Fabulous stay ,amazing food ,lovely staff . Room a tad small but kept well supplied with towels, toilet rolls etc . Definitely will return. Not for people with mobility issues as exceptionally steep. Fairly close to shops but may need a taxi dependant on how you cope with hills . Great place thoroughly enjoyed

Lots to do, rooms need investment
Hi everyone! An honest review from a first time at Hotel Greenland:

Overall: We loved our holiday, mainly because of the people. However, this 4 star hotel is more or less a 3 star in reality.
Room - tiny. The three of us shared a double bed. Air conditioning frequently broke. We made do with luke warm air after the first “repair” but no one appeared after we raised the air con issue a couple of days later. Staff - couldn’t have been better! Lovely, always smiling and accommodating. Hasan, Milleke, Gulcin, Omer and the entertainment lads get a special mention. Cleanliness - pool & bar areas are excellent! Not sure our room was ever “cleaned”. Food - Slightly varied from day to day but breakfast was repetitive, lunches were often good but evening food was poor. Location - you’re looking at a taxi to anywhere, to be honest. However, the taxis are cheap (400TL to Hisaronu, a little more to Olu Deniz) Pool - fantastic, we had lots of fun and the entertainment team were brilliant. Not overbearing but enough activities to keep us entertained.

Amazing Hotel!!
Hotel Greenland you’ve been amazing! ☀️
We came for 10 nights on the 15th July and what a great hotel!
Our room was lovely, nice and spacious for the 5 of us :)
(Family deluxe room, up by the top pool) the air con was brilliant!
Both pools were lovely, the kids really enjoyed the slide :) which was on between 10-12 & 2-4 :)
The hill was a bit of a killer walking up and down it each morning especially if it was hot 🥵
The tortoises walking around the hotel Grounds was lovely to see they were loads of them! :)
The food was really nice me and the kids are picky eaters but always found something nice to eat! :)
Sun beds- we managed to get 4 beds next to each other with parasols, after a few days it did start to get a lot busier so had to put towels down around 7 -7.30 🥰
They loved the ice creams each day which was from 4pm.
WiFi throughout the hotel was just amazing! Especially if you have teenagers who need the internet 😂 water park was a great day out and only 5 mins down the road (in taxi)
We got a taxi to the town (Hisaronu) was great night life there! :) Hotel entertainment was good from bingo nights, belly dancers, acrobats ect.
Mini disco was fun for the little ones! And the big ones too 😂
We honestly had the most amazing time here! Will definitely be looking at booking again ☀️🇹🇷 Thank you for the best stay!! ☀️
Beautiful, green Greenlands
We always have an amazing time at Greenlands. The food is excellent, the bedrooms are so comfortable and immaculately clean and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Hasan and Berkay are so upbeat and work hard to provide great entertainment both in the day and evenings. They always make us feel at home when we visit, making it a very easy place to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed, fun, comfortable stay. We have stayed here several times at various times during the year and always have a lovely time and we will be continuing to return every year.
Fantastic holiday!
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Greenland in Ovacık and would definitely recommend it. The hotel has lovely, clean pools with plenty of space to relax, making it easy to spend the whole day enjoying the sunshine.
The food was another highlight, with a great variety at every meal. There was always something fresh and tasty to choose from, and the selection catered to different tastes.
A special mention has to go to Berkay from the entertainment team. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always made an effort to include everyone in the activities without being pushy. His energy and enthusiasm really helped create a fun atmosphere and made our holiday even more enjoyable.
Overall, Hotel Greenland offers excellent value for money, great facilities, delicious food, and a welcoming team. We’d happily return for another stay!
