For the animation team, stick to male animators only, and you will see how many more positive reviews you can get.
We stayed at Grand Cettia with our children. What can I say about the hotel? It is actually quite good—the staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious with a great variety offered every day. We have no complaints about that at all. As for the animation team, the male animators were simply wonderful—fun, energetic, and welcoming. However, regarding the two female animators, or rather one in particular: the blonde with long hair clearly came here not to work with kids, but to find herself a husband. She is constantly fixing her hair and adjusting her clothes, showing zero interest in playing with the children, engaging them, or building any rapport. She is far more wrapped up in herself than in the kids. We travel very often, and an animator needs to be fun and know how to connect with children; I feel she is completely unfit for this job. On the other hand, the other girl—the light-haired one with short hair—was much more active and better at connecting with the kids. That is all I can say. Overall, the cleanliness, hotel, and food were very good. As for animation, only the guys deliver.
It's average most things good but one or two things need improving
First time staying at this hotel and at this side of turkey never been before me and my husband when we got here hotel looked nice from outside and repstion area looked nice when we got to our room we was abit disappointed very dated we didn't complain we just thought we only really sleeping in it and showering ect just the cleaner not barly cleaning our rooms same bedding all time and only clean towels if left in bath or asked for but apart from that we did enjoy the pool just one main pool and everything all in one area outside easy to find everything the food is good daily and the entertainment has been excellent through out the staff are nice and friendly and good choice of drinks too we would say it's more a 3 star than a 4 star but it wasn't to bad just a couple bits.

An amazing experience - wouldn’t go anywhere else as a family!
We absolutely love this hotel and would not go anywhere else. We recently came back from our second stay. The whole team from the concierge, reception, bar and watering staff are simply amazing. They are very friendly and super helpful. The entertainment team make the whole holiday each time for us. They are fabulous! My son absolutely loved Denis the first time around and because of the care he showed towards our son we returned this year. Barney, Denis, lucifer, Jonny and the girls are nothing short of amazing. They make sure they interact with everyone and they are brilliant with the kids. The evening entertainment is delightful. The pools are very clean and with the addition of the slides you cannot go wrong! The food is great - I’m super fussy and have always found something to eat too. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. This year we visited the spa and the hairdressers who were all great and very knowledgable. Thank you so much Grand Cettia and team and we cannot wait to see you all next year. Kayley, Anthony and Roscoe xxx

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve just come back from an absolutely wonderful stay, and honestly, it’s so hard to put into words how much we loved this hotel. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and truly family-like, and it’s the amazing people who make this place so special. We felt more like part of a family than hotel guests. 🥹❤️ I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Marta from the SPA. ❤️ Marta, you are such a beautiful, kind and caring person. Thank you for making at the SPA so relaxing and enjoyable. You are absolutely wonderful! 🥰 And of course, a very special mention to LUCIFER, DENIS and ALI! ❤️ Guys, you are incredible! Your smiles, energy, kindness and sense of humour made our holiday even more unforgettable. You created so many lovely memories for us, and we will genuinely miss seeing you every day. 🥹❤️ The rooms were spotlessly clean, and fresh towels were provided every single day. Everything was well looked after and comfortable. The food was also great – there was something for everyone, with plenty of choice and variety. 🍽️❤️ But for us, the biggest highlight was definitely the people and the atmosphere. There is something truly special about this hotel. Everyone makes you feel welcome, valued and looked after. We arrived as guests and left with so many beautiful memories – and hopefully some new friends too. ❤️
Best family hotel.
Another amazing stay! We’ve now stayed here 6 times and it honestly just gets better every time. The entertainment team are absolutely unbelievable and go above and beyond, especially with the kids — they work so hard to make sure everyone has a great time.
There’s also a fantastic choice of food, even for picky eaters, so there’s always something for everyone. The rooms are cleaned every day and kept spotless.
Can’t fault the place at all. We’ll definitely be back for stay number 7!
