Disappointing
3 ladies shearing , unfortunately they didn't put us in hotel ,room was outside hotel which on arrival at 3am found it wasn't suitable ,we where told to come back at 9am ,to which we did , offered us a room in hotel which wasn't much bigger for 3 ladies but was better than we had so said we would take it then to be told we had a extra 185 pounds to pay as we didn't pay to be in a annexe style room , wasn't very happy they should say on booking holidays that you could be in a annexe room as they was 7 ladies in our party 2 more of our ladies got moved with out charge ,rooms are definitely not suitable to for 3 ppl in ,the staff where excellent in restaurants and bar area , reception staff not so , food was nice something to eat always hotel is in excellent location , unfortunately room s let it down ,No way a 5 star hotel

Great times at Belcekiz
Third visit here and will be coming back next year the staff are Brilliant especially AIR who is just nuts in a great way and a special mention to BEATRIX and BILLY who are just lovely and full of fun all the animation team are great in fact… the bar staff both around the pool and restaurants and main bar are so attentive... The rooms although a little dated are spotlessly clean and the maids very friendly... See you next year.. Andy & Julie xx

A Real Disappointment
It is difficult to reconcile the excellent reviews this resort has achieved with our experience. This is not to say there are no good things. The buffet food was mostly ok although slipping near the end. The good members of staff were very good but many were lacking interest. The entertainment was good especially the African singers. Staying with the Entertainment team its leader was foul mothed and inappropriate in his gestures. On arrival we were allocated a room with a bath shower my wife could not access and I barely could. Next day we were offered 4 different rooms with showers but oh dear our heart sank at these 1970's appearance which represent this unattractive spaced out resort. The gardens which others felt were beautiful were tidily maintained but not attractive. We paid a visit to both Al a Carte restaurants. In the first the food was great but with only 2 other couples present in a big venue there was no atmosphere. In the Hangout I refused payment of my food as it was truly awful; In summary a big disappointment that needs both an upgrade in rooms and leadership 3 stars would be rewarding too generous
Lovely Stay.
The hotel is everything people say about it. The staff are so friendly and hard working. The food and the rooms are spot on. We loved our first visit to Belcekiz and i'm sure it wont ve the last.
