In a prime location, just 15m from Marmaris's beachfront and 1.2km from the resort centre, this friendly hotel was fully refurbished in 2006 and has 96 rooms over 6 floors. The lobby contains lifts, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. There is also a TV room, a café, meeting room, a bar and a restaurant. Laundry services as well as medical assistance are also on offer (extra charge). Additionally, there is a children's playground, outdoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath, as well as a spa offering treatments.

Friendly Stay
We went on an all inclusive holiday . The hotel is the friendliest and most relaxed hotel I ever stayed in. Everybody wants to help you and make your stay special. Food is good. Only problems was the small size of the rooms and the noise from an ajoining bar. I recommend.

Good hotel
Good hotel, the food was decent chips, chicken veg. Breakfast only good thing you can have is a omelette. Staff worked hard and had given good service. A bar men in particular can harass you a lot while being solo, and get angry if you don’t meet him after they finish work. Drinks are 10am-11pm, lunch starts 7pm till 11pm. Mid lunch is 4pm-5.30pm, which offers you a burgers chips chicken nuggets. Hotel was a minute walk from the beach. Offers you sun beds included. The sea was very stony when you go in the water, but beach was sandy. There’s cheap places to eat around the area. The beds were rock hard, but was a clean room. It can be loud when you sleep as to music around the hotel/ location. Grand bazaar is a 15/20 minute walk. Always check your items before buying as I got a bag and it has a dent in and the man won’t let me re chose a bag. A shoe had a pen mark on. Shoe prices are £10-£20. Bag prices £10-20. Don’t go over them prices as they can scam you. Perfumes they sell in grand bazaar can be very fake. Packaging perfumes do not smell the same to the ones they make you smell from the tester. Overall location is perfect and the hotel is nice but they need better beds.

Out standing service from all staff . Umut and Mehmet couldn't do enough they work so hard and long hours in the heat . The food was great always something yo eat and very well done . Lovely and clean and well presented always in the restaurant I want to say there was a lovely lady in the restaurant that was lovely i dont remember her name though I would return to this hotel
Beautiful beach!
Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff worked hard all day. Excellent choice of food on AI. Looked after us during lunch and dinner and a special mention to Tugay, and the two Hassain's who kept us filled up with drinks. Rooms were fine and we had fab sea views. Special thank you to the maids for making our beds so special with the towel designs. Pool was lovely too and there were plenty of sunbeds available all day. We chose to go to the beach most days where sea lovely and calm for swimming. We enjoyed the 10% discount from Yunus Hotel and also had lunch and dinner there which was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay during the 2 weeks. We would have preferred a courtesy room on our last day but was only offered the use of the pool shower. Although it was OK, not ideal trying to ger ready for journey home by the pool and without Aircon.
