This fantastic Turkish hotel is ideally located in the tourist resort of Marmaris, at only a few minutes from the city centre and is well linked by public transport, what makes it the perfect spot to discover the city and its surroundings. Travellers might visit the famous Mamaris Castle, which is only a 3-minute drive away, as well as Marmaris Port, which is located at 3 km distance. This family-friendly establishment features modern rooms, elegantly equipped with useful amenities and designed to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy an extensive and delicious buffet in the on-site restaurant, which offers local and international specialities, and taste a refreshing drink at the poolside bar. The spa, with its sauna and Turkish bath, is the best place to relax after a tough workout in the well-equipped fitness area. Other facilities include parking, Wi-Fi access and funny night shows.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Great food, great service, and the staff will help you with anything you need. We’re very satisfied! We love Erol
Firstly the hotel is in a fab location it is tucked away from the noise but a very short walk away from the busy centre. The pool area is lovely and there was plenty of sunbeds to choose from anytime during the day. The staff were all pleasant and the girl on reception was very nice and very helpful to us (bag left in taxi with meds etc in) Rooms are okay, very limited wardrobe space though. Shower amazing Rooms are a bit dated but perfectly ok Food was hit and miss, lots of fruit etc not much cooked choice though Lunch and dinner very repetitive but saying this it certainly didn’t stop some guests from eating large multiple plates of food. We were lucky enough to get a 4pm checkout for €40 per room. Great when you’re flying at midnight. There is a well equipped shop on site but be careful when getting change back !! All in all a nice holiday I would recommend for adults but not families as there isn’t much for kids. Take mosquito cream if your prone to getting bitten Take sterling or lira’s don’t bother with euros.
Location was a bit further out than expected but u could catch a bus at end of thd rd to take u anywhere, food repetitive not what ive been used to in turkey but first time in marmaris, cocktails aren't the best, the entertainment was good so big shout out to erol who kept us going , always up for a laugh with his singing n dancing , playing water polo, playing bingo , karaoke organising the night events 😄 , wee older man at reception was lovely as wad the assistant manager she was lovely aswell , maids where good aswell
The holiday it self was good as it was our first holiday together but the hotel's pool manager/entertainer, onsite market and the main on site manager are terrible. I had the market/on site shop shouting at me calling me a liar along side his brother to the point my misses told me to leave the situation to her and meet her out side on the sun beds. She then sorted the situation but I was not aloud back in the shop only she was so now I'll advise anyone and everyone to just walk to the end of the road to the market on the main road as the hotel shop actually charge double and sometimes triple the price just for walking down them selfs and reselling. We then got two about two holiday makers that we should avoid or be careful with as it seems like there on drugs and act strangely other stuff said but not putting on here out of respect. We was told this by the entertainer/pool manager. We then got talking to these people due to passing each other after speaking for a while and getting to know them we decided they deserved the truth as we are honest and staff shouldn't be talking about other holiday makes to people that don't know them it's unprofessional. This coursed us all having to go to management as complaints were made and needed resolving. The manager was so rude started talking to the man in question in Turkish when everyone could talk English wouldn't actually listen to what else we all had to say, I.e this man whistling to young girls always taking female holiday makers out on his scooter after drink all day but manager said it was okay Evan though he would be late the next day and everyone would be sat around the pool in silent waiting for him or the bar staff would have to play music. The whole holiday we had to listen to playlists from YouTube or Spotify but it was never subscribed to so had to listen to more advertising/adverts rather than constant music there was never any type of games on in the pool or out of it. Towards the end of the manager handling this all unprofessionaly she then started to shout at my misses to the point she had to open the office door so others could hear and said I'm doing this as your starting to intimidate me. For the rest of the holiday we was made to feel uncomfortable sectioned out and unwelcome asked to be moved and management said it can't be done, had no one site rep and we felt very alone.
Second time here and loved it as much as the first. All the staff are very friendly and Aero the entertainer did a good job at making us all laugh. Nice clean rooms and in a nice quiet location. Already looking at coming back next June to see everyone Lynda and Dave from Hull
