Not what I expected from others score, average overall
This hotel is very pretty, very clean and perfectly located however I personally don’t think it’s worth the score that others are giving it.
These are our reasons:
- Breakfast is very limited
- Hotel room is very noisy due to surrounding bars until the early hours which was frustrating when you are trying to get away from it all and relax
- Only certain members of the team are knowledgeable, they were all pleasant however there were many questions they couldn’t answer like where can I hire a car, what time does the car park over the road open, can I have a late check out…these are all basic questions
- Pool area was very small and they decided at mid morning every day to put on loud music which was not necessary
I personally would not return or recommend.
Overpriced & Overrated
Kassandra Boutique Hotel quite frankly is extremely overpriced for the location & facilities. We paid over £2000 for one week bed & breakfast. Whilst the hotel has a pretty setting, the rooms offer basic decor. Adjacent to the hotel is the Mojito Bar which plays loud music until 1.00am every night. The hotel does provide ear plugs but they are insufficient to drown out the noise. The breakfast buffet is very limited/basic. The 2 slice toaster is broken and the button has to be manually held for the duration of toasting. The pool area offers a nice setting. However, the shower is dirty and needs a good scrub. I refused to stand in it. Also, the tree sheds some kind of fruit which leaves sticky marks on the floor. This wasn't cleaned at all during our stay. On the whole, whilst we enjoyed our time in Oludeniz, I wouldn't return to this hotel as there are an abundance of hotels offering much better value for money. We were expecting a much higher standard for a nightly rate of nearly £300pn! Overall very disappointed. ☹️

A lovely place to stay.
This is a lovely hotel just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Showers are good. The pool area is delightful.The staff are lovely.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
We stayed here with all my family and friends on the lead up to our wedding and we all had a great experience and lovely time! The staff (especially Yağmur in reception) are all so helpful and friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the beach front and near the shops and nice restaurants. The rooms, pool area and restaurant were all clean and well kept, while ensuring you felt relaxed. The buffet breakfast had loads of choices to pick from in the morning including an omelette chef. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Ölüdeniz. Thanks again!

Kassandra Boutique Hotel Restaurant
My son googled a good restaurant in Olu Deniz and we decided to try. We were not disappointed. Food was amazing, wine was beautiful and service was excellent. Lovely setting.
Wonderful evening and will definitely be back.
