SUPREME MARMARIS HOTEL is conveniently located in the popular Marmaris area. The property features a wide range of facilities to make your stay a pleasant experience. Service-minded staff will welcome and guide you at the SUPREME MARMARIS HOTEL. Each guestroom is elegantly furnished and equipped with handy amenities. Take a break from a long day and make use of sauna, hot spring bath, outdoor pool, billiards. Friendly staff, great facilities and close proximity to all that Marmaris has to offer are three great reasons you should stay at SUPREME MARMARIS HOTEL.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Worse hotel i have ever stayed in food cold had to say to manager ever meal that the food was cold told me if i didnt like it leave.Thats the cocktail bar 😡 All inclusive 2 plates puddings, no sliced bread for toast had to ask every morning, sunbeds and umbrellas all broken
Do not waste your money. We arrived at 5am only to be told they had no room booked for us.
Very outdated, unclean with much broken furniture. Tv did not work and hanging off wall, shower door broken, balcony glass door broken, balcony Rafita chairs thread bare and unsuitable to sit on, 75% Sun loungers broken, Sun brollies all broken.
Food was unrecognisable, had choice of dried up chicken nuggets every meal, cold and hard vegetables, runny mash potatoes, 1 stew dish each night, cold dried withered chips. Salad bar comprising of 15 different types of lettuce, onions and 12 mayonnaise things. It’s only way I can describe these as it was mayo with grated carrots, mayo with beetrooot, mayo with mint etc. sweets offered every night comprised of 2trays baklava and large Costco sponge still in box.
Coffee machine ran out coffee, water, milk with staff reluctant to refill. Bar ran out of beer and ice for a full day.
No snack bars, no inside bar, no entertainment at all. Drinks charged after 10.30 pm on the dot.
No cocktails, only vodka, gin, raki, beer and wine. All disgusting.
STAY AWAY. DONT WASTE OUR MONEY
A hotel in desperate need of renovation, cleaning and basic management. This is not a review based on one bad room or one bad experience. We stayed here and experienced repeated problems throughout the entire hotel. What makes this particularly frustrating is that we complained, documented the problems and were even shown five different rooms – yet none of them was acceptable. FIVE ROOMS – FIVE SETS OF PROBLEMS After complaining about our room, the hotel showed us four alternatives. Unfortunately, every single one had serious problems. Among the issues we encountered:
stagnant air and poor ventilation dirty floors and bathroom
At some point, it genuinely felt like we had to search for a clean spot. And again: this was not one room. FIVE rooms were shown to us. TUI WAS INFORMED – NO HOTEL CHANGE We contacted TUI immediately and repeatedly. We explained the conditions and requested alternative accommodation. The hotel itself could not provide a suitable replacement room. TUI eventually told us that, due to the lack of alternatives during high season, an alternative hotel could not be arranged. Had we been given a realistic alternative, we would have left immediately.
THE HOTEL'S GENERAL CONDITION The problems are not limited to the rooms. The pool bar, café, restaurant and bar are essentially all the same area. There were not enough sun loungers around the pool. The hotel also does not have its own beach loungers available for guests, even for an additional fee. At lunch there was no meaningful choice between à la carte and menu. In the evening there was also no choice between à la carte, buffet and menu. It was simply buffet. There were no sugar-free/zero soft drinks available. Tea was often unavailable until guests specifically asked for it to be refilled, while water was basically the other consistent option.
STAFFING AND HYGIENE The hotel appears severely understaffed. From what we could see, there were perhaps two or three cleaning employees responsible for the entire hotel. It is hardly surprising that they cannot keep up. We witnessed bar staff eating at the bar and, on occasions, spitting into the sink in front of guests. The same staff were also involved in the entertainment program. Even the chef was participating in the entertainment. The overall impression was that the hotel is trying to save money wherever possible.
FOOD Vegetarian guests should be aware that the options are extremely limited. Apart from salad and limp fries, there were almost no proper vegetarian alternatives, while a very large proportion of the food consisted of meat. Even the watermelon was disappointing, with some pieces having more white rind than edible red flesh. It gave the impression that whatever was available was being used rather than providing consistently good-quality fresh food.
OTHER GUESTS We personally witnessed other hotel guests complaining about the conditions during our stay. Therefore, this clearly wasn't just our individual perception.
FINAL VERDICT This hotel urgently needs: RENOVATION. MAINTENANCE. CLEANING. STAFF. AND PROPER MANAGEMENT. If you are looking for a clean, hygienic and properly maintained hotel, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This is not a five-star expectation. Basic hygiene is not luxury. A functioning shower is not luxury. A clean toilet is not luxury. A working balcony door is not luxury. A functioning minibar is not luxury. A clean room is not luxury. These are basic hotel standards. Supreme Marmaris Hotel failed to meet them in our experience.
Do not go absolutely disgusting food is gross rooms filthy holes by pool sunbeds lying on the metal the list is endless
Checked in at 4am left the hotel by 8am. Don’t ruin your holiday coming to this hotel. Room had an awful smell. It’s run down more than any hotel I’ve been to. I wouldn’t listen to the positive reviews. 19 times I’ve been here in Marmaris and never been to such a mess of a hotel.
