Fab friendly hotel
Had a fantastic holiday with my family at Maxwell Suites. Apartment was big ,clean & fresh . Staff , management & security are absolutely brilliant people with big hearts 💕 especially with the kids . Made to feel very welcome by all . Grankids had so much fun they didnt want to go home tears all round . Great facilities, Bar/Restaurant, Tattoo studio , Jewellery shop & accessories, also a Spa ,something for everyone ! Met & made great new friends 🧡 Thank you we had a great time with you all Veronica

Absolutely appauling
1st arrived early morning flight. Reception was nice and friendly, efficient couldn’t ask for more when being tired. Got up to our hotel room and the nightmare started from there. Dirty floors through out the whole hotel, the room floor looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned for a longtime. We had wiring hanging out of the walls from sockets, fuses air con hanging off the wall where you put the token in if you buy it. They say the room comes with cooking facilities, well if you call a kettle and a hot plate not bigger than 10cms then yea…. Tv didn’t work at all. There were no towels in our room. We went down to reception and asked them to provide some (3 days later they did)!! The whole of the bar staff are creeps trying it in with my wife and her friends constantly throughout our stay, pestering them all the time. The bar try to add drinks onto the bill and get more money out of you. Especially ALKAN!!, we heard numerous people having problems when paying as they want cash not card trying to tell people to go to an atm machine to draw cash out to pay. There are cockroaches and ants everywhere, they let animals into the kitchen where food is prepared and cooked. Had numerous altercations with alkan and at one point offered him out to the street!! Would strongly advise going elsewhere for a little bit more money. A pig sty would have been a better stay!!!
Not good enough
First time went to Turkey with my partner and friends.. arrive in early morning as outside seem lovely till we in our room.. nightmare.. seem not full clean.. only have one toilet roll.. and shower holder is not good as I have use my hand hold shower to wash my hair...
Staffs people know that me and my partner are Deaf, couple days later seem crude and keep talk us as them know I am Deaf, can’t hear them.. also always say I love you. Feel creep as I have partner..
I had been ask reception for fresh towels everyday and say okay but didn’t happen.. I have go to reception everyday for ask towels and clean… Them say clean only doing every 3 days.. been clean once while we stay for a week.. there with one toilet roll. Floor not seem clean at all… I had buy toilet rolls.. WiFi I pay it pound a day by person each not room WiFi just each person and pay 50 pound for air conditioning and seem not good enough cool room.. I hafever to dust.. it’s hard for me..
pool is lovely but deep water as I can’t swimming also there no staff keep eye on pool.. some people play rough in water.. I am anxiety.. bathbed. Some of those are broke.. lots ants everywhere..
Foods some are okay. And Some not cooking properly..
first staff say bill toward tap.. pay bills later so 2 days later pay bills as know we only eat breakfast and we drink same or near number of drinks so bills put add more number of my drink.. annoying..
Last of day I pay for 2 water bottles. As ready pay by card which I doing usually but that man Alkan ask for cash I say no cask only use card he seem talk with angry as know I can’t hear. It’s seem annoy with me for pay by card.. them are rude staffs people
There say 3 star I am sorry there seem like 1 or 2 star hotel to me..

Fabulous time at Maxwell Suite Otel
An absolute fabulous week spent at the Maxwell Suite Otel, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff, so friendly and helpful.
Cem the boss was amazing, made sure we had everything we needed without hesitation. Found an abandoned kitten which he took care of with vet visit the following morning. He's also found another kitten Flokey and dog Chance ,or as he says they found him. A man with a big heart. A true gentleman.
Alcan nee baldy was amazing, always on hand , cooked amazing barbecue. Serving up some amazing meals and making sure we were fed and watered .nothing was too much trouble for baldy. Fun, friendly and a real nice guy.
All the staff around the poolside, Tugo and the rest of the lads were great, if they didn't understand what you were saying out would come there phones for translation.
Dave the jewelery on site was fabulous. Anything you need he sorts. Had all my rings resized and a 46 year old bracelet fixed. Cleaned all our jewelry and they look like new.the
Also have tattoo place and spa on site.
Would definitely recommend this Otel, and can't wait to return.
The night we left Cem had our cases brought round to the bar , and gave us an amazing send of with big flare sparklers .
We sure didn't want to leave

An absolutely amazimg holiday, staff we're all friendly and very attentive, food was beautiful, plenty 9f laughs and memories made but also some special connections, can't wait to go back ❤️❤️❤️
