Great hotel
I had a really enjoyable stay at By Z Hotel and overall I was very happy with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. Their positive attitude really made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere and the location is definitely one of its biggest advantages. It is close enough to everything in Ölüdeniz, while still feeling like a relaxing place to come back to after a busy day. The surroundings are beautiful and the overall setting makes it easy to enjoy a peaceful holiday.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the housekeeping service was good. The common areas were also kept clean and tidy. We particularly enjoyed spending time around the pool and relaxing in the hotel during the day.
The food was generally good, with plenty of choice, and breakfast was one of the highlights for us. There was something for different tastes, and everything we tried was fresh and enjoyable.
What stood out most for me was the friendly atmosphere. The staff genuinely seemed to care about the guests and were always polite and helpful whenever we needed anything.
Overall, By Z Hotel offers a very pleasant holiday experience and good value for money. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly and well-located hotel in Ölüdeniz.
Avoid this hotel
Travelled to this hotel with friends for 1 week on 28th August. The location is excellent being close to the beach and strip. The staff are mostly friendly and polite. Sadly, those are the only positives. The hotel is listed as a 4 star but would struggle to achieve 2. The room was sold as suitable for 3 adults but was tiny with no space for luggage. We could have lived with that, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired and the beds were very uncomfortable. The small balcony had 2 very dirty chairs and a small table in a similar condition. We couldn’t keep the archaic air conditioner running during the night due to the noise; not ideal in the high temperatures. The worst thing was the food. The food is awful! Consisting of cheap cuts of meat and various stews with chips or rice. We also had to buy our own soft and alcholic drinks as they were of similar quality. I am not overly fussy and don’t have high expectations of any all inclusive, but in all the places I have been, this was by far the worst. Don’t waste your money, go elsewhere in Oludeniz.

Wonderful holiday
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and overall I was very impressed with the experience. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of activities to keep guests entertained throughout the day.
One of the biggest highlights of my stay was definitely the animation team. They were energetic, friendly, professional, and always made an effort to involve everyone in the activities. Whether it was during the daytime activities, games, sports, or evening entertainment, the animation team created a fun and positive atmosphere. They were never boring or pushy, and they knew exactly how to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.
I especially want to mention Muhammed and Atakan. They were absolutely fantastic and really stood out from the rest of the team. Both of them were extremely friendly, funny, energetic, and professional. They always had a smile on their faces and made a genuine effort to make guests feel happy and included. Their enthusiasm and positive energy were contagious, and they played a huge role in making my holiday more enjoyable.
Muhammed was especially great at communicating with guests and making everyone feel involved. He was always approachable, respectful, and full of energy. Atakan was also amazing — his sense of humor, enthusiasm, and friendly personality made the activities much more enjoyable. They worked very well together and created a fantastic atmosphere for everyone.
It is clear that Muhammed and Atakan genuinely care about the guests and take their job seriously. Their hard work, dedication, and positive attitude deserve to be recognized. They are a great representation of the hotel and definitely made my stay more memorable.
I would highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the fantastic animation team. A special thank you to Muhammed and Atakan for making the holiday so much more fun and enjoyable. They are both excellent at what they do and truly deserve all the praise. I hope to see them again on my next visit!

Greatest hotel
I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The facilities were clean and well organized, and the attention to detail was impressive. I especially appreciated how professional and kind the staff were whenever I needed assistance.
Overall, I am very happy with my experience here. The hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and a welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would be happy to come back again in the future.
The food not good
Overall, everything at the hotel was normal and satisfactory except for the food. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The quality was not good, the options were limited, and the taste was far below what I expected from a hotel of this standard. This was definitely the weakest part of my stay. Other than the food, everything else was fine.
