Fantastic Trip
We’ve had a wonderful time at Lalila Blue Suites! The rooms are lovely, the food is good, and the hotel is a great place to enjoy a holiday.
However, what really makes this holiday special for us is the entertainment team! They are absolutely outstanding! Both work incredibly hard, day in and day out, to make sure everyone is having the best time possible.
They put so much energy and enthusiasm into organising activities, encouraging everyone to get involved, and creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. They genuinely care about making sure everyone is enjoying themselves, and their dedication never goes unnoticed.
All the staff really do make the holiday for us! From the bar staff, chefs, housekeepers. They are a huge credit to the hotel, and it simply wouldn’t be the same without them.
A massive thank you to all of them for making our holiday so memorable!
Absolutely fantastic
We have been coming here for the last 4 years and this is the 2nd time this year. We absolutely love it here.
The hotel is clean and friendly we have no complaints at all, the staff including the cleaners, entertainment staff, chefs and of course all the management are so friendly and helpful, There is food for everyone from salads, fish, soups, local dishes to chicken nuggets and chips, fruit and pastries, the desserts are amazing. The hotel is in prime location for shopping and eating out , your spoilt for choice . This is not a very big hotel but it's got everything we need and could want. we always come away with memories that we will always cherish .

Poor experience
The location is fine, the rooms are on the small side with a lack of power points at the bedside, The food standard was poor, food was on the cool side and repetitive lunch time, dinner time and everyday. The area around the pool is very cramped and lacks sunshine a lot of the day time due to the closeness of the surrounding hotels that block the sunlight. You needed to be at the pool side early morning EG 7ish to get a sun lounger that would be in the sunshine in the morning time about 10ish which by the way it would be out the sunshine by about 14:30. Cleanliness was fine. The entertainment was ok. You cannot go out the back to the beach or anywhere as there is NO back way out of the hotel. Overall the star rating is IMHO is probably just a 4 star. I would not stay here again.

Excellent Hotel......
Just returned from a 13 night stay...... Lovely room overlooking the pool. Mesut and the team in the restaurant do a fantastic job, spoilt for choice. Entertainment most nights. Spotlessly clean and all staff lovely, just a pity on arrival the girl on reception was so miserable but apart from that excellent hotel, professionally run and a credit to all that work there, thank you.....

Probably the perfect hotel for you – but read this to check before booking!
For a hotel to be rated 3rd best in such a large resort with a rating of 4.7 means it must be good, which it is; but there are a few points that mean this may not be the right hotel for you; 4 stars may be harsh, so let me explain… The good (most things!) • Staff are all brilliant • Photo’s of the hotel are accurate, it is a modern well-kept very clean hotel • The food is generally very good, especially the presentation • Bar service is always quick (no long queues) • Gym is small, but modern – perfect for ‘holiday maintenance exercise • Hotel is only 75 minutes from airport (not the 90 minutes advertised) • Rooms very modern • Communal areas (including toilets) clean • Spa was excellent (Marco, Asmi & others)
Points why the hotel may not be for you: • If you want tranquillity this is not the place to stay. There are two issues. (1) There is only one pool, which is big enough for the number of guests, but means there is no ‘quiet area’; this is not helped by the noise from the adjoining hotel(s). (2) The hotel is surrounded & on the man Marmaris strip. Music stops around 11:30pm (so for us fine), but if you want to get to sleep before this you will have issues (and we had a ‘quiet room’) • Safe costs are very high (£25 for 7 days) … so if staying 8 days it is £50! • Late checkout (extending room to 4pm or 7pm) charge was high • Evening entertainment was poor, 1 or 2 Karaoke nights a week when the entertainment team have a (well deserved) day off on Monday there is no entertainment at all, why they did not have an external act in was weird). ‘Drifters’ group were excellent & 2 other nights were OK/good, but if evening entertainment is important for you then this is not the hotel for you. • All inclusive alcoholic drinks were a bit mixed … most OK/good, but the wine was at best ‘not great’ … actually it was awful (even by all-inclusive standards)! • Food was great for the first week when the hotel was almost full, but for the second half of the holiday when it was nearer half full the choice of food (not the quality) was limited; so in high season this is not an issue, but off season it might be.
The excellent points far outweigh the not so good points, so if the not so good points listed above do not bother you then book this hotel and you will have an amazing time!
