Marcan we will be back
Absolutely fantastic week here from start to finish. From the first reception to the last goodbye. Staff are brilliant, waiters so friendly and always busy under the management of Ugur, the snack area chef also brilliant. Pool bar staff main guy was Birant also amazing. Cleaning room ladies of B block were chatty and friendly every morning. In general amazing and I would definitely recommend to friends and family alike.
A fabulous week at Marcan Resort Hotel
Ugur and his staff made our stay fantastic. The food, service and friendly hospitality were wonderful. Nothing was too much. Ugur greeted us every time we ate in the restaurant and always gave us a smile 😃
The bar staff at the pool and the restaurant were great - very friendly and helpful.
The pool was fabulous - always clean and sparkling as was our room. Always cleaned to a high standard every day.
We enjoyed some great entertainment while we we were here. The Soul Fire Sisters from South Africa were absolutely incredible.
Thank you Marcan for a fabulous week spent in Oludeniz. We are sad to be leaving and hope to come back 🙏❤️

A massive shout-out and thank you to Mesut! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This review is a huge thank you to Mesut, who was absolutely brilliant and really made our holiday special. He was incredibly proactive in encouraging everyone to get involved with the activities and entertainment, always making sure people were having fun and feeling included.
He worked non-stop from around 10am until nearly midnight, and despite such long hours, he was always friendly, enthusiastic and approachable. He also spoke very good English, which made it easy to communicate with him.
Alongside Mesut, the bar staff and cleaners all work incredibly hard and deserve recognition for the effort they put in to make sure guests are happy and well looked after.
My boyfriend will be writing a separate TripAdvisor review about our overall hotel experience, but we really felt that Mesut deserved his own 5-star, excellent rating just for the fantastic job he does.
Thank you, Mesut, for all your hard work and for helping make our holiday so enjoyable! You are a credit to the hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We came to this Ares on holiday and were very happy ; ı'm suprised bu the strange comments people have made , because thank godness , the staff are very helpful and we can communicate without any language barriers , The rooms are clean and well- maintained ; thanks to the cleanıng ladies , everything is spotless , The restaurant staff nd restaurant manager ugur were excellent particulary the tandır and meat döner , This hotel offers excellent value for money; ı higly recommend it, Don't believe the negative reviews ,.Those people were simply dissatisfied

Marcan Resort Oludeniz
At first we were placed in the dark room under the restaurant but after asking for replacement, we were given a room on the higher floor after two days.
Apart from that, our stay was great, there is plenty of tasty food to choose from, the staff is very nice and friendly and they go out of their way for the best service. A huge shoutout to Mesut - he was an amazing entertainer and brought so much fun and energy. The lady from the reception was also great help and always smiling and very kind.
We also found a great place nearby called SObar with lovely owners and great atmosphere and their frozen drinks are delicious.
