This attractive beach hotel is located within a beautiful garden area only around 10 minutes away from the popular pebble beach of Ölüdeniz and the turquoise blue sea. Links to the public transport system are just a stone's throw from the hotel (around 50 m) and there is a lake around 500 m away. The immediate vicinity (around 100 m) offers a vast array of shopping facilities as well as numerous restaurants, various bars, pubs, cafes and many other entertainment facilities. There is a nightclub only about 150 m away from the hotel and the worth-seeing centre of Fethiye is around 13 km away, which is easily reached by car or with the regular minibus transport.
this hotel comprises a total of 189 double rooms and 6 suites over 3 storeys. The hotel welcomes guests in a lobby with a 24-hour reception, hotel safe and currency exchange counter. A bar, a hairdresser's salon, a small supermarket, a shop, a games room, a TV room, public Internet access and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a terrace (highchairs for kids included) also count amongst the hotel's facilities. Furthermore, there are laundry and room services as well as medical assistance, a playground and a car park.
The modern rooms are equipped with an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, air conditioning and a hire safe. Each of these tastefully furnished rooms also comes with a balcony.

An honest review
Just finished an 11 day stay at this hotel and I'm going to leave an honest review. If you're a family with children who enjoy chips, burgers and pizza, this is the ideal place for you. It's low budget and family friendly and the entertainers are great. There's ice cream served everyday between 3:30 and 4:30pm and pancakes with chocolate sauce everyday served at breakfast. But we travelled as a couple aged 30's and 40's. I'll start with the pro's: The location of this hotel is beyond perfect. It's surrounded by mountain views and is seconds away from the strip of bars and restaurants. We visited the restaurant Cosmos plenty of times. The food was outstanding and so were the staff and cocktails. Great entertainment every night, fully recommended! The beach is a 5 minute walk away where you can book excursions. We did the captain Tommy boat trip. Highly recommended. Plenty of swim stops, lovely staff and top quality food. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to sugar beach where you can relax on free sun loungers by the blue lagoon. It's amazing and I couldn't recommend going there enough. We spent two days there and spent about £60 throughout the day on lunch and drinks. Well worth it. The rooms at the hotel are great. Fully air conned with a balcony, telly and kettle although coffee isn't topped up so we bought our own from the shop and filled up a cup of milk from the restaurant daily which we kept in our fridge. Our room wasn't cleaned for the first few days but we realised you have to use the clean room feature by your front door which alerts the cleaners that you would like your room cleaned. After this, our room was cleaned daily by a very sweet lady. You're given one bottle of water on your first day, keep this bottle and you can fill it up yourself. You're not given anymore bottles unless you ask the cleaners. The hotel has two pools, one is for adults only which is where we spent our time. You get the odd family who will bring the children to the pool who obviously can't read signs but other than that, it's a nice, quiet, relaxing area. Cons: I am not a fussy eater, I literally eat anything and everything but the food was very repetitive and what's not eaten at dinner is then served at lunch the following day. The sweet and sour chicken was nice however, I got bored of having it daily. There is a selection of cheeses, cereal and eggs for breakfast. There is a meat cooked daily on the grill for dinner but sometimes it was very fatty, oily or chewy and I didn't feel as though there was a big variety. The kebab style meats were amazing though, very tasty. All inclusive drinks are limited, you get beer, vodka and raki. No cocktails are on the all inclusive list. Would I stay here again? Yes, I more than likely would. It was just the food that was a bit hit and miss but there are plenty of decent restaurants around to get food at. The hotel itself is good and they provide good entertainment in the form of fire dancers and street dancers. A good family friendly hotel

Lovely clean hotel, rooms clean and satisfactory. Staff are lovely,friendly and do a great job. Food ok bit samey but thats all inclusive! Great onsite photographer! Pool is great not cold..entertainment great too. Although would have preferred a bit more for younger children. Overall we all had a great time and would definitely revisit. Outside hotel also great the strip (shops) 👌 and close to the beach
Good overall, wouldn’t take much for big improvements
Good location. Atmosphere is poor due to the type of people the hotel attracts. Rooms poorly furnished with 75% of things not fitted correctly. We were put in a top floor room on the first night even though we were travelling with a passenger who has mobility issues, which we had pre-warned the hotel of. Paid for a safe in the room which wouldn’t work, reception told me to phone them, went to use the phone and it wasn’t even wired in, after going to reception they sorted the safe out although the phone is still not wired in. Aircon is okay once it has been on for a while although it leaks in some rooms. The wiring for the hairdryer in my bathroom was literally twisted together and taped, no effort made to even hide it. Towel hanger in bathroom of both rooms were not attached. Amazing staff and none of these issues are because of them just the manager of the hotel. Restaurant closes at 9:00. We were told 9:15. The bar next to the restaurant closes 45 minutes before the restaurant. Backwards I know. Everywhere stinks of cigarettes. Adults only pool smells like an ashtray. LOTS of sun loungers are broken. Overall it’s a good place to sleep. Food isn’t up to much but won’t make you sick. Just needs a few grand spent on the hotel as a whole just to fix small issues and would be much nicer stay. Entertainment is good if you enjoy listening the same kids song every night for half and hour and some chain smoker screaming down the microphone. On multiple nights of our stay there was a family here who clearly can’t handle their drink or have ongoing domestic issues who we had to tell to be quiet because nobody needs to hear it at 2/3 in the morning. Lots of stuff to do outside of the hotel and on the strip so it’s good to just sleep here. Drinks taste cheap, vodka tastes like nail varnish remover. No aircon in the lobby so and the sofas smell like urine.

Family visit
As a three star hotel, it serves its purpose. Although the food choice is limited, you’ll usually find something to eat. Mysteriously, the bar on the top floor where the restaurant is open until 9.00pm, closes at 8.30pm. Spirits are generally mediocre. Definitely not 40% strength, contrary to what any bottle states. If you like decent spirits, you need to pay for premium spirits.
The positives are that the staff work really hard and the front of house staff are really friendly and accommodating. Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard, recently renovated and hotel is in a really great location. Unless you’ve got young children, entertainment isn’t up to much, but there’s some great bars outside the hotel, most noticeably VIP Dance Bar which has great entertainment on every night.
To summarise, it’s decent for what it is, but with a few issues like limited bar times and the quality of the drinks. If that doesn’t bother you, get it booked.

Always something to eat at buffet with a lot of variety, pool area very busy, noisy and dirty, shortage of sun beds. Staff were all fantastic. Ok but wouldn’t return, I prefer a bit more peace and quiet.
