Lovely stay at Isla Panorama
As a family of 5 and the first time to Dalman, Turkiye we had the most wonderful experience. The staff were hospitable and attentive, especially in the buffet restaurant. The cleaner came everyday and asked if we needed any toilet roll, towels or the room cleaning. The food was lovely and there was a different variety every day. I'm glad i ignored the negative reviews and booked Isla Panorama. We felt safe especially being a group of females and I would definitely book again!

The hotel is good value for the discounted price. Food is average but everyone can find something suitable. Drinks are great ansd the stuff is friendly. The best part of my stay with daughter were the trips bought in a local travel agency sold by Mike +905161603218. Amazing quality for good money. Thanks to them i can say i saw real Turkish beauty. I truly reccomend.

Not happy! Ridiculous, ripped off of my money.
I am currently staying at the Isla Panorama and I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel. It is by far not even a 1* let alone a 4*. I am not happy at all as they made me pay an extra £180 for a room change. When my mother is sick and she can't walk up the stairs. This hotel is not recommended for anyone elderly who can not walk and has knee pains. There's too many negative things about the hotel the shower looks like a used swamp. The TV is about 45cm the room is cramped and squashed the bed is a size of a pea 🫛 and we can barely fit on it. There was not proper refreshments the pastry was as dry as a dessert. I wish I could leave here right now I'm really unhappy with the service. I told the receptionist I would like to see the manager he didn't come down despite asking her twice. The door doesn't have a proper lock. This is ridiculous 😒 I want my money back.

Lovely holiday lots of memories
Stayed here 23 of us 6 family's and we all had the best time staff were lovely entertainment day and night kids loved the annex pool with slide and park and all loved the main pool ,food was ok expecially the kebab lots of variety could do with more of a fruit selection but all was good ,WiFi tends only to be at lobby or pool area but this wasn't a problem ,rooms nice and big I was a family of 2 adults 3 kids we had a 2 bedroom in the annex each room with balcony rooms were clean but could do with update ,lovely large fridge in room stocked with drinks on arrival, I would definitely return we had the best time all of us ,lovely hairdressers onside and tattooists
