Ideal Prime Beach

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we was treated with respect.

The location is perfect, it’s on the beach front, with a range of restaurants and shops as soon as you leave the front of the hotel. Taxis and bus available all the time and cheap.

The hotel is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The staff in all areas are friendly, welcoming and go out of their way to please you. Nothing is to much trouble.

A special mention needs to be made for Uzzy, Ali and their team, they certainly make your holiday experience one to remember, they interact with everybody from babies to the older generations, trying to involve all with games throughout the day and are more than happy to help if you need it. This animation team work well together and work hard all day and evening. Childrens disco is perfect for younger children.

We have been lucky with our rooms, this is our third visit to the hotel, and all three times we have been located by the children’s and slide pools. Although it can be loud from the neighbouring hotel at the evening it’s not so loud with the doors closed and aircon on. Some of our family had sea view rooms on lower floor, although couldn’t really see to clearly due to bushes, they still had a view. I imagine floors 1 up would have beautiful views. Rooms are cleaned daily and our bed sheets and towels were changed daily. Although I keep everything tidy anyway, our room was cleaned to high standard. Most people moan about the beds but myself and my husband like the beds and sleep well here, although my cushions could have done with being replaced. The rooms are modern and spacious, aircon was great, the shower pressures are great. I do feel we could do with more hangers in the wardrobe but this isn’t a major issue.

Food- The food variety is outstanding, there is something for everyone, the snack bar is open most the day/evening so ideal for hungry tummy’s between meals. The downfall is the omelettes are so far from the restaurant in the mornings. The cakes and coffee bar seem to be a massive hit with everyone, the iced coffee is certainly my favourite! You can find cooled bottled water in fridges all over the hotel. Ice cream variety is wide to, these are available at set times. If your like me and enjoy fruit, your be amazed at the abundance of variety of fruit available all through the day! The selection of alcoholic and soft drinks is great.

The beach is beautiful and well kept, there is umbrellas for shade to.

My main concern here is lack of life guards around the childrens pool, when we was here in June as a family, there was children causing problems and the life guards by the slide pool didn’t understand English. I know this is also down to parents to supervise said children.

Another big hit with the children in our group was the train in the restaurant for the children evening meals.

Prime Beach Hotel, Turkey — 10 nights, end June–early July

We stayed here as a large group for 10 nights and had such a wonderful time! The hotel is perfectly positioned—right backing onto the beach with its own private access, and it’s ideal if you love shopping and going for walks too.

The pools were a real highlight—never too crowded, and the kids’ pool was absolutely perfect for our little ones, toddlers and babies included. We had a ground-floor room with a view of the kids’ pool, which was so convenient and lovely to watch the little ones playing. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-kept.

A huge highlight was the entertainment team! Most mornings we were treated to such fun activities—they were all so friendly, warm and loving, and honestly made our holiday feel extra special. A massive shout-out to Uzzy & Ali—you guys were brilliant!

All the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. As someone who can be picky with food, I was pleasantly surprised—there was a really good range of options, plus the snack bar was open almost all day which was brilliant for little tummies and busy days. The small shop by the kids’ pool was a handy extra touch too.

We were on an all-inclusive basis and felt it was excellent value for money—really reasonable for what you get. Honestly, we couldn’t fault anything at all! Would absolutely recommend for families, groups, and anyone wanting a relaxed, beachfront stay in Turkey. We’d definitely come back.

We had a fabulous stay at prime beach. the hotel has something for every one. First the location is perfect right on the beach and on other side of the road to the front of the hotel there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and even a pharmacy and large supermarket within a short walking distance or if you want to go to the old town is it a short bus or taxi ride. A BIG plus to this hotel is the entertainment team they work around the clock everyday making sure there are plenty of activities on offer for the whole family to join in with each and everyone of them is super friendly but a special mention has to go to Nino he always took the time to go around all the families every morning saying hello/good morning he always had a smile on his face and was always dancing,clapping and singing and he even played in the pool making sure everyone was having lots of fun ! The hotel is spotless throughout and the rooms, bedding and towels were changed regularly and our cleaning lady was just the best even though she spoke very limited English she took the time communicate via Google translate and even wrote us a little note using this . Overall a fabulous hotel, really friendly help staff, brilliant choice of food even for picky eaters …. We will be definitely returning .
