The hotel is approximately 4 km away from the Marmaris city centre, 50 km from the city of Mugla and 110 km from Dalaman airport.
The hotel has 114 rooms in total including 2 disabled rooms. The clients can enjoy cool drinks at the pool bar which is open from 11.00 h to 23.00 h.
All rooms are equipped with satelite TV, telephone, minibar, split air-conditioner (cooling and heating), parquet floor bathroom, WC, hair dryer and extra charge safe. The rooms, with pool view or garden view, also have balcony or terrace
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. It offers daytime activities such as waterball, dart, table tennis and billard. The clients can also enjoy Turkish nights, barbecue & grill nights, special dance shows and revues at nights. Between 11:00-16:00 hours fitness,Turkish bath and sauna, other all pool and kids area possibilities, dart, billard and table tennis are free of charge.
The hotel offers service including breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner buffets.

Great holiday and hotel
This is small hotel couples only. Just got back July 2026. It has a very friendly atmosphere and would definitely go back. Having been to many hotels in the past we found in comparison the food to be really good. The coffee bar had iced lattes and brilliant icon so nice place to cool down. WiFi is free throughout the hotel. Staff were exceptional as was the cleanliness. There's a lift to all parts of the hotel too. .There are bars restaurants and shops close by and beach also. Other reviews mention noise, however we did not come across this. Would recommend

The Ideal Pearl has everything you could want from a holiday hotel. The food is excellent with plenty of choice, the staff are genuinely friendly and work incredibly hard, the hotel is immaculate, the rooms are small and are cleaned to a very high standard, and it’s great that both the Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included free of charge. Plus a free safe – winner, winner.
Sadly, one issue completely lets this hotel down – the sunbeds.
Every morning, guests reserve sunbeds with towels from the early hours and then disappear for hours, leaving paying guests unable to find anywhere to sit. It creates unnecessary tension and frustration around the pool every single day.
The frustrating part is that this is so easy to fix. Management simply need to enforce a fair policy. At 6am, have security or a member of staff remove every unattended towel and take them to reception. After that, it’s first come, first served. Many hotels already do this, and it works. Everyone has an equal chance.
Don’t let a handful of selfish guests define the experience for everyone else.
It’s such a shame because, without this issue, the Ideal Pearl would be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Unfortunately, the lack of management around the sunbeds has completely put me off returning. Until this is properly addressed, I won’t be coming back, despite everything else being excellent. Shout out to all the guests super friendly place and some great characters. Lots of northern Irish , Scottish , Brits all Having a great time together and showing how and why adult only hotels are so popular!!

Concerned before booking, management issues need addressing.
We were seriously considering booking Ideal Pearl after seeing many glowing reviews and the resort certainly looks beautiful. However, after researching further, we also found a large number of negative comments that raised concerns.
The main issue that stood out was the repeated feedback across social media regarding the “sunbed wars” and the reported lack of intervention from resort management. This is something that would be a major concern for us, as a holiday should be about relaxing and enjoying your surroundings and not having to deal with inconsiderate behaviour from other guests.
A beautiful resort is only part of the experience. Effective management and ensuring all guests can enjoy a peaceful, respectful environment are equally important.
Unfortunately, based on these concerns, we have decided not to proceed with a booking. We hope Ideal Pearl management takes this feedback seriously and puts measures in place to address these issues, as the resort has the potential to offer a fantastic holiday experience.

Pros and cons.
So lots of people rate this hotel highly, and there is positives so let’s start with that.
PROS -The location is decent, it’s not right on the strip so it’s not too noisy-it’s about a 1 minute walk so not bad. -The air conditioning is amazing (it has been high 40’s whilst we were there so it was a godsend) and the room is clean. There was two of us so plenty of space. -The entertainment team do try their best and are brill. -The staff are lovely, especially the reception staff.
CONS -the bed is seriously uncomfortable, i have slept on comfier floors. -the sunbed situation is ridiculous with people waking up at 4am to claim sunbeds they won’t even use. Management did stop this for one day and removed towels before 7am but this lasted for one day so it was pointless really. -if you’re a picky eater, there isn’t much options, for three days my partner had a plate of chips for their food. i did in fact ask about this beforehand and i was told that food was one of the better things about the hotel, however we found that not the case. it’s very repetitive. -the cocktails are watered down and not strong at all. -the balcony is TINY, like stupidly small and rather than a balcony it’s more just somewhere to hang your wet clothes.
All in all, i wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star, but that’s my own opinion, as a young couple i would choose somewhere else.
A brilliant stay
This is an exceptional hotel and fantastic value for money. Every member of staff from bar/restaurant/maid/reception will go out their way for the guests and are a credit to the hotel. It was lovely to have no extra charges like safe/air con unlike the majority of the hotels we’ve stayed at previously. The food was excellent, I’m a very picky eater but found something different everyday and found it all very tasty with a good selection. Entertainment was just okay, some nights better than others, but it was great to have a violinist one night during dinner service. We were able to get a sun bed every day but did notice some that were empty all day. I have already started looking to book next year and have been recommending it to other family members too!
