Fabulous time, rooms very clean and ved comfortable, lovely staff and all helpful, special thanks to mama, pancake lady at the relax pool, she's a legend, bar staff were all lovely and all the staff worked so hard to cater for everyone's needs. Big variety of food daily, something for everyone so big up the chefs. Hubby loved the puddings!! Baklava to die for!! Beautiful gardens and grounds, immaculately kept and loved waking up to the sound of chickens!! Lots of cats around the hotel which I loved...hubby not so much. They're not a problem though. Entertainment staff are fab, hotel is very family orientated but also a relax pool for adults only. We will definitely be back.

professional hotel peefect holiday
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The check-in process was quick and professional, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions.
The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the housekeeping team maintained the room perfectly throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality toiletries.
The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It is conveniently situated close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Despite being in a convenient location, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, cereals, and beverages. Everything was well presented and regularly replenished. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable to use.
What impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service. Every member of the staff was courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a comfortable stay. Their professionalism and hospitality made a lasting impression.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It offers excellent value for money, outstanding cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again in the future. Five stars!

perfect and peaceful stay!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. The hotel has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you arrive. Everything was exceptionally clean, including the rooms, which were spacious and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always available to help with any questions or problems. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh dishes to choose from. You can really see the care and attention that goes into preparing every meal. This hotel is perfect for everyone, whether you’re a young couple, a family, or simply looking for a relaxing vacation. Everyone is made to feel welcome.Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality and for making my stay so memorable. I truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back very soon!
Great holiday
I am currently staying at this hotel, and overall I have had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. My room is spacious, comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The bed is very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep.
The staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Check-in was quick and smooth, and any questions I had were answered professionally. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
The breakfast offers a good variety of fresh and tasty food, and the dining area is clean and organized. The facilities, including the Wi-Fi, gym, and swimming pool, are in good condition and easy to use.
There are only a few small areas that could be improved, such as adding more options to the breakfast menu and making the Wi-Fi slightly faster during busy hours. However, these are minor issues and did not affect my overall stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.
Great hotel and location, stopped 4 times!
Been to this hotel 4 times and have booked to stop again in September. The location is fantastic, best of both having swimming pools but also beach sun loungers available and so close ( 30 seconds walk) . We felt there was a huge selection of food available every night, a lot of the selection is repeated, with 1 or 2 things changing every day, but as there is so much choice this was not an issue. Even though its all inclusive, we still occasionally ate out to mix it up. The rooms were clean, but a little basic. But being surrounded by beautiful gardens and mountain views certainly made up for the basics of the room. Staff were friendly, we found the rum was basic white rum, so grabbed a bottle of spiced rum from the airport and took it to the bar with us. No issues from the staff doing this, in fact they tried it too!
