Marcan Resort Hotel

Our stay was pleasant, the animators were the highlight of our stay. Their manager however, Mesut, was mean to us and his colleagues, which was unpleasant, however his colleague, Aysegul, was very kind and welcoming, she really knew how to get people in the mood and had a lot of acquaintances among the guests! Their rooms are alright, but it gets very hot during the day. The internet quality is very poor, but the location makes up for the lack of some luxuries inside the hotel. Overall, I’d say that the price we paid was adequate for the experience we received.

The hotel is very family friendly, the rooms were clean and the all inclusive buffet was really tasty. I would recommend this hotel for British families because it is very popular with the English. It is a good price for its value. The staff were very nice and friendly, and most of them speak adequate English, so it’s easy to communicate with them. Check in was fine, the staff permitted us to have lunch before check in since we arrived early.

We're a family of four with 9 and 11 year old kids. We spent a week here and have just got back. It's a very comfortable hotel with good free air conditioning, decent pools and a reasonable choice of all inclusive drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. The food was pretty good and there was a fair variety. Staff were pleasant. I must praise Furkan and Suleman who worked mainly in the restaurant. They are both quiet, friendly, extremely polite men and they were both very attentive to our family. They are a credit to this hotel.
