Ideal Prime Beach

Was a fatastic holiday. From front of house staff, cleaners, floor staff etc all worked extremely hard and were very friendly. Found if u tipped floor staff they looked after u all night. Entertainment was great. Nino was a fantastic fella checked in with us every day, was amazing at his job and mafe our holiday that bit more enjoyable. Only bad point was kids club. You had to stay with kids. For the standard of hotel this was a bit of a let down.

I will definately be returning alreafy looking for next year.

From the very start, things went wrong:

• The first room given only had 1 double bed and 1 single bed — absolutely nowhere proper for our daughter to sleep.

• We tried calling yourselves while we were out there (incurring telephone bill to try calling you), and went to reception to explain clearly (and even did the following day to your so called on site rep Mohammed) but your staff said our daughter should sleep with other people from the booking. This is completely unacceptable and totally inappropriate — our children sleep with us, they are 5 and 3 years old! this should never have been suggested.

• We were forced to move rooms — and were charged an extra £280 just to get suitable space — this is disgusting and unfair treatment.

• Worse still, at 11:45 pm that same night, we had to pack everything up again and move a second time — because the sofa bed in that room was broken and unusable.

We had been awake since 2:30 am that morning, travelling and looking forward to our holiday — instead, this whole mess has caused us huge stress, exhaustion, upset and total disappointment. Nothing was as booked or promised, your staff’s attitude was wrong, we were overcharged, and we were left struggling late at night with children.

Food is appalling same food every day and it’s grim! We had to eat out most days and for breakfast otherwise we wouldn’t have eaten

Sunbeds your sat on top of each other cannot move the Sunbeds that tight, the entertainment at night is shocking and the beer for my husband and dad was flat most nights

AVOID HOTEL they didn’t care when we complained wouldn’t go back to this hotel if someone paid me and do not use ON THE BEACH

In its day I'd say it was most likely a 5star but now it's more like a 2.5/3 don't get me wrong there's a lot to like but have stayed in better and have stayed In worse but not on an all inclusive level. The food was adequate in the restaurant and good in the snack bar., you definitely won't go hungry. Like a lot of all inclusives very much samey. The drinks unless you drink wine are watered down even the lager tastes like soda unfortunately. The rooms were small but ok yes dated but that didn't bother me and clean. The entertainment was absolutely shocking maybe it's because we were near many bars but it's the worst I've ever experienced. I really wanted to love this hotel from the reviews it's received before but unfortunately it was just ok for the money we paid it just wasn't up to scratch. Our bags got stolen from the pool on day 3 with towels/books/headphones/fans etc but think that was from tourists not the hotel luckily no phones or money was in it. So not a bad a hotel good at best but not the best either.
