It was really good the staff are very helpful and kind. Food was delicious. And the entertainment team was lovely and pool was lovely. Room was very comfy and bars was good.

My experience was very good. All of the staff were very friendly, the food was lovely and the facilities are very clean. We will definitely be returning next year.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service Thanks to Songül & Talha! A massive special thanks to Songül and Talha at the front desk! They went above and beyond throughout our stay, even helping us order a late-night kebab when we were starving. Their kindness, warmth, and constant help made our entire trip. This clean, wonderful hotel completely outshines every other place we’ve stayed at recently. It offers everything you could want from a hotel in Turkey: spotless facilities, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier service. Highly recommended!
This stinks of poo
Just arrived, room STINKS of sewage. Reception don’t care. No manager available to help. No tui rep contact details. Very bad first impression. Hopefully tomorrow will resolve this problem.. I’m devastated that I brought my family here. It’s the biggest let down I’ve ever experienced on holiday.

Amazing hotel with plenty going on!
The jacuzzi rooms are amazing with a view over the mountains! There is constantly things going on throughout the day with the entrainment team, who are all super friendly! Would highly recommend for families!
