Kivilcim Hotel

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. A very short stroll down to the beach, the main road was full of all sorts of shops, it was an experience on the first day everyone trying to get you into their establishment. We soon learned to smile politely and decline the offer unless there was actually something we needed. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, we were greeted with a smile, we paid for our air conditioning (£5 per day ) but we already knew this as had communicated with the hotel before arrival. We were given our room number and key and clear instructions of how to get to our room. We walked in and pretty much collapsed into bed as we were exhausted. Slept through breakfast but there are enough shops/supermarkets nearby to get something, or as we later found out the hotel also has a full menu so you could have purchased breakfast from that. Morning breakfast was plentiful and a typical continental offering, there was always fresh juice and a coffee machine to get your day going! Chef would stand near the dining area and cook fresh omelettes to order if that was what you wanted. Dinner was from a set menu but was plentiful and always something even with a somewhat picky eater. There were 3 courses each evening, vegetarians were catered for, lots of vegetables and just plentiful food. Desserts were lovely and again plentiful. All staff members were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, massive shout out to Leo though, he made our holiday what it was! We were delighted to see the tortoises roaming around the pool area and there were 4/5 cats, one who took a shining to us, so much so I had to make room on the sunbed for her! The staff always made sure to shoo the cats away from tables during mealtimes. The bar area was entertaining with music, dancing bar staff (Leo) and ice creams! There was also a pool table free to use. Rooms were cleaned daily and beds and towels changed as requested. The cleaners left a tip envelope on our last night, there was a handwritten note and a towel folded in a heart, we felt it was a lovely touch and naturally left them a tip! Water was available in the bar and at reception, big 5 litre bottles were 45TKL which equates to less than a pound! All in all a marvellous stay, now counting down the days until we can book and go again. Thank You all for making our holiday so very special.

We arrived at kivilicim hotel was very welcome to the hotel we arrived early hours to the hotel amazing staff food and services we had stayed for 7 nights for our wedding anniversary close to beaches and shops lovely weather as well we will be back next year the gentleman was called Leo very helpful and kind
