Staff are creeps, kept offering me to go out for drinks, when i politely declined they kept insisting that i go with them. Realised their water dispensers are filled with tap water which can cause anyone to get severely ill. Alcoholic beverages are all water down and did not taste good what so ever. Rooms were not clean everyday like they should have been. The beds gave me a really bad backache, had to book in for a massage when i got back home. The showers had an awful smell coming from the drains. The balcony door does not lock which cause me to sleep bad most nights as worried if someone may break in. No nighttime entertainment which is quite sad really as you can hear neighbouring hotels entertainment. Had to spend money going out most nights to try and enjoy my holiday. However, the positives of saying in marmaris was how close it was to the beach, close to really nice shops and local bars. My overall experience is that i would not recommend this hotel unless you are really wanting to cheap out on a holiday, but if you are wanting visit marmaris i would 100% recommend spending the extra money for somewhere a lot more nicer.
We had a lovely stay overall and made some fantastic memories during our holiday.
A special mention goes to the staff who took us to Bar Street and made sure we were looked after all night. We all had a great time together and really appreciated how welcoming and attentive they were.
Mehmet at the bar was always professional, friendly, and kind, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Dogan, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and constantly checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. He was always informative, approachable, and genuinely cared about the guest experience.
The tattoo artist also deserves a mention for making us feel like family from the moment we met him. It's people like these who make a holiday memorable.
The hotel itself was clean, and the staff worked hard to keep everything tidy and well-maintained at all times.
The only negatives were that there wasn't much entertainment in the evenings, which meant the atmosphere could feel a little quiet at night. Luckily enough the hotel location makes up for this. The food selection was also somewhat limited, although we were always able to find something to eat and never went hungry.
Overall, the staff truly made this holiday special, and their friendliness and hospitality were the highlight of our stay.
well the hotel is lovely and clean i would suggest u dont do 3 per room as it was a tight squeeze but we managed, beds cleaned n rooms cleaned everyday, would b great to have kettle in room. The staff at hotel all was fab couldnt do enough for u! we stayed for 10 days the food was hit n miss but as the days went on we spoke to chef and it switched up a little going back in september so hopefully it will be even better all 6 of us ad a fab holiday see u in september
Stayed here for a week in June. The hotel had only opened the week before for the start of the season.
Location: The location was very good, close to the beach and the main road for shops and restaurants. 9/10
Rooms: We got one of the end rooms over the bar area which we thought would be good as nobody would need to pass the door. Unfortunately we got put next to 2 lots of noisy guests (not the hotels fault).
The room was very small. It had a double bed, wardrobe, desk, fridge and bedside cabinets but not a lot of space to walk around. The bathroom was tiny, you couldn't sit on the toilet and close the door as it would hit your knee. The screen over the bath doesn't move (is a fixed unit). The shower was fine with plenty of pressure but the hose did have a leak. Had to ask at reception twice for extra pillows.
Air con- No additional cost- worked so couldn't fault it. Safe- In the wardrobe but never used it so can't comment. Not a lot of hangers in the wardrobe. Fridge- Worked so couldn't fault it.
Balcony- Had a table and 2 chairs so it was a decent size. With it being an end room there were big gaps down the side which was a bit scary. Very overlooked and glass balcony.
Cleanliness: The room was relatively clean. You could put the sign on the door for cleaners to come or not. Towels changed with no problem. The bedding did have some staining on it.
Food: There were only 10 serving dishes, food was very repetitive and I struggled a lot with this due to the minimum choice. There was always soup and bread, salad bar, fruit, and desserts.
Pool bar closed at 10/10.30pm.
Pool: The pool was fine with enough sunbeds but it was very early in the season. The pool was in the shade until the back of 11 every day.
Entertainment- There was only bingo every night at 9pm to win a cocktail and a small tattoo.
Staff- Reception- minimum English. Bar & waiters- friendly enough. They would bring you drinks if you were sitting round the pool.
Do not agree to trips with the holiday rep Joe. Ridiculously overpriced. Tried to quote 2 people for a boat trip and keep safari £160 walked to the marina and someone was going to do the exact same for £70. He also charged 3 ladies £75 for a taxi to Icmeler, it is £1 per person each way on a dolmus.
Would not return back to this hotel due to food and room condition.
Horrible hotel food just poor everything cold food, bar shuts at 10.30 then you carnt get a drink , rooms horrible no entertainment, full of Turkish no english , walls in rooms like paper hear everything could not wait get home , the bar staff where lovely young men
