The hotel is all you can ask for a family resort. Rooms may be a little small but you are really only using them to sleep. The food is good and staff are amazing but I have to give a shout out to the most amazing entertainment team. Mr Franky, Mr Kai and the rest of the team are phenomenal. Fantastic stay.

As a family staying at this hotel it sadly did not meet up to our expectations. I’m not sure why there is an entertainment team for adults at a family resort. If they put the same amount of energy into entertaining the kids of all ages (not just the pre school) what a great addition they would make. It’s far too loud an environment for families, personally I’m on holiday to relax and unwind and sadly I wasn’t able to due to the entertainment team constantly asking adults to join in on activities that our children would have enjoyed but weren’t allowed to. Constantly blowing whistles and demanding attention. I’d strongly recommend they tone it down a bit if you’d like to continue to encourage families to stay here. The hotel staff and food was great. The hotel is kept clean at all times. The surroundings are beautiful. Our rooms were a let down too, they are not suitable for families, they are far too small and some of the “sea views” are not sea views as we experienced and asked to be moved to a room with a better view. The hotel were great at resolving our issues and were approachable and helpful. As an all inclusive hotel we also expected to have our mini fridge stocked up but sadly you only get one round of a couple of cans of juice and then you have to pay for them if you continue to use them even though you’ve already paid to be all inclusive. Finally the rooms weren’t stocked greatly, I had to ask for toilet roll, the coffees etc weren’t always stocked up and we ran out of soap too and this wasn’t refilled until asked..

Location of the hotel was good, easy to get a taxi to venture out. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel purely for the fact that we had ants crawling out cracks in the tiles on the walls and when I reported this to reception they said “we will send house keeping to do a deep clean but we are in the mountains but it is to be expected” Appreciate you have bugs but I wouldn’t expect these to be crawling out the walls, I showed videos to reception who brushed it off.. these were crawling over us in bed. We stayed for a week and the bed was changed once even though I raised this and it still wasn’t done, also had to go chasing house keeping round for toilet roll to be provided. The balcony door also didn’t lock not a major problem as we were on the 2nd floor but still a security issue.

The food was terrible also, we ate out most the time and ordered take away so was a waste of all inclusive.

Entertainment team brilliant, although some very pushy when it comes to buying tickets and entertainment shirts.
