Just returned from a week's holiday with my husband. Cannot fault the hotel. Rooms clean when we arrived and the maids cleaned and replaced towels every morning and left bottle of water in the fridge. The pool was very clean with stunning views across to the sea. The restaurant was very clean and the range of food amazing and never struggled to find something to eat. There was always plenty of fresh salad and fruit too. The absolute highlight for me was the spa where me and me husband had what I can only describe as an amazing experience from the Turkish bath, sauna and steam rooms and followed by an amazing massage......all in all two hours of money very well spent. Ibrahim the Customer Relations rep was amazing and very warm and friendly as well as the rest of the staff! Amazing holiday and would hight recommend.
This holiday was for our first wedding anniversary. On arrival we had a room issue but the Customer Relations Manager was excellent, very professional and was resolved within 30 minutes. Staff are all so friendly and make an effort to engage with all guests. The animation team are great with the kids and provide fun for all.
Can’t fault the maid , little touches like love heart of petals on the bed, so nice!
Food is excellent! Foam party was fantastic! For 2 adults in their 50’s best laugh ever!
We used the SPA on several occasions, 5 Star facilities and treatment. Would definitely return in the future!
Just back from here today. Stunning views. Food ok but we did end up eating out in Hisaronu but that was our choice. Drinks menu was good but depending on bar staff the cocktails weren't always made the same or even the same ingredients and sometimes undrinkable. The whole week wee asked for Irish cream kept being told tomorrow and non ever appeared. Cleanliness of the hotel wasnt great. Drinks left at pool with slides the whole day not once did any staff come down to collect cups. Bars again staff took ages to clear glasses. Just over all hotel quite grubby needs better cleaning routine. Not enough parasols for the amount of sun beds and people. Really should be 1 parasol per 2 sun beds. We ended up having to go inside due to no shade by pool. My son is 13 and my daughter 2 and she loves slides into the pool. She was too little for the slides as said 0-6 not allowed although there was a child maybe 4 years old getting down with his dad and when my husband said they said he was 5 almost 6 which he clearly wasnt and could swim when he clearly couldn't swim as he had a float vest on and his dad held him the whole time he was in the pool. One rule for one, one rule for another! Need a small slide for the baby pool and or a small slide at the other end of the slide pool. My 2 year old was very upset she couldnt go down the slide with her dad. Location was fine for us we didnt mind being out the town and taxis were around £4 and £5 each way. Most staff were friendly and helpful and up beat.
We booked this as a last minute getaway, and we read the reviews and decided to risk it. The reception area is very unwelcoming and dated, staff were friendly & helpful, but no hotel map or restaurant information was given so a maze for 24 hours! Our allocated room was horrendous, cracked mirrors, wires hanging out of the wall in the bathroom, light hanging out in the bathroom, very dirty, very dated and not clean at all. Reception did move us to an acceptable room. The pools are lovely & clean, but the areas around are extremely slippery. Lunch at the pool is average, great if you love pizza & chicken nuggets. Toilets were not clean. The main restaurant is the usual all inclusive, but caters for the Turkish clientele so although there looks plenty it’s pretty poor. The chicken cooked outside on the BBQ was raw on 2 occasions. Tables are slow to be cleared. Drinks were of good quality and always plenty of bottled water. À la carte was good, it’s worth booking. Generally the hotel is very tired and In need of a big overhaul, which they assured us is being carried out. It’s just unkept and unloved and not a 4 or 5 star hotel, 2* maybe a 3 at a push. Rooms never cleaned, beds were made and water left but never swept or bathrooms cleaned, very poor. The local town is lovely, we ate there a few times. Personally if you don’t mind putting up with its faults, it’s an ok holiday, but we won’t be returning. I think ‘grubby’ sums it up!
We’ve just got home after 7 nights here family of four
Although this hotel is not a 5 star we’ve had a lovely week in the sun and made the most of it
Food there’s plenty of choice and you will always find something even my son who’s a fussy easer managed to have his chips and bread daily
Drinks basic all inc it is what it is
Our one downfall is cleanliness the resort and rooms were filthy we had to move rooms as our first room was so bad the staff were amazing and tried to move us but hotel was full but we managed to get a move 2 days later into a better but not spotless room Lounge was so run down especially near the pool tables
If there going to renovate it like they have with the new spa it will be beautiful as the resort is in a perfect setting
We would return if major renovations happened as the position of hotel the staff was brilliant
But won’t be rushing back any time soon
