SUPREME MARMARIS HOTEL is conveniently located in the popular Marmaris area. The property features a wide range of facilities to make your stay a pleasant experience. Service-minded staff will welcome and guide you at the SUPREME MARMARIS HOTEL. Each guestroom is elegantly furnished and equipped with handy amenities. Take a break from a long day and make use of sauna, hot spring bath, outdoor pool, billiards. Friendly staff, great facilities and close proximity to all that Marmaris has to offer are three great reasons you should stay at SUPREME MARMARIS HOTEL.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
After reading some of the reviews we weren’t sure what to expect but some are too harsh. It’s ’all inclusive’ at a 3 star hotel so it’s unrealistic to expect special treatment.
£35 a week for a pocket size wireless router. You can take it anywhere with you. These are great, especially when you go to the beach for the day. We ordered one on day of arrival and the chap delivered it. He then collects at the end.
Aircon really good. Had to turn it down as got cold to be fair. You have a light blanket. There are duvets in the cupboard but we chose not to use those and just turn air con off or down. We spoke to another family who said their air con wasn’t working on arrival. They told staff and changed rooms. It wasn’t an issue.
Pool closes at 6pm. This may seem ridiculous but it’s when the treatment happens. We had it at another hotel years ago when the pool closes at 7pm.
Pool table 400 lira for the balls. Can’t use it until after breakfast
Really nice food. Good variety at each meal but gets the same after a few days . Really nice roasted vegetables mixed with spices etc. (can be a bit oily but taste delicious). Nice chicken and beef dishes. I can’t comment on breakfast as never tried it.
Food in rooms- you’re not supposed to take the hotel food or drinks back to your room - there is a sign to say so - so no, staff probably aren’t going to take your dirty plates away 😂
Arrival - All politely done. Get your key and you’re told where your room is. Yes it is carry your own luggage because well this is a 3 star hotel not the Ritz. Did it ruin our holiday to carry our own luggage? No.
Good base - the view from our balcony wasn’t great but then we didn’t sit on it really and weren’t in our room much so not an issue. ( you can move rooms if you speak to staff.) We didn’t ask to change as we were happy enough. There were four of us in a two bedroom apartment. At the end of the day it was a 3 star hotel and more than ok for us.
We found the staff really nice although some didn’t speak much English but to be honest I think a lot of Turkish people stay there rather than Brits etc and some staff are only young lads. We managed fine and you can joke with them.
Rooms are clean and we didn't want ours cleaned every day, but you can get fresh towels or toilet rolls when you ask.
It’s a 15 minute walk to the sea front. They have loungers and day beds on the beach and each bar has their own. They are free as are the canoes etc to use on the water and you only have to get a few drinks there during the day, which are reasonably priced and nice. They do food too which we didn’t try.
We only did two trips as we’d been to Marmaris before. We did Turtle Beach again and a day trip to Rhodes.
Max - find him for trips. Quite a walk up the sea front but we trusted him and he was really helpful. He’s right by the Hollywood bar and restaurant. It was £53 each to Rhodes and £20 for orca/ turtle trip with lunch. He ensures you are at the right pick up point.
We had two meals out at Aliila which we found nice and a very good price. On the way into town. We also ate at the Steak Bar on the sea front, which was lovely food but quite pricey to be honest.
Watch out for wild boar ! Yes really. On our second night, we were coming back from a local bar and a family of boar went running up the road. Thought we were seeing things at first as we’d had a few but caught some of it on video. 😂
We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to return home after only 9 nights.
Thank you to all at Supreme :-)
Paid £700 for 2 weeks all inclusive in July. Don't listen to all the negative comments we found the food ok, the bar staff nice, the rooms were ok pool was ok. We had clean towels every day. People whinging and moaning should pay for a 5 star hotel if that’s what they want I’d 100% go back next year if I could get for a similar price.
The photos are highly misleading. The pool isn’t really suitable for enjoying the sunshine. The food is not worth eating. The decor/condition of the building needs some serious investment. I wasn’t convinced my door was secure and there were cables exposed on the floor and from the a/c. The location is away from the busy parts of the town. It seems pretty clean. Overall poor value for money.
From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. There was no customer service from the night porter, he just directed us to B block. We navigated through a dark seating area, which was littered with empty glasses and unfinished drinks. There is no lift in B block so up 56 stairs with our case. The room itself was adequate, the bed was comfortable. The shower was reasonable. The air con worked. The balcony had 2 old rotten chairs and no table. We did speak to the hotel manager, regarding all these concerns and he did arrange for balcony chairs to be changed to worn plastic garden chairs but no table provided. He did not acknowledge us again for the rest of our stay, and does not appear to engage with any of his guests, preferring the company of his own family or talking into his phone. Food was awful, limited choice luke warm and uninspired, we didn’t eat there much..which meant extra expense on food which we hadn’t budgeted for. The chef was a great entertainer and should probably consider sticking to dancing and giving up cooking. The waiting staff often looked amused at guests reactions to food and service. They could all do with a few lessons in customer service. If they put as much effort into looking after guests as perfecting dance moves, they would really make an impact. The pool area was small and sunbeds are limited. Overall there is poor attention to detail, main areas, corridors and stairways are left littered with dirty plates and broken cots, it just feels like their is no pride or care taken in any aspect of this hotel. It’s basically full board and not all inclusive. Guests are bringing in food and drinks from outside, probably because they were starving. If it’s a warm welcome, a reasonable menu, and staff that care about their guests you expect….look elsewhere.
Well where do I start at this absolute dump of a hotel , me and the better half arrived at 4 am we was given a key and pointed towards a block of flats that can only resemble down town Afghanistan we made our way too our room (311) and opened the door to find all windows open water pissing out the air conditioning unit in the bedroom wet towels on the bed the rooms was full of flys the beds filthy there is a tiny tv in the lounge which doesn’t work the wifi won’t connect in your room the pillows was dirty , we quickly made the beds either the sheets that was on the side and went to bed we said we will deal with it tomorrow avd got a few hours sleep the next morning we decided to go down stairs get a coffee and see the rep well this is where we seen the food I haven’t been in prison but I ve seen enough prison movies to know this was not good we had a look around and decided to give the food poising a miss we kept checking but after about day 3 we decided to stop as it was disheartening, the all inclusive drinks are from like 12-1:30pm 4-6pm and 7:30-10:30pm the mrs had a couple of glasses of wine and said it would strip the paint off the table if we left it out side, so we stayed a week had two beers two glasses of wine and a coffee each , the massive pile of cat poo next to the stairs as your going to your Afghanistan stunk there was enough poo to fill a carrier bag I’m guessing week/months worth and in several times we seen cats crapping there
But all in all after all the door slamming and people shouting most the night kids crying about 03:00 you will manage to get a little sleep and then it all starts again the staff shouting banging around
Do yourself a favour and pay a little more go somewhere better this is not a nice place
