The reason I’m writing this review in English is so everyone can understand just how good this hotel really is!

My experience at this hotel has honestly been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I still don’t understand how this is a 3 star hotel because, in my opinion, it deserves 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

And the location is absolutely incredible. The hotel is literally sat right on the famous Blue Lagoon in Ölüdeniz, with its own private beach directly on the Blue Lagoon. The location couldn’t be better. Waking up and being so close to that beautiful water is something you just can’t appreciate until you experience it yourself.

If you’re looking for a hotel where you can relax, enjoy the beach, have beautiful views and enjoy some peace and quiet at night, this is definitely the place for you. It’s honestly difficult to find a better location in Ölüdeniz.

The staff and service were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay.

Even the little things made such a big difference. Whenever the cleaners cleaned our room, they would leave a lovely little note saying something along the lines of, “I hope you liked the cleaning we did and I hope you’re enjoying your holiday.” It was such a lovely personal touch and really showed how much they care about their guests.

And the FOOD! 😍 Every single day there was so much to choose from. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all had a huge variety of food available at the buffet, and honestly, everything we tried was delicious. You definitely won’t go hungry here!

But I especially want to say a HUGE thank you to the hotel staff for what happened on our last night.

Me and my partner weren’t prepared and didn’t realise how difficult it could be to get a taxi to the airport from that location. The hotel staff immediately stepped in to help us. They called the taxi company and explained that if someone didn’t come as soon as possible, we could potentially miss our flight.

When the taxi still didn’t arrive, one of the hotel staff went and spoke to the manager. The next thing we knew, they had taken the company car, started loading our suitcases and told us that they would take us to the airport free of charge if the taxi didn’t arrive.

I was honestly shocked by how kind and helpful they were. Luckily, the taxi arrived at that exact moment, but the fact that the staff were willing to take us all the way to the airport themselves just to make sure we didn’t miss our flight was incredibly kind.

That moment really showed me what kind of hotel this is. They genuinely care about their guests, and it wasn’t just about providing a service, they actually wanted to help us.

I really appreciate everything they did for us, and I want to say thank you again and again to every member of staff.

The location was amazing. The private beach was amazing. The food was amazing. The facilities were amazing. And most importantly, the people were amazing.

We had such a brilliant holiday and we are DEFINITELY coming back next year! 🇹🇷

If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, honestly, just book it. You won’t regret it. You’re right on the Blue Lagoon, you have your own private beach, amazing food, lovely staff and a peaceful atmosphere.

And I promise next year we won’t give you the same headache 😂, we’ll be much more prepared for our airport transport! 😊

We have just spent 10 fabulous days at this beautiful hotel. The location could not be better if you like spending days at the lagoon with its stunning beach where we swam daily looking for turtles, paddle boarding and canoeing and if you prefer the pool wow they have a beautiful pool area with comfortable beds. We never had any trouble finding a bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful, from reception, bars, restaurant and a shout out to our lovely cleaning staff who went over and beyond entertaining the little ones with their daily creative towel art.
The food was plentiful we enjoyed the self service breakfast, lunch dinner. Afternoon food available and the new addition this year was the patisserie serving great coffee, ice creams cakes. And i believe there is a late night soup available! The rooms mostly have amazing views of the lagoon, breath-taking in our case. The bed was comfortable, air con was great, shower was excellent and always hot. Shout out to Eleanor who spends her time checking in on guests and making sure everyone is happy. There is a Spa and Gym. I never used either but did hear good things about the spa so i will make that a go to next year when we come back. A DJ plays music of an evening and we joined in on the Turkish Night which was good fun with the belly dancer. There is a children's soft play area and table tennis etc available. Apart from the DJ Please do not expect entertainment every evening it has a more laid back vibe. Taxi and Dolmus can easily be taken into town. Security is discreet but hot i noticed. Which was reassuring. If like us you have stayed at other hotels in the area and spent time travelling down to the lagoon then seriously consider this hotel because you will not be disappointed.
