was an expensive hotel to book considering it was out of season so I expected it to be up end. The bar area is tidy and they do a good job at maintaining certain areas of the hotel. The rooms are not that clean and I found them really run down. Room 1804 really needs some tlc, the skirting boards are breaking apart and under the sofa bed did look like it’d never been cleaned. Sadly we did have to move rooms on the last day which was out the hotels control as our room flooded but this was in a different part of the hotel and this room had rotting wood in the bathrooms. It’s just not something I’d expect at a 4 star. Food at snack bar, amazing food. Main restaurant could be great some nights, others not so good.

The staff really make this hotel and it was lovely to meet everyone. For us we wouldn’t return to this hotel.

If you have children they have a kid pools which is a great depth for toddlers. Not much to do for kids under 4 though. No arcade, no slides, nothing for the kids to do; I would say hotel is more suitable to older kids.

Animation team are great and don’t hassle you which is nice. Location is fantastic and right on strip but can imagine it’s awful with those rooms overlooking the strip.

Staff couldn’t do more for you and are a credit to the hotel. It’s not a bad hotel I just expected a bit more.

We have just returned from another lovely week at Sundia by Liberty in Ölüdeniz, and this was actually our 5th visit to the hotel, which hopefully says just how fond my wife and I are of the place. We really do love Sundia. The food is amazing, the location is fantastic, and the staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything you need for a great holiday is there, which is why we have continued to return regularly However, there was one issue this year that I feel the management team should consider. The afternoon music around the main pool seemed to have been turned up to an unbelievably high level, and the style of music was often very loud drum-and-bass-type music. From what I observed, the majority of guests appeared to be in the 40–70 age range, and I don't think this level or style of music was particularly appreciated by many guests. After two days, we found ourselves having to retreat to the adult pool simply to get away from the noise. Unfortunately, even there, the music could still be heard very loudly. I completely understand that the hotel wants to provide entertainment and create a lively atmosphere, and that's part of what makes a holiday enjoyable. However, I would respectfully ask the management team to reconsider the volume and choice of music during the afternoon, particularly around the pool areas. Perhaps keeping the music at a more comfortable level, with a wider variety of music that suits the age range of the majority of guests, would allow everyone to enjoy the atmosphere without feeling that they need to escape from it. Apart from this issue, we had another fantastic stay and would happily return to Sundia again. We love the hotel and the people who work there, which is why we felt it was worth mentioning this rather than simply complaining. Hopefully the management team will take the comments in the constructive way they are intended, because with this small change, Sundia would continue to be the wonderful hotel we have enjoyed visiting for the last five times.
