Pasabey Hotel

Booked this hotel few months before we went. Checked all reviews and everything was top notch.

Upon arriving to hotel we got our rooms a twin and a double and ko'd (3AM). Woke up few hours later, the beds were very comfy if you like 2 pillows at home just ask for extra one staff will bring. The fridge was in the cupboard more a beverage cooler than fridge but better than nothing. Water in fridge and on the counter. We had plenty room for 2 of us with one case open for the trip. Room has been getting cleaned every day with top ups of bottled water and toilet roll, room comes with little free sets of thread shoe horn shoe polish and slippers. With the balcony door closed we heard nothing.

Now for non fussy people plenty to eat. For fussy people you will have the chance of finding something. I am very fussy and have found something to eat each day. It's buffet style aswell so you can try and if you dont like you can get pop to the side. Mostly i have been eating pancakes for breakfast, meatballs/Grilled chicken for lunch, burger for snack and dinner a mix of what was there. For the non fussy people there was a massive salad selection including many cheeses and dips, slices of turkey, onion rings, fish, chicken wings and drumsticks etc. Changes slightly each day but as i said ive managed to find something to eat. The staff in restaurant are consistently clearing tables from plates and glasses. All staff were polite and friendly. They recognised us after a few days and knew our drinks order which was lovely they made that effort. In the restaurant theres more bottles of water to freely grab. If you like ice cream grab before 830pm they put it away. There was my favourites banana and caramel no bits just smooth and then chocolate strawberry vanilla and on occasion pistachio.

The entertainment was great Errol was lovely he would involve you but would leave you be if you weren't interested. Bingo on most nights. We saw the barman show and done the quiz night both were fab.

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the bazar on the way theres a smaller convenience store and a MM Migros both sell cigarettes and juice ie monster red bull etc. At the Migros if the item has a yellow ticket discount will come off at the till on average 10% but still cool.

We did book tattoos at caria tattoo inside the bazar. Guy was so friendly and was showing his eyes with ours

Sunbeds was a tough one. We would have breakfast at 815 and most if not all had towels on them most days. Some people would maybe appear but some just left their towel there all day.

If you love cats here is a good place. There seems to be an older gentleman to which we named scruffy that keeps the young ones in place. But if turning right out hotel near the grassy patch you will find all the smaller one amd kittens galore :)

Overall good hotel and would stay again

In middle of local apartments and houses , 15 mins walk to anywhere, entertainment is awful 1 guy on his own very few activities a lot of days none ! Evening entertainment over 10 day was just bingo and 1 dance act and karaoke one night, all music goes off at 10.30pm and music play list is same 10 songs all day every day. Food is decent enough bar is terrible about 5 different drink on all inclusive and it’s rank a lot of people bringing there own. Rooms very small and dated beds comfy and clean only up side would not return not enough seats for everyone so had to go out 7 nights out of 10 due to nowhere to sit. All round very poor 15 times been Marmaris and defo worst place we have stayed rooms are very small with buildings as a view or a wall. Do your research and don’t waste your money here there are a lot better for same money hotel is 70% Dutch Russian and a few English everyone we met had same issues

We have just got back from a wonderful 11 night stay at the Pasa Bey hotel and we were thoroughly impressed with it from start to finish. The hotel is in an ideal location for us- set back from the beachfront and the hustle and bustle of the resort, but only a ten to fifteen minute walk there. This gave us the perfect balance as most days we did decide to have a walk into the town or go to the beach, but when we stayed at the hotel it was quiet and relaxing with minimal noise, especially in the evenings.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was great and ideal for its purpose. A lot of the reviews on here mention the room size being quite small, and it is true that the rooms aren't massive or overly spacious, but as we were spending minimal time in the room anyway, this wasn't an issue. It had all the facilities we required, including free use of the safe, and bottled water restocked daily by the housekeeping team. The room was also cleaned daily, including changing the towels and the bedding, which we thought was excellent. The air conditioning was good and worked fine. We also had a spacious balcony overlooking the mountains.

We are both quite adventurous eaters and we found the restaurant to be very impressive at all mealtimes. There was always something different to try, and a massive array of choice from salads, to fresh vegetables, hot dishes and soups, as well as a lovely selection of desserts every day. We did discuss that if you are a fussy eater, or don't like salads/veg then you might struggle to find something different every day, but that's not the hotel's fault and in my opinion doesn't warrant a complaint. It's your own fault if you don't like the food, and at the end of the day you're in Turkey, not the UK. If you want a full English breakfast there are plenty of places in the resort which sell this at a reasonable price. And if you want chips and pizza, that is available every day. The afternoon snack bar also provided burgers and chicken nuggets/goujons every day.

The pool was lovely and not too busy. We never had a problem getting a sunbed because we read the notices and realised we should be prepared to reserve one with our towel around 7:30-8am. So we did. Again, I don't think it's fair to criticise the hotel because you struggled to get a sunbed when you didn't get up until 9-10am. It goes without saying you should be prepared to get up early if you want one for the day.

We thought all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and were very efficient at all times. We were always made to feel very welcome and at ease and nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment was also very well organised, and not too intrusive, so we always had the choice to opt out if we didn't fancy it, and we didn't hear any excessive noise from our room in the evenings.

Overall we had an amazing holiday and stay here, and we both thought it was excellent value for money. We knew what to expect for the hotel rating, and we thought it was fantastic for what it is and for the price we paid for our holiday. We would definitely return!
