⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Incredible Family Holiday – We Can’t Wait to Return!

We have just returned from an unforgettable stay at the Prime Beach Hotel in Marmaris, and we can honestly say it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly checked out, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel has such a warm, friendly atmosphere that you immediately feel relaxed, and it’s clear that everyone works incredibly hard to ensure guests have the best possible holiday.

One of the standout features of the hotel is its amazing location. Situated directly on the beachfront, the views are absolutely stunning, and having the beach just a few steps away is a huge bonus. Everything you could need is within walking distance, including shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful promenade, making it the perfect base for exploring Marmaris. Whether you want a relaxing day by the sea or an evening stroll along the waterfront, the location couldn’t be better.

The atmosphere throughout the hotel is something that really deserves special recognition. There is always a positive, lively and welcoming vibe without it ever feeling overcrowded or overwhelming. During the day, the pool area has a fantastic energy, with families enjoying themselves, music playing and entertainment taking place, while still offering plenty of opportunities to simply sit back, unwind and soak up the sunshine. In the evenings, the hotel comes alive with a brilliant atmosphere where everyone can enjoy themselves, whether you’re a couple, a group of friends or a family with young children. It genuinely feels like one big holiday community.

The entertainment team are absolutely outstanding and are a huge credit to the hotel. Their enthusiasm, positivity and dedication never go unnoticed. They work tirelessly throughout the day and evening to make sure everyone is having fun. A special mention has to go to the children’s entertainment. The team were incredible with the children, making every child feel included, valued and confident enough to join in. They remembered names, interacted with families throughout the day and created such a wonderful bond with the children. Our little one couldn’t wait to see them every day and genuinely looked forward to the evening mini disco. Their energy, patience and passion for what they do is amazing, and they played a huge part in making our holiday so memorable.

The bar staff also deserve a massive thank you because they truly go above and beyond. Despite working incredibly long hours and often being extremely busy, they were always smiling, friendly and happy to have a chat. They remembered our favourite drinks, served everyone quickly and efficiently, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and their positive attitude added so much to the overall experience. Their hard work often goes unnoticed, but they really are a huge asset to the hotel.

The restaurant staff were equally fantastic. They worked continuously to ensure tables were cleared quickly, food was replenished and the restaurant remained clean and organised, even during the busiest meal times. Everyone was polite, welcoming and always greeted guests with a smile. There was a good variety of food available throughout the day, and we never struggled to find something enjoyable to eat.

Housekeeping also did an excellent job. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard, fresh towels were provided regularly, and the hotel as a whole was kept exceptionally clean. The pool area, gardens, reception and communal spaces were always spotless, which really reflects the pride the staff take in maintaining the hotel.

If we had to mention one negative, it would simply be that the bedrooms are on the smaller side, particularly if you’re travelling as a family with children and multiple suitcases. While they are clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate for sleeping and getting ready, a little extra space would have made the stay even better. However, this certainly didn’t impact our overall enjoyment of the holiday.

Overall, we cannot recommend Prime Beach Hotel highly enough. It isn’t just the beautiful beachfront location or the facilities that make this hotel so special—it’s the people. The incredible entertainment team, the hardworking restaurant staff, the amazing bar staff who consistently go the extra mile, the housekeeping team and every member of staff we encountered all contributed to making our holiday one to remember.
