Great Hotel
Everything was fine. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was amazing, and we really enjoyed our vacation.
A special thank you to Mesut, who organized activities like darts, water polo and other games every day. He was always energetic, kind, and made everyone feel welcome. Thanks to him, the entertainment was fun and memorable.
We would also like to thank the staff member who served drinks in the restaurant. He was always friendly and smiling.
I recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again!

⭐ An Amazing Stay – We Can’t Wait to Return!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marcan Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Their warm attitude really made our holiday even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The swimming pool was beautiful, well maintained, and always a great place to relax.
The food was delicious with a good variety of options each day, so there was always something new to enjoy. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from the famous Ölüdeniz beach, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.
We would especially like to thank all of the staff for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home.
We highly recommend Marcan Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and stress-free holiday in Ölüdeniz. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Friends for forty years & our 1st holiday ✈️😎
Ok arrived on the 26th June 5pm was given room key bags are taken to room by staff, unfortunately wardrobe mirror was completely cracked. so went back to reception they were so helpful moved us to another room. Dinner was at 7pm food was most Turkish but if you’re the kind of person that is happy to try new food then you won’t disappointed. There was always something tasty. Decided to have a Turkish massage at the onsite spa, mehmet the spa manager is a lovely chatty fella had the tan prepare package I must say it was worth every penny. Came out feeling relaxed & my skin felt amazing, highly recommended! Only thing I can say to improve this hotel is if the snack bar was the bar for the evening as I’d have sat there. Also certain drinks come with a cost ie Malibu jack Daniel’s etc also premium cocktails. Pool is clean staff are friends the cleaners are amazing left us with towel hearts with flowers most days. All in all would stay here again.
Not a very good experience
To start with rooms were nice the maids done a brilliant job, lovely pool area. First week of holiday no hot water for a shower day 7 this was fixed. Animation team were great fun and worked so harsd trying to include everyone. The bad points, while first week my husband was having breakfast he found a piece of tin/metal in his cheese thank god he managed to remove the sharp spiked tin from his mouth, a child might not of been so lucky, he approached the management who basically shrugged this off and did not remove the tray of cheese which my husband said should be removed for the safety of other guests. We did get in touch with the TUI REP regarding this Pascal was really helpful and apologetic. Day 7 we ate Sunday lunch by monday morning i was really ill, spent couple of days in bed unable to keep anything down unable to eat or drink trying to sip water (couple of guests poorly too) the stomach cramps were pure agony my worry was getting transfer and flight home on Thursday. I managed to return home straight to GP who took a stool sample 7 days later still ill, test confirmed Severe SALMONELLA i will never return to turkey the food at this hotel was disgusting holiday was totally ruined
