Kayamaris Hotel & Spa has been opened in Marmaris since 1995 for all holiday lovers. (Our hotel has been completely renovated in 2015.) It offers a quiet and peaceful holiday opportunity for families with children and couples both with its proximity to the city center and away from the noise. Located 30 m walking distance from the sea, the hotel also has its own private beach. It is 2 km from the city center and within walking distance of shopping centers. Kayamaris Hotel has a total of 117 rooms. We have 4 different types of rooms: Standard room, Standard sea view room, Triple room and Family room. All of our rooms have free internet access. All of our rooms have a balcony, mirrored make-up table, hair dryer, air conditioning, mini bar, digital safe (with charge), LCD satellite TV and telephone.
In our hotel, Turkish bath, spa, sauna and massage are paid. Our fitness room is free to our hotel customers.

Not a great hotel
I went for a 2 week holiday with 2 other friends in our arrival at the hotel we were asked to sign some paperwork and given our room keys, and give what was supposed to be a dinner pack . We opened our packs to find two slices of hard bread ham and a small hard cupcake. I friend went to his room I went with my other friend to our room ( a twin) to find the room was only big enough for one person with a tiny bed and no balcony. So we went back downstairs to reception and said the room that was booked was a twin with a pool view and balcony, they fit change the room but it was so dirty and smelt of smoke. Next morning we went down for breakfast it was ok but the hot food at all meal times was freezing cold but if you went to the bbq area you could get omelettes and American waffles or do cheese toasters they were the hot things. We would t say they do typical Turkish food in this hotel which is a shame as it’s what we would have liked. If you go out of the hotel to the bars and restaurants you get much better food and the staff are so friendly not like the hotel. The pool and pool side was lovely but the music is for people aged 18/30 it’s not relaxing at all the music they were playing had swearing all the time and the volume was way too loud you couldn’t talk to you’re friends or family around you . We did ask them to sort it out a few times The spa is ok the sauna and jacuzzi don’t work. The manager of the spa said that the Hotel won’t pay for it to be fixed so that part of the package you have to pay extra to use spot and it’s not worth the money.
It’s a shame as the area is so pretty just take extra money so you do y have spend to long in the hotel if we go again we wo t go back i wouldn’t say it’s a 4* it’s more like 2 if that Just giving a honest review it’s not worth £1700 .

Disappointing
Very disappointed with my stay here.Food was awful and we would go down to eat at 8pm and there was no food left that was worth eating,they didn't refill the food that was cooked outside which was the only food we would eat.We decided to make do with a soup but there was no bread left.I asked the waiter for a spoon and he replied i don't speak English!!!The snacks were the same everyday,cold chips and nuggets.We wasn't made very welcome and it's definitely not ideal for British guests.Our bed was very small just a standard double and it was so hard we couldn't get comfortable.I wish.we had gone self catering as we ate our most of the time.

AVOID …..
This place was recolended by MTS tour guide person , unfortunately the worst experience of my Life ever. I was treated with such dis respect. The point is this’ they will try to well you packagesbeyond what you want and if you don’t go a long with their selling tactics they will treat you in a way you would with you never stepped a foot there

Best holiday
l have been this hotel with my frends was all good specially hairdressers hes called kalender he very kind he keeping touch with every one l will love back again
Spa Facilities
I was staying at a different hotel in a nearby resort but bought a massage package for myself and my husband. I ended up going back again before leaving to return home. The spa staff were lovely and friendly and we were made to feel so welcome. The massages were amazing and the girls who did the massages were just fabulous. We were collected and returned back to our hotel. Thank you for a lovely experience.
