Sea views are part of the package at the Hotel Marbella, which has an on-the-beach setting. The centre of Marmaris is an easy drive away, too.A pretty seaside promenade is all that stands between this property and a long sand-and-shingle stretch of beach. You've got a few bars and restaurants along the shore, and Marmaris' livelier centre is a quick bus ride away.The hotel hasn't long had a new lick of paint, so things are really modern. Bedrooms feature huge floral wall motifs and shiny silver soft furnishings,while the restaurant has a tropical island mural on the ceiling.The outdoor pool comes with picturesque views,on a clear day you will be able to see other islands that are far out to sea.On the sun terrace there are sunbeds with parasols.The restaurant is really chic, with a bright ceiling that has a painted on beach,there's turquoise tiles on the walls and indoor and outdseating.

Disgusting Attitude!
We stayed here for a week this month (September 2026) in room 102 on the first floor. We were given a triple room with a balcony and sea view. We ate in the A La Carte restaurant. Our starters (soups) were lovely. I then asked for a medium steak for my main. The veg and sides looked good but the steak was very overcooked and dry. It also looked like flank/frying steak, a cheap cut. It took more than 10 minutes to get anyone's attention as our waiter, Soydun and the other waiter had, immediately after serving us, moved to the pool bar. When I did manage to get his attention (by raising my hand), I politely and quietly informed him of the issue. He stared at my plate, forked the steak, turned it over and, without a word, snatched my plate, my sides and my husbands sides away, seemingly in anger! No replacement was offered which left me without a meal for the evening! Later he tried to take my husband's main even though he wasn't finished. When we asked for the bill, he avoided eye contact again and mumbled "sorry about the steak".and asked us which room we were in??
We have visited different areas in Turkiye many times over 40 years and have never witnessed such appalling service.
On a more positive note. The hotel is spotless. The cleaning staff do an amazing job. The rooms are spacious and housekeeping is done every day. You are provided with coffee sachets, one large and 2 x small bottles of water for your first night only. These are not replenished as they are in most other hotels. The breakfast is excellent, lots of variety with free hot drinks and juice refills but you have to wear a wristband for the entirety of your stay. I thought that was strange when it was just bed and breakfast. The location of the hotel is good, right on the beach and the hotel reception will provide you with beach towels. At this end of the beach, you definitely need water shoes as there are a lot of pebbles and stones. The man who attends to the beach providing bar/food service works very hard and was pleasant but, because of the restaurant experience, we would not return here.

Home from home
As always, a great stay at the Marbella, this time in room 207. Warmly greeted by Muge on arrival, and spent more time in the bar than in pevious years, and met various interesting people. Breakfast was also as good as ever, and the evening meal too. Cleaners as attentive as ever. Just a great daily vibe, and everyone is friendly. Wholly recommend as I do every year.

Room with a view
A lovley hotel very clean love the guys who work at the bar very friendly not forgetting the guy on the beach the lovley lady who cooks the omallets infact most of the staff very friendly helpful lot's of people go back again we had seaview stunning views wud definitely go back again
Hotel on its game!
We have visited twice now, and cannot fault this hotel. Knowing the issues that hoteliers have in running sites like this, just shows that the team here at Marbella are on their game! Nothing too much trouble, and everyone knows their role, which makes for a pleasant stay for us guests. Well done Marbella, see you next year.

Nice, clean B & B
Hotel on the beachfront for 2 weeks, fab! The beach area is quite nice with drinks & food service. The bar area is very good, made by the smiling & efficient staff. You can get a pool towel on request from reception. The pool area is nice, i would say a tad small for the hotel, but you also have the beach. The rooms are very decent with a fabulous shower, kept spotless by the excellent housekeeping staff. Breakfast was the only disappointing aspect of the hotel. A nice selection of cold cheeses & fruits etc but the poor selection of "hot food" was also very cold, every day. You could queue up for fried eggs, poached eggs (fab) or a burnt omelette. Such a shame as the hotel is sold only as bed & breakfast. Food at the bar is good, wraps, salads, burgers etc are all excellent. We never tried the restaurant for dinner as returning guests did not give it good reviews.
