It's a dump of a hotel
I repeat do not come here what a run down hotel food is shocking warm flat coke and Fanta and sprite on the bar ,bar shuts 1030 pool table was like from a dump 400tl for hour room was very bad shower door missing flooded out every time used it TV didn't work nor phone in room bed was like concrete manager was arrogant didn't care if you complain he told to to go to a different hotel the spa never worked nor the jacuzzi near the pool wallpaper coming of in toilets stunk of urine ppl having money stolen from there room internet was suppressed only when ppl complain he would put it on asked for early morning knock for a trip to Rhodes Nealy didn't make it Shocking hotel do not come here ppl am going to the omnisman for false respention stay away ppl

Fawlty towers without the humour
Location was the only plus side for this hotel . Staff seemed to really not care . Most of them gathering late night after closing the bar at half ten all inclusive expiring at ten . Room was ok for myself how we air con did leak on to bed and pillows . I guess it’s a matter of what you pay for however food standard service standard all inclusive standard are way below what you would expect to get for the money . Experienced manager being terribly rude to other guests saying they should leave when confronted . I would personally avoid this hotel to save any disappointment

Disappointing
Writing ⭐ 1-Star Review – Supreme Marmaris Hotel Our experience at Supreme Marmaris Hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we checked in, the hotel did not even have our booking on record, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The hotel was advertised as a 5-star hotel, but in our opinion, it was nowhere near that standard. There were cats all over the hotel, including on the beds, which was completely unacceptable. Our room was dirty, and there were no lights on the stairs, making them unsafe to use. The food was practically inedible, and we had to eat out most nights, despite paying for an all-inclusive holiday. The all-inclusive service also closed at 10:30 pm, which was very disappointing. The coffee and tea machine was broken in the mornings, and when we asked for tea, it was served in plastic cups. The staff were not helpful and showed little interest in resolving any of our concerns. Overall, this hotel was a huge letdown. It certainly did not feel like a 5-star hotel, and we would not recommend it to anyone expecting a clean, comfortable, all-inclusive holiday. In our opinion, it deserves 0 stars, not 5.
WORST EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO!!!
Wouldn’t recommend we stayed for 2 weeks and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had on a holiday. There is no elevator in 1 off the hotel apartments so walking up 6 floors off stairs is not good if you’ve got kids or your old. The food was awful it was the same warmed up food every single day for breakfast dinner and tea. CHIPS, CHICKEN RICE, CHICKEN NUGGETS, THEN ALWAYS A RANDOM TURKISH MAIN. Don’t know how they call that all inclusive. There are cats all over the tables eating all the food giving everyone bugs. The staff could hardly understand English and the room service was terrible would take 6-7 hours just to get to our room to clean it with that kids sat on the staircase making it hard to get up. Drinks was shocking only had vodka and everything was bottled. All off the sun lounges was ripped and broke and there was only about 10 all together all floors cracked pool never cleans no life guard. There is also nothing around the hotel it takes 15 minutes just to get to the shopping centre. Both off us ended up ill and so have other people because off how bad the hygiene was.
Perfect
This was our second stay at Supreme Marmaris Hotel, as we also stayed here last year. We were very happy with our first visit, so we decided to come back again this year, and once again we had a lovely holiday. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and our room was cleaned regularly. The food was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of choices throughout our stay. The staff are friendly, helpful and hardworking. The restaurant, bar, reception and housekeeping teams always made us feel welcome and were happy to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also very convenient for enjoying Marmaris. Overall, we had another very enjoyable stay and were pleased that we chose Supreme Marmaris again. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us. We would happily return for a third visit!
