Akdeniz Beach

No frills food selection. Very small hotel no entertainment just crap music. Basic food very basic but good salad options. Not bad really for the money. Next time I’ll pay more go 4 star pluses lovely staff lovely size room balcony tv Aircon just a very basic hotel but not overpriced overall happy if you just want simple this is good.

Just returned from a 9 night stay as a couple, we stayed in room 316 overlooking the pool. Original room on arrival was an attic style but air con didn't work properly so asked to switch rooms which was no trouble and ended up with a nice modern room with shower. Maid service daily and clean towels, everything felt safe, no need to lock things away. All staff in hotel very friendly, special shout out to Hazem behind the pool bar too, food was nice, what you’d expect for 3 star hotel (we went with Easyjet holidays) snacks mid afternoon were nice too. Kettles in rooms with tea/coffee replenished daily. Hairdryer fixed to wall in bathroom and large walk in shower. Tammy in guest relations very helpful and helped us book a fishing trip from Fethiye with Hamza on the corner near the hotel who did other trips too. English money welcomed aswell as Turkish Lira in the resort. Hotel is well located near the seafront, (pebble beach so bring beach shoes) mini marts, restaurants etc. we ate out a few times at Joseph’s across the road, very nice established restaurant and just a change if you wanted something spicy. Bus runs outside the hotel and was £1.50 to Fethiye for the market on a Tuesday, well worth a visit. Overall a really good place and we would return to this hotel.

We've just come back from a wonderful week away stopping in Akdeniz beach hotel In Oludeniz, lovely little hotel rooms was basic but really clea with fridge/kettle/hair dryer, air con was amazing, cleaners wanted to come & clean/change bed everyday which was really good but didnt need it doing everyday so we just got fresh towels, & all other staff are the same can't do enough for you & all really friendly, especially Tammy the guest relations manger who came & introduced herself & messaged us everyday checking if we needed/wanted everything which was really nice.

Food/drink: food first, there is only a small selection of hot food but what we did have was nice, apart from 1 day we're we didint like anything so we ate out, the kebab night was our favourite, theres always a good selection of fresh fruit & salads on everyday, breakfast was the worst for us, only very limited and no toaster, but Tammy did say they have order 1. You can always get fresh fruit juices tea/coffee throughout the day, there's a selection of local wines/spirits with Efe's larger, 2 slush flavours always going, they dont do cocktails but van make you own with the slush,

Pool/entertainment: pool is quite small put could always get a sunlounger and if we couldn't 1 of the staff members would always get 1 for you, there is no pool or day time entertainment, just some music playing around the pool, was quite chilled to be honest (just what me and my husband wanted) There is evening entertainment on twice a week (wasn't that good if im being totally honest) and from what we seen theres nothing for kids like kids clubs etc,

Outside the hotel: there is a pub/restaurant attached to the hotel were you can watch sports and have a nice meal, Joseph's straight facing another sports bar serving food, your a 3/4 minutes walk from the beach with shops and places to eat along the way, Oludeniz town is just 5 minutes away with all your designer label shops and plenty bar/restaurants/tattoo shops & places you can book activities like boat trips/paragliding/quad biking etc If you would like to go a little further out theres a bus stop right outside the hotel taking you all over, we went to Hisaronu a couple of times cost less than a £1, and only around £5/6 in a taxi if you wanted a late night,

Overall: if your looking for a cheap priced chilled holiday in the sun and not that bothered about a large selection of food/drink or entertainment then this hotel is for you, (this suited our needs) so was perfect for us, we would highly recommend this hotel, thank you to all the staff you made our stay really enjoyable.
