It"s on the beach
The location is good literally on private beach. Rooms are boutique style with no drawers. Beds are OK. TV has BBC news & 2 other english channels. The air con is good but positioned right over pillows so hard to sleep with it on. Also the unit is on the very small balcony & chucks out very hot air so you can't sit there with air con on. (see pics) We upgraded to AI. Big mistake. Very limited menu. Pasta & burgers on menu every day plus choice of 3 different mains. However the breakfast is ok freshly made omelets, poached or fried eggs. Also you can only get ice cream at lunchtime? The little cakes are quite nice though. The AI drinks are very limited. There is a DJ 6 nights & a band one night. So no real entertainment. I wouldn't return.

Great adults only small family run hotel
Perfect location in the middle of the sea front with its own private beach maintained and over seen by two staff all the time. Rooms were lovely with sea view and clean and comfortable. The staff were like a little family as a small adults only hotel with a good gym and pool . The food was exceptional we were bed and breakfast . Breakfast was vast selection with chef cooking eggs omelettes to order . We had lunch and dinner several times which was excellent. The all inclusive menu looked varied and immense and people seemed very happy with the food . The bar was well stocked and some lovely Turkish wine with great cocktails . Live music most nights . We are going back sept 2026

Great stay, lovely staff and fantastic location
We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back.
The location was great, with a private section of beach right in front of the hotel. The beach service was brilliant, with the waiters taking orders directly from the beach and regularly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.
There are clubs and pubs along the beachfront, right in line with the hotel. During the day, it was mostly quiet and relaxed, but in the evenings the area came alive with plenty of atmosphere. It can get quite loud, though, and unfortunately we found it difficult to sleep on a couple of nights as the music and noise continued into the early hours. So it’s worth bearing in mind if you’re a light sleeper.
The food was good overall. Breakfast was buffet-style, with a chef available to cook eggs exactly how you wanted them. Lunch and dinner had buffet starters and desserts, with a choice of mains from a menu.
All of the staff were lovely — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The general atmosphere at the hotel was really nice and made for a relaxing holiday.
I also had two spa treatments during our stay, both of which were brilliant and so relaxing. I would definitely recommend treating yourself to one!

Amazing Hotel
We’ve stayed here three times so far, and we’ll always book this hotel whenever we visit Marmaris.
Everything is clean and well maintained, the service is amazing, and the staff are simply the best! so friendly, kind, welcoming, and always smiling.
The location is also perfect, very close to the beach, marina, and bazaar, making everything easily accessible.
We genuinely love staying here and highly recommend it! ❤️
Best adult only hotel!
The best hotel and the most amazing staff! Even though the rooms are on the smaller side the rest of the hotel was perfect. There is an on site spa for super relaxing massages. There is a small pool round that back, but it is always quiet as everyone goes to the private hotel beach. The staff knew I was on prep for a bodybuilding show and were super helpful (i did the show 3 days after the holiday). They helped with food requests and were super friendly and accommodating. The staff including Irish and Speedy, Sait, Merut, Ozzy and Fernando were all really helpful and professional, as well as knowledgeable about the local area. We definetly made the right choice here with it being adult only we didnt have to worry about noisy children. Most couples at the hotel were there for a nice peaceful holiday. The gym was ok, but some things were not working - but there is Performance Gym about a 5 minute walk down towards Marmaris. We left after this holiday feeling like we had actually relaxed! Would we go back? Absolutely!
