Situated just 1.5km from the bustling resort of Marmaris, this stunning hotel is near many bars, shops, restaurants and busy nightlife venues. Dalaman Airport lies some 97 km from the hotel. Fully air-conditioned, it welcomes guests into a lobby with a wide range of facilities for them to utilize. Guests will feel at home in the fully furnished rooms, with modern amenities. For those looking to soak up some sun, the sun loungers on the spacious terraces provides the perfect setting. The poolside bar will serve up refreshing drinks for guests to enjoy. Additionally, the hotel offers mini golf and a pool table. Guests may tantalize their taste buds at either one of the two restaurants, the main buffet-style restaurant or an ã la carte restaurant, serving Turkish, British and International cuisine.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Had 12 nights here really enjoyed it food was lovely rooms very clean staff are friendly it was a nice experience would definitely go back
I want to start by saying that this hotel is not completely terrible, but if you are expecting the service, facilities, comfort, and safety that a 4-star rating promises, you will be very disappointed. We stayed here for 7 days, taking two rooms to accommodate myself, my two young children, and my teenage daughter — and our holiday was far from the relaxing break we had hoped for. Below is a full account of our experience: Safety, Atmosphere & Crowds
The most concerning issue was the atmosphere among guests. Over the course of just one week, we witnessed around 8 separate fights and confrontations in public areas. As someone travelling with young children, this left me feeling constantly on edge and anxious about their safety. The overall vibe felt chaotic and unruly — it reminded me very much of a busy, rowdy resort like Blackpool, with large groups of guests often being loud, disruptive, and lacking consideration for others. It was not the peaceful, family-friendly environment you expect from this category of hotel. Pool & Outdoor Areas
The pool area is one of the main selling points, but in reality, it was very difficult to enjoy. All sunbeds and seating were taken before 7:00 AM every single day — if you arrived any later, there was nowhere to sit or relax, we even witnessed people asleep on the beds at 7am with sheets from their rooms. To make matters worse, you could never sit in peace; we were repeatedly approached and pestered throughout the day by staff and representatives trying to sell Turkish baths, shopping trips, photo shoots, and even football cards. It felt impossible to unwind without being interrupted. The water slides were another big letdown for the children. They were only open for 45 minutes in the morning and another 45 minutes in the afternoon — such short timeframes meant there were often long queues, and they barely got any use at all during our stay. Food, Drink & Dietary Requirements
We faced major challenges with food from the start, especially as my son has a dairy-free diet. Almost every dish served contained dairy, leaving him with almost no choice at the main meals. For the entire week, he was limited to only plain pasta, plain rice, chips, and salad — there was no proper variety or consideration for dietary needs, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The dining experience itself was uncomfortable too: there was no air conditioning in the main restaurant, and during the warmer evenings, it became very hot and stuffy, making dinner time unpleasant. To add to this, the main restaurant was completely closed at lunchtime, so guests had to rely on other options. The snack bar food was actually quite good, but it was almost impossible to find a free table there, and seating was always overcrowded. Water supply was another problem. We were given just one single bottle of water per room on arrival — no complimentary water was provided for the rest of the stay. We either had to buy expensive bottles from the hotel shop or use the only public water machine, which only dispensed lukewarm water, even in hot weather. Rooms, Service & Hidden Charges
On the positive side, both of our rooms were kept clean and tidy, but they were extremely small — each felt cramped and offered very little space to move around or store luggage comfortably. The service we received was often unprofessional. The most shocking incident was when the bellboy brought our luggage to our rooms at 3:00 AM. Instead of leaving once the bags were inside, he stood in the room waiting for a tip, even though we were exhausted, travelling with a 2-year-old and a 6-year-old, and just wanted to settle down quietly. It felt very awkward and pressured. We also heard a warning from another guest about the hotel’s strict policies: if you make even a slight mark or stain on bed linen or towels, they will charge you up to £90 per item. This feels excessive and like an unfair way to make extra money from guests. Activities & Entertainment
It is worth noting that every single activity involving children came with an extra charge — including the kids club, which should be standard or included in the price for a family resort. The evening entertainment was just about acceptable; it wasn’t terrible, but there was nothing special or memorable to speak of, and certainly not worth paying extra for. We did pay for a professional photo shoot during our stay, but once it was done, the photographer never sent us the images via WhatsApp as promised, despite us following up. This was just another example of promises not being kept. Final Verdict
There are one or two small positives — the rooms are clean, and the snack bar food is decent — but these are far outweighed by the issues we faced. This hotel does not meet the standard of a 4-star rating in terms of comfort, facilities, safety, service, or value for money. If you are travelling with children, have dietary requirements, or are looking for a calm, well-run holiday, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Food good only thing I have to say..rooms awful pay for upgrade an extra £180 that's what they charge and even though you arrive in the middle of the night it's a £100 for a late check out till 6pm. Sun beds you need to be up at 6.00am every day to get a sun bed full by 7.30 am people even sleep on them to get them,
