Our stay at Ideal Prime Beach Hotel in Marmaris was an absolutely wonderful experience and one of the most enjoyable family holidays we have had.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s beautiful and luxurious atmosphere, exceptional cleanliness, and attention to detail. Every area of the hotel was beautifully maintained, from the rooms and restaurants to the pools and common areas.
The food was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options throughout the day. There was something for everyone, including children, and the quality and presentation were impressive.
For families, the hotel is truly a great choice. The kids’ activities, pools, entertainment, and animation team kept the children happy and engaged, while there were plenty of opportunities for adults to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The location is another major advantage. Being right on the beach, with the beautiful Marmaris scenery and easy access to the city, made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything we needed was practically at our doorstep.
A special mention goes to the entire team for their hospitality, friendliness, and professional service. They genuinely contributed to making our stay comfortable and memorable.
What impressed us most is the overall value for money. Considering the luxury, cleanliness, quality of food, excellent facilities, beachfront location, entertainment, and family-friendly atmosphere, the hotel offers a truly complete holiday experience.
We left with beautiful memories and would highly recommend Ideal Prime Beach Hotel to families and anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and high-quality stay in Marmaris. We would definitely love to return!

Absolutely fabulous
Fabulous hotel. Excellent location. The facilities were perfect, rooms, food, restaurants, pools, beach, bars all wonderful. But top of the list are the fantastic staff who run the hotel, They really made our holiday, thank you.
perfect family holiday 2 weeks was not long enough
i have been to marmaris many times, and i have never come across a hotel like this. we arrived at our hotel at 3 in the morning and were greeted by the most friendly receptionist, who quickly checked us in and informed us that the snack bar was open for us to grab a bite to eat. Our case was taken to our room by a member of staff. the next morning we explored the hotel and met the entertainment team, who are absolutely amazing from morning to night, the food is great, and there is always something for everyone to eat (I travelled with two very picky eaters). the hotel is very clean and maintained, and the mini fridge is stocked up daily. the location is great, right on the beachfront, and there are plenty of shops around the hotel. the atmosphere is a chilled and family-friendly one where the entertainment team encourages all ages to join in on the fun. the room is great; the only issue we had was only two sockets in the room, with three girls with long hair and four phones needing charging. This was our only bug here with this hotel. the hotel is great value for money, and I will be returning next year with the whole family, all 13 of us. and if you're worried about the noise from the nightclub, in my whole two weeks' stay, I never heard anything apart from the sea in the morning

This hotel is lovely, but there is one person who makes it feel extra special: Elif Polat We first met Elif Polat last year, when she was working behind the pool bar — and even then, she stood out as someone who cares so deeply about every guest. This time, we were so happy to see her again, though she's now based in the restaurant. And here's the thing ELIF POLAT true gift is behind the pool bar absolutely where she shines brightest. She knows exactly how to make everyone feel welcome, remembered, and looked after. Her smile lights up the room, she's quick, attentive, and makes every drink with such care and pride. It's so clear to see how much all the guests love her - wherever she is, people gravitate towards her, because she's warm, kind, and genuinely happy to see you. She has that rare ability to make every single person feel like a valued friend, not just a guest. Elif Polat has such natural talent behind the bar — it's where she is in her element, and where she is truly brilliant at her job. Not accommodating for disabled people and children
Very very bad experience they do not accommodate for children with special needs there staff are so rude the man at the front desk told a load of lies saying he showed us a room to accommodate with my child’s needs which he did not and when I asked for proof or camera footage where they didn’t do they a lady very rude screamed at me and pointed her finger in my face telling me to go to the police then a lady with red lipstick and glasses just kept screaming all we wanted was a room to accommodate my 10 year old with ADHD and autism we were not rude just wanted help because the first room we were given wasn’t what we booked we wanted a conjoined room so she knew she was safe but they gave us 2 tiny rooms a good bit away from each other and she didn’t sleep all night terrified in conclusion the staff are rude and they are ableist towards children with needs there rooms are filthy they over book and really the place needs re assessing .
